Cashier was giving attitude and looked like she didn’t want to serve us. After a group of 6 people come in she’s very welcoming and smiling

The nuggets and chicken was so good.
I went here for ther first time and loved the food and customer service

They know in a better way how to deal with the customers. Good service and food was fresh.

I was served rotten chicken. Please be aware. Manager was making up excuses on the spot and did not provide a proper resolution.

I was extremely hungry I didn’t eat all day so I bought a chicken sandwich from here on Wednesday, November 1st.
For some reason, I could only eat half of the sandwich.
I knew why later on that night when I got food poisoning for the next 24 hours afterwards.
Do not eat here or you will get sick

This Popeye’s is a lot better than others! I don’t usually review fast-food chains but after years getting fried chicken from this location, I got take-out from the Popeye’s on Sheppard & Willowdale today. I realized that this Popeye’s at York Mills is much better! Food quality and service are better.

I Ordered chicken deluxe sandwich, there
something interesting about the lettuce but I’m not sure what made me sick
Today, I’m paying for it, Miss work today cause I have a really bad stomach ache visit the stall 5x already. There was only 2 guys working yesterday and they’re back and forth taking turns to take orders. I don’t think they even wash their hands. Please, check your food before leaving the premises.

If you could go to another location that would be better because the service here is 0, they don’t have the experience how to deal with customers and cooking skills is not good enough

I have been coming to this specific location for past years. With the past years of experiences, my review is gone down from 5 stars to 1 star. Service is no good, waiting time is hilariously long and front staffs are not kind at all.

The manager of this restaurant speaks very rudely. When I asked her for two combos, she responded with a lot of attitude and rudeness. If she doesn't enjoy her job, she shouldn't be doing it. There is no excuse for speaking rudely to customers, and this is not the first time I have witnessed such behavior from her - she is consistently like this.

I am a big fan of Popeyes, but this location was a nightmare. At first the crisp of the chicken was absent so we returned them and they made new ones but this time the chicken was not cooked well and very hard even though the color was normal. I was so disappointed, I advise people to never come to this location

The dining room is filthy and garbage overflowing.
They don't worry about cleaning tables or lobby area

Food is so sogy and oily. Chicken is full of oil, and they don't dry properly. The only care about money but not customer service

I’m so bless to get a excellent service from this branch. The manager Deepak is doing great over here. We definitely need this attitude and also this kind of service. I hope he get raise or any kind of promotion. So there you go thumps up

So slow. Waited 15 mins and was not told that I need to wait that long. Would have left and eat something else.

It was a dismal rainy evening. I walked into my frequented pickup and I found a completely different staff's behavior than normal. Unenthusiastic coolness awaits my order. Fortunately the regular food quality and quantity did turn out to be up to the regular standard. Yet I left with a sour tone of unhappiness!

Spoiled chicken was served to me! And the manager refused to refund me. I don't want to eat from there anymore so why offer fresh new chicken. I will 100% report this location to BBB.

Ordered 2 orders of popcorn shrimp and it significantly less than what I used to get from the other location by sheppard & bayview. It seems like I only got one order and paid for 2.
