Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Unfortunately this is not fast food. Food (chicken sandwich) and onion rings was quite good. However, the service was terribly slow. At 1: 30 on Saturday afternoon they had only three people working. One of them was not preparing food or serving customers leaving only two preparing food. They appeared to not be in any kind of a hurry either. Left standing waiting for fifteen minutes.

Given that we stopped by on the family weekend, it was super busy. We ordered a 12 pieces meal, no mac and cheese substituted for two side mashed potatoes. However, the fries was a huge disappointment, dry and the smell of old oil

Tastes disgusting and was so salty they don’t care and it takes them so long

Spent $18 on a chicken sandwich combo with a dessert, was given mashed potatoes (that I did not order) and no dessert, food was disgusting and when I tried getting the employee to at least give me what I ordered he simply ignored me. Employees did not care about food quality, service quality, nothing. Horrible. Lesson learned, go anywhere but an onroute for food. Oh, not to mention, it took over half hour to get my messed up order.

We order two Popeyes sandwich from this place. One spicy and one regular. Unfortunately, the packaging was unclear and we ended up eating not what we wanted. Very disappointing with the service and the food made two of my friends sick…

They can't take your order out the counter, they force you to use a kiosk that doesn't even have all their menu options, have to wave someone down to get your recipt from them and, even though they don't have to work a till they can't make sure they have both spicy and regular cooked and ready.
