Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

There were roughly 30 people in the store during lunch time in the middle of the week with 1 employee working. After 20 minutes I did not even get the opportunity to place an order. I went across the plaza and ordered food from another restaurant and got served right away.

I never thought, ever, that I would pick a chicken place over kfc. But the yanks aren't wrong, this place is top notch for fried chicken and biscuits!

The customer service here was AWFUL! Cashier was very rude!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and got food poisoning.

I am a Door Dash Driver so I get to a lot of places, I don't have time to eat but services great at every Food outlet I go.

Terrible management and teamwork. I was there between 5/5: 30 on April 3 and they left 1 girl to do all of the work while 3 employees/management were standing around and clearly socializing, not speaking English or offering any help to the poor girl doing everything. Service would be a lot better if someone helped the hardworking cashier.

I’ve tried to get my money back but at this point no one is listening to me and the company didn’t even care. I got sick from eating RAW CHICKEN. No one would return my money since it was through Uber Eats. Which is INSANE. I would like my money and I’m never eating at Popeyes again. I’ll also be reporting this to food safety.

Worst customer service from the Manager. You’d think that the manager would have good customer service but he doesn’t. He’s extremely rude and looks like he doesn’t want to be there. All the other workers are kind but this guy is just rude. Overall the food is average, just like any other Popeyes.

Staff talk like you aren't even standing there, kind of uncomfortable. Food is tasty but the onion rings we got looked like they were stomped on before they were boxed.very disappointed.

Jass was a great customer representative, she helped me fix my issue in a lovely timely manner, she was also respectful and mindful while doing so! I would recommend this location! Great staff!

Overall decent food, wouldn’t attempt to compare to other Popeyes that I’ve been to tho. However service is extremely rude. We had to wait for 20 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken nuggets and this lady is just blaming it on the trainee. EXTREMELY RUDE TO BOTH THE CUSTOMERS AND THE TRAINEE, place an Uber eats if possible. If you see this lady at the cashier, RUN!

Great spicy chicken sandwich here. Tasty. Get the blackened ranch dip. It's the best one, but goes out of stock sometimes.

AVOID this location I went there tonight and had a hard time ordering food for my wife. I couldn't get the lady to understand what I wanted. My wife had written down her order so I gave that to the lady, it was supposed to be a 3pc dinner but when I got the order home it was 3pcs.of tinder. I was here again for my wife still had a hard time getting what she wanted 3 pcs of chicken and a biscuit from the man taking orders.
