This location is probably one of the better ones you will find. Service is quick, store is clean and the food is always good.

Worst service ever from popeyes. Popeyes in general slowest compare to other good chains, but this location was beyond slow… dont call yourselves “FAST FOOD” cos its not.

Love this place. Today it’s not busy. The cashier is very nice I ordered today’s special. Unfortunately the chicken wings are too salty? Like double amount of salt in it. Hope salt can be mixed evenly

Chicken was fine. People seemed nice. There was a long wait for the chicken but it was not unreasonable. Online ordering did not work and charged my account 8 times but the charges were refunded.

Used to come here frequently but recently they don't serve mild wings and chicken. I'll have to find another location

Of all the popeye locations, this is one of the better locations. The chicken tastes good and the sides are not nearly as trash.

Always order spicy chicken wings and they never disappoint. Fresh and hot, I order through Uber eats and this location is my go to even tough another is close by

This restaurant is very disrespectful and rude and don't know the meaning of fairness and customer services. I wouldn't buy anymore food.

Just bought a chicken sandwich and some nuggets. The counterstaff person was sweeping and then handling food without washing his hands. Will never return to this location

I tried their famous chicken burger I heard a lot of raving about. Must say that their portions are formidable, but it's not my cup of tea as the chicken is really greasy. The meat is nice and lean, but the thick crispy crumb is soaked in oil. Be aware of it. But it's a junk food after all, right?

Chicken strips were super salty and the sandwich was basically a piece of chicken on a bun.hardly had any toppings.just mayo.wasted my money.

I love this location, it has a nice dine in space it has a washroom but you can't use it right now due to covid 19, staff is nice at times they are quick at service also but can be slow at times but that is on the customer most of the time when they don't know what they want, food is 95% fresh everytime, it is clean, and there is lots of parking spaces cause it is in a plaza, I come here everytime I want Popeye's.

I like everything about food, it's so unusual for me to say that something is disgusting. For the first time I can say that my dinner gave me and my boyfriend stomach pain. The onion rings were cold and tasted rancid completely disgusting. The "cajun flounder sandwich" was terrible. I won't talk about the fries cause I think you got my point already. Such a disappointing experience and I love popeyes. This location's food just sucks.

My experience was mind blowing. The front disk girls are so dedicated and polite. They gave me the 9 pieces special deal with desserts. My kids like the food a lot.

Waited over half an hour for a chicken sandwich and they completely messed up the order. DO NOT EAT HERE

What a disaster this location is. We're in a pandemic and the restaurant is packed. The area to line up is tight and then when they call you to grab your food they force you to come to the cash in-between where customers are ordering. Hand the food over where people are waiting, don't force us into a cluster of people. Also, the oil needs to be changed, my chicken tastes like dirty old oil.

Wow great food and good service prices are awesome great selection and the best chicken in Toronto will be back

Chicken tenders, fries & Apple pie was perfect staff is friendly & knowledgeable did remove one star because of wait times

Crispy chicken over rated more batter than meat there definitely was a crunch, staff were wearing masks, would never purchase that sandwich again.

Nothing to back say about Popeye's. Staff great, chicken nice and spicy, restaurant nicely a/c'ed and clean.

It was the worst popeyes I have been to in Toronto. Really basic and the biscuit was awful. It could be due to the virus but not sure. Popeye's is my go to for delicious fried chicken. I only ate half of it and threw the rest out. Very disappointing.

If would I could give them negative rating. Stupid employees don't know how to sever the customers.worst place & employees. Needs to be more professional.not recommended.

Manager is rude, as soon as you pay: they ask you to move on the side in a awful unpleasant manner. Not professionally kind.

So yummy! I love treating my family once a year here for dinner. Spicey chicken strips please ;) its usually pretty busy inside but it has ample parking. Prices are fair for the great quality of food.wish they bring back the Cajun rice ;). People who work here are very kind & helpful.

Love popeye's the chicken is fresh and the sides amazing. Plus the dipping sauces are great as well.

Very bad service. I wish I could give 0 stars, they made me wait for an hour for nothing and kept blaming on difference reasons on why I needed to wait more. They were rude and did not give proper costumer service, do not recommend.

They were very accommodating when I asked to substitute a box of mixed chicken for a box of legs & thighs instead. My family was very happy that they did.

Tasted great.but something was off with the food (shrimps) because later it made my friends and I sick. Eat at your own risk.

We've eaten at a few locations and this one is our favourite they seem to make crispier chicken. Although we usually get wings which are freshly made. The staff is friendly enough but I get the feeling they are talking bad about you (probably are) but that's the food service industry.

Told me they close in 5 minutes at 9: 34pm? Wouldn't even let me use the bathroom, and couldn't even make my order "because we close in 5 minutes". If so then they should change their hours online. Super rude, has to ask for a tray 4 times started arguing with each other instead.

Discusting place, the worst popeyes ive been to.do yourselves a favour and skip this place and go somewhere else.

By far the best Popeyes experience I've had. Clean location, great service, food was ready in minutes, and so fresh that I couldn't bite into it right away due to it being so hot!
