Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Great food, long wait because the other Popeyes in town is closed. It gets all the business. They forgot part of my order and when I called they apologized and told me I could come back to get it, I did. It was fresh, not just sitting there and offered complimentary sides for the mix-up.

I get the spicy chicken sandwich combo every time and it never disappoints! Delicious as always!

JUNE 6,2023 ordered spicy deluxe and regular chicken sandwiches, $19.19 @ 124p. Awful. Popeyes thick chicken breast sandwich was about 1/3 to 1/5 the normal fillet size, leaving a taste of mainly batter. I think they serve chicken scallopini here. NEVER AGAIN at this location! ONroute eastbound near London (Sunday) was thick and juicy compared to this thin dry chicken here!

Great customer service, we really enjoyed the hot and delicious chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits and macaroni salad. Everything was perfect.

I found it a bit too spicy this time. But still it was good. Just found the new fish sandwich, I love it. Chicken nugget, we're great. Unfortunately my biscuits were a little overcooked, to the point they harden as they cooled.

I came to Guelph for work to cover for a coworker. Had gotten the wrong order, I called the store and they were very helpful and ended up replacing my meal almost a full week after I was there. Great staff and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Very happy.

Note to the management: Kindly educate your staff about food handling and hygiene.

We walked in and one of the guys was cleaning the store. Another guy took our order and the first one proceeded straight to the kitchen. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS, had gloves on while getting food for a couple of orders and then NO GLOVES! He was touching his head, face, clothes, etc.and proceeded to touch the food!

I enjoyed the food and service is very good.
The staff was kind and fast. The food was very crunchy and made me full really quick 10/10 would recommend.

Burnt chicken most of the time and owner of this place is a jerk, very rude and cheap, doesn’t help the customers with issues or requests. A no go place, better to go other Popeyes locations close-by

Commonly just don’t pick the phones up or sends myself and many people I know to voicemail. Good food, but very bad customer service.

Went in today for the daily special, chicken was raw and the tail was left on. Franchise owner says no refund instead can offer another piece of the same garbage. When told he has a customer service problem he said no customer service issue "I've been at Popeyes for 11 years" Customer service is apparently not required or important when running a business according to this logic, won't be eating here again or at any of his locations. Popeyes should pick better franchise owners not just those who care about profits over the food quality (not even 1 star)

I asked if I could replace the biscuit. Owner/manager was nice and told me I could get extra fries instead. The food was good and well made. Overall pretty satisfied with the service.

A vaguely Louisiana-themed fast-food chicken and sides restaurant. I enjoy Popeye's as they do seem to try a little harder with the food than competitors. The sides are questionable; however, I say that about most fast-food side dishes which are typically insipid these days and served cold or lukewarm at best (to be fair, I rarely order sides at fast food places any longer for this reason). Things like onion rings are typically not prepared ahead of time so if you order those they are more likely to be hot. I find the chicken here to be highly decent and there is a nice variety of styles available-they always have a mild and spicy variant, and while the spicy isn't very spicy at all, it does have a bit of bite. I'll single out the ghost pepper wings here as they are excellent-definitely some spice to these but still very tasty.it's not just a mouthful of heat with no flavour. I go to Popeye's when I'm looking for fast chicken as it's quite good by modern fast food standards. Service at this location in particular is excellent. (My review is in the context of fast-food alternatives).

The chicken I bought last night was not fresh the colour is dark brown with blood on it. I returned the same time and they give me new pieces of chicken but unfortunately it is the same specially the leg part so i ask my kids to throw away. It’s not safe to eat specially kids. Really disappointed.

Ridiculous service. Friends and I tried going in and redeeming a coupon code for the Toronto Maple Leafs promotion. The owner started making up stories about how it is only valid 8km away from the Scotiabank arena. I have redeemed this code in Kitchener and another Guelph location which believe it or not are more than 8km away from the arena.

Food was ok.had popeyes after long time but sandwich was not having enough mayo and poutine was like no gravy on the bottom.

The food is awesome and fresh with best quality and the staff is amazing moreover the surrounding is too neat and clean
