This location has been regularly understaff lately, The managers frequently leave a single poorly trained cashier and a single cook to struggle through the post dinner evenings.
On March 7, we watched the cashier horribly handle multiple complaints and frustrated customers. She told a customer "no, you're wrong" when the customer pointed out that they didn't get what they ordered and told a different customers "I told you you'd have to wait, so wait" When a customer complained that they had been told their meal would be "ready in 6 minutes" half an hour ago.
Our order was fine, but slow.

The lady working at the front was very polite and gave us extra ketchup and napkins when asked for. The classic chicken sandwich was very good. However, the Coleslaw was terrible. The texture and taste was literally like oil! Disgusting.

DO NOT EAT HERE! FOUND a dead bug in my chicken. Reported it with proof to head office and they did not do anything about this…. Said the manager would contact me about the situation. Been 6 weeks have not heard back. DISGRACE! HEALTH CANADA HAS BEEN NOTIFIED!

Had a great experience at this location the food was fresh and services was quick.
