Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Today I went to the store and i was planning to buy food but the employee told me if i buy the stuff then only he will give me key for the washroom. I cannot believe the store behaviour for the customer. I don't recommend any body going to this store. If you want to use the washroom before eating then the store will force you to pay you and then only they will key inspite of you may be peeing in front of the store. Cannot recommend this store.

Very bad service, unprofessional staff and bad attitude. The staff needs to be train properly again.

Popeyes is always the go to place to grab a quick bite. Especially the cajun fries, it is the highlight of the place. Do try the ghost pepper wings when you are there, it is also great. The sandwiches are good but could be better. Staff is mostly friendly. Do expect delays to your orders during the lunch or dinner times when there are a lot of orders coming in. All and all, a good option to catch a bite.

I mean the service is generally good, they're very nice, food is fresh. The atmosphere is nil but it's a Popeyes lol what do you want. Are you here for atmosphere or fried food. That's what I thought.

Always takes forever, and orders are often wrong, or items are missing, but I keep going back because boy do I love some Popeyes chicken.

First time at popoyes staff did not upgrade my fries to poutine like all other locations do. Manager said this is our owner policy. That's weird I am customer of popoyes not any individual owner. Eventually this owner lost one customer.

Popeyes>KFC.

Ok, laxatives>KFC, but the point stands. Juicier chicken, better batter, far superior sides. And it stays in your intestines a normal amount of time.

My original rating was based on a late night post bar visit. Noon on a weekday, it's packed with kids on lunch, which speaks to its appeal as food, but detracts from the atmosphere when that full.

I went in and bought a chicken sandwich and a small order of fries to go. This is what I was given. When I asked about getting more fries it was stated that this is how much they'd be giving out normally. In that case the container should be different. This is unacceptable at other locations. I saw someone else get more fries than me just before me. Not sure if it was because he was Indian as was my server and I am minority. The chicken was over cooked as well which I hear is common at this location.

Rotten and spoilt chicken.better throw your money down the drain than spending it at this dump!

Food excellent, best fry chicken, but the prices are little high.

Worst experie Barely gave me any fries and when I asked to get a little bit more they only gave me 2 fries

Went to buy 3 piece chicken combo without the drink. Owner herself claims that the combo does not come with the biscuit. Thought nothing of it but was still midly annoyed at what she said as I usually bought the same order and I would always get the biscuit with the combo, but hey, she's the owner of the place, so surely she would know better. Too tired so I went home as it was getting late. Came home and checked the reciept and it says biscuit in it.

Get a better owner.

Was there about an hour ago. Unfortunately they don’t know the difference between a chicken breast and a back? They are good about replacing the item though.

They have people answering the phone that don't speak English, and their portions are cheap and stingy, and I can't understand why they have to hide the napkins in a fried chicken finger food restaurant LOLSMH. I'll never be going back to this place again

I've ordered twice from them via skip the dishes and both times the order was packed incorrectly. When you call, all you get is a sorry, we'll pack is correctly next time which is certainly not the case for me. I'd go pick it up, make sure you get what you pay for casue ordering delivery doesn't work out well.

Even though I have rushed to this place during the store closing time, they took my order and chicken was hot and fresh.

It’s decent food but never get delivery. The food doesn’t start being prepared until your food delivery driver gets there
