My wife and I love Popeyes. We think this location consistently provides good food. Some other locations are often hit or a miss. However, we’ve always been happy with this place.

Fantastic staff with friendly service. Had issues with the quality of food only a couple of times out of many and since then have been asking for fresh drop and haven't been disappointed yet.

The best location amongst all other locations I've been to thus far. Friendly and helpful people. Clean place and good food

The stuff was friendly. However, the wait time was longer than expected. Forgot about my "no pickles" request.

Can instore and ordered and it was quickly ready and delicious, as always. But, dang! I looked at the calories!

Came here the other day after not having had Popeyes for some time. It was really good. Definitely will come again.

This is unbelievable, very bad customer service they used the cooked one and put it in a bottom of basket. I ordered couple of times through Uber eats after 30 min canceled so I was curious to understand why so I went there in person. When you want to order they said we don’t have this and that coz they want to give you the cooked one they have. I was standing there for 20 min they didn’t answer any call. I think there is a big management issue so I write it down in case the manager could understand what is going on there

Good location. As with all Popeyes my only suggestion is to expand menu a bit with vegetarian options and better deserts. It would be nice to have some "real" specials too. There's literally no decent promos, ever. This is not this location specific issues, just something for franchise to consider.

Always love their fried chickens.
That place was clean and staffs were friendly. But the chickens that I had were not fresh from the stove.
So I didn’t have to wait but the trade off is it’s not burning hot.
Initially I order a two chicken meal, but then I found out it's only about $1.5 different than a three pieces meal, so I upgraded my meal with less than $2.

Not one to comment on fast food locations but this Popeyes has always gone above and beyond the usual. Their service is always quick and the food is always hot and fresh. Compared to other locations where they always forget some important part of the meal, this location always gives extra fries or chicken. The manager is also really friendly and goes out of her way to make sure every customer is happy.

Good ol Popeyes! Whenever I'm passing by and I'm hungry. I'll stop in and grab some ghost pepper wings! Always have to wait 10 minutes buts it's fresh and worth it.

Lastly food was on point. Did a special order on my sandwich and was made per my instructions no problems.

Gave me a mini delta with nuggets instead of tenders nd when i confronted, the staff was adamant nd told me that i need to tell them if i want tenders. Thats the first time i heard this after years of eating. Management please follow up

I'm a huge fan of Popeyes and this location does not disappoint. Usually very clean inside, good customer service, and the food is on point.

Got popeyes to go and as I got home and was eating it I found a hair that was cooked in the batter. I tried to call and complain no one answered the phone. That’s gross and disgusting

Its a Popeyes, you get what you expect as long as you don't expect much. I do usually get the sandwiches since they're a little less oily but this time it just felt double greasy.

The chicken was burn my husband is upset they gave us burned and hard he said it should be good not hard and left over this branch should consider checking the quality of their foods before serving it

This location has gone downhill fast. We often eat here as we live pretty close but lately the chicken and biscuits have been very dry and the service has been lacking.

My most recent order was missing the dips that I preferred as well as a biscuit and the cashier was extremely rude.

I buy food here a couple times a week. Two times the chicken in our sandwiches was all crust with almost no meat. One of those times, we were dining in so they changed them upon request. However, the other time was take away and we ended up eating chickenless sandwiches. Besides those two times, I enjoyed the food and service was fast and polite.

We live closed to this location, so we always come here if we are craving for fried chicken. Great services, efficient staffs, the tables and seats are clean. We usually see a smooth flow in a busy environment.

We like this place as it is the only halal place we are sure about and also they serve fresh chicken all time the mild one not the spicy, as I find the spicy is not as fresh.

Halal and tasty chicken. They usually give away free stuff around the restaurant closure time as well. It is good they are open till 11: 00 pm and their fries are fresh and tasty always.

When I got my food, I barely got fries. The chicken portion was small compared to how much I paid for it. But the employees were nice

It's Popeyes fried chicken. It's consistent quality across most of the chain. Satisfied my craving for some fried chicken. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful, I got some chicken burgers and strips, fries and mashed potatoes all are terrible. Uncooked chicken burgers, super unfreshed fries and terrible tast of mashed potatoes. I threw all into garbage. Even less than 1 star. I had Popeyes before but this one was unbelievablely bad.

Love this location. Everything is made to order but still very quick! Daily deals taste great and offer good value. Employees are also very nice:)

Customer service was rude. Made us feel bad for ordering 45 mins before closing. Also, they gave us the smallest chickens I've ever seen from Popeyes.smh

This is the Popeyes I pass every day on my drive home from work and at the time I get there it never seems to be busy. However that doesn't stop them from having some of the fastest service that I recieved from any Popeyes I visit. I always order the chicken strip platter and while some stores don't have spicy strips hot and ready this particular store seems to spray be ready to go!

I ordered 5pcs tenders, came home they didnt put the sauces. Last time they forgot my french fries!

The telephone was not answered by the Staff in the evening around 6.20pm. The service was below par, It took us 50 minutes to order and get our delivery. Hopefully the Management will take remedial measures.

Very nice staff! The best place for halal fried chicken. I been there so many times and have a very good experience everytime. Highly recommended!

Awful customer service, ordered a 5 tender combo received no tenders or the fries I ordered and was yelled at over the phone by a rude manager. Go to any other popeyes

It's a hit and miss. Used to love the chicken burger. But they're not nearly as big as they're advertised. Doesn't even fill the whole bun. And there chicken wings used to be huge, now they're half the size. Popeyes has been going down hill in the last year.

I visited this location with my toddler around lunchtime today. The person in front of me placed a fairly large order (15 ish combos) which was fine. My order was ready quickly but I wasn’t able to use the fountain drink machine as the person with the large order was filling all their cups. My toddler was having a meltdown so I asked the counter staff if there was an alternative drink option and they said I had to pay an additional $1.39 for a bottle. I tried to wait but my little one wasn’t having it so I caved and paid extra. No one seemed sympathetic and the customer in front of me was completely oblivious. The counter staff should have helped me find a solution that didn’t result in my paying more money. We all should be aware of those around us. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I visited this store on last Monday it was not closing since it was only 10: 15 pm. I ordered food two girls working there said there was nothing to serve and it was a closing time. I was refused to serve whatever I ask. I even ask for specials what they have left. Two girls were watching their face as they dont know what to do. I could see in front there were alot of chicken, tenders to sale. Thats terrible. If it was the closing time just close the DOORS why were u standing still there just watching and ignoring customers? Also, before visiting the store I tried to call many times for pre-order around 10 pm they never picked up my calls. When I visit the store they were doing nothing. I don't recommend this place. Not going back. Manager should focus on more customer service and train employees how to treat customers even when its closing time. They should check the cameras how they treat customers

Agreed with other reviews that the service is very good and efficient, much better than most Popeyes.chickens are always fresh, crispy and juicy

the mall isn't that busy, always has parking available

The service is super good, better than most Popeyes I've been to (and I've been to A LOT)! However, the cloth they used to clean their tables for the night was disgusting and you could smell the old grossness off the water/cloth used on the tables.pls change the water and change the cleaning cloth regularly!

I saw the manager walk out into a silver Honda Civic with 2 huge bags of food you wonder why there food cost has gone up it’s funny the things you see in front of these businesses dirty franchise

They will not honor coupons marketed by corporate. Saturday Oct 5, leafs home game, they did not honor the promo for free tenders with purchase of large drink, and refused to serve me. Why are you running a franchise, if you don't want to honor promos from the corporate brand! The ownership and management here clearly does not value customers or brand commitments, they run a big franchise and think they can rip off customers as they please. Popeyes Canada doesn't have a corporate phone number I can call to complain.

Nice enough to send extra food but generally not healthy in choice. The food I received when put in the microwave drained 1 and a half tablespoons of oil in the bowl. Not doing that again.

Over-spiced I told her woman nothing with spice please she did not listen to me. Add onion rings with it spicy again you get five pieces greasy not attractive will not go back again I still say Mary Brown Chicken it's still the best not enough locations

THE MANAGER THREATENED ME.

I just had the worst possible experience here. The manager not only REFUSED my coupon, THREATENED ME, and then put extra grease on my chicken to the point it was falling out of the bag! I’ve never felt so unsafe at a Popeyes. This place needs to be shut down, do not come here unless you enjoy being harassed.

Super accomodating to our large crowd of moms with kids. They made us feel welcome. Food tasted gr8 as usual!

Best chicken place i have ever been to! Service was somewhat fast.pretty clean place.i would have enjoyed my stay if there was a larger selection of food to chose from.also they should offer different kinds of biscuits

Manager who wears blue doesnt know how to run a business, they open at 11, doors were locked at 11: 30am I knocked on the window and the manager says he can lock the store whenever he wants and he can open it whenever he wants. Poor Service
