I asked for mild chicken for my children and I got spicy my children could not eat their food and they were crying I'm being so serious why do these workers not listen

Beyond disgusting. This is how they hand you your fries. What used to be a really respected and reliable establishment for over 20 years in Hamilton has abandoned caring for customers or having any standard of decency. The owners and managers should be embarrassed of the quality and service they provide and retraining and/or revamping the staff is needed. The corporate head office urgently needs to come review this franchise’s ownership. I will be writing to them independently as this is not the first time food safety and quality control have been abandoned. Do better, you are embarrassing fr the brand.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Popeyes at Queenston. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. From the welcoming atmosphere to the prompt and friendly service, I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Tastes are to the point and team at Popeyes truly knows how to deliver outstanding customer service, making it a go-to spot for delicious food and excellent service.

I loved Popeyes chicken until today. My chicken was cold and overdone. I actually chipped my tooth on it. The 2 strawberry cream cheese danishes were so old that the cheese was as hard as a rock. The only thing that wasn't horrible was the biscuits. Based on todays visit, I would NOT recommend Popeyes. It's so disappointing when you can finally afford to get take out and it's that bad.

Had a really bad experience with the queenston rd location. I ordered a 3 pc chicken platter with fries and coleslaw.

The chicken was extremely dry, and it looked like was fried way before the order. Wasn't fresh at all. Coleslaw was spoiled, and the biscuit was cold.

This place is great whenever I come here I feel like home. So absolutely love this place. Thankyou Ali, thankyou julian, thankyou all:)

I came to the restaurant for uber order pick up, and i had very bad experience at with this restaurant when I reached to this restaurant they asked my order number after 10 minutes then i saw that they guys were just talking to each other then i requested her that please make my order as it was already 10 15 minutes i was waiting their for the order but she replied to me very rudely in her native language (wait krna h kro nai to jao hum haaton se baaten nhi kar rhe muh se kar rhe hai), she also said you can’t do anything except writing a bad review, she insulted me as if I’m her slave. After that i saw my order was ready but she was not packing it intentionally I don’t know why. I think they should respect the delivery drivers and there time, and they should focus on their work more i hope i will not get repeated in future. Thankyou

I love absolutely love this place and their service. Whenever I come here, it's like a home away from home.

Decent fried chicken and shrimp n mashed potatoes but everything tasted like seafood. They cook the chicken in the same frier as the shrimp. You can really taste it. Bad oil. Change that and I might come back.

All the bad reviews on this place need to chill lol.
This place is always busy! So the chicken is constantly turning over. Always fresh and crsipy. I find most locations the chicken is totally dried out. Not here.
There's two Popeyes closer to me, and I still go to this one

This location is not that good, rude staff,
ordered a 4 piece with fries and a drink.the drink tasted like actual pool water and the chicken was dry and it almost looked like it wasn’t cooked properly and it smelt kinda weird.please don’t go to this location it’s actually gross

The new chicken sandwich is the worst sandwich i've ever eaten in my life, so dry with no sauce and the bun was also over baked. I used to come here alot but not again ever
