The manager Argie and also Shayra is very good they accommodated my request, and also thanks to Vincent for cooking fresh chicken.

Service was slow. Watched my food sit on the food shelf for about 5 minutes before receiving it. Chicken was under cooked stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. They did replace it, which is why food got 2 stars instead of 1

They have no expurence and bad comuniction and also today I ordered it again from the same place it came but the chicken was very dry and most of pieces were wings i am so disappointed with this place

I orders through Uber eats for pickup, and my order was ready in about five minutes. I always like to order from here and I will keeping doing so. Not only is the food really good, the service is amazing as well. I was helped by Akshit who was very kind and tended to my order really quickly. I was also helped my another worker, who I didn’t get the name of, but was also very nice. You guys do an amazing job!

Top shelf customer service. Friendliest people I have met. Even after just a few visits she knew no pickles.

Love the chicken here.it's halal and hand slaughtered.the owner is nice and very helpful. I have been here multiple times but never had problem.except for once.thy forgot to put fries in my take away order and when I went again, the owner gave me two as a compensation, such gesture are hard to see now a days.not a big deal but meant a lot at that time. Only a little suggestion is to increase the sitting area as it is sometimes not enough particularly on weekends. I was also surprised to see their timings as they are open till 6 in the morning.

As a Skip The Dishes driver, they're always on point and ready with people's orders in a timely manner! I've also been eating here since I was younger, and I've never had an issue!

It was quiet a better than any other Popeyes location as i eat Popeyes a lot. There service was quick and they were really cooperative.

The food was very good the chicken wasn’t very oily and had a lot of flavour the mini burgers were very good and had the perfect amount of spicy sauce on them and the fries and biscuits were good as usual

Always a great Popeyes to stop at, service is great, food is much better than the other locations in Ajax and the wait times are much shorter than the others as well. 10/10 Popeyes location in my books

It’s one of the best branches in the area when it comes to Popeyes. Always fresh and mostly on time.

Unlike some locations they do seem to cook their chicken well and it’s never overdone. A lot of times they do have special in-store offers running which are not advertised online or in Uber.

The only thing that I find a bit annoying is that they refuse to take phone orders very late at night.which is understandable as people call in and don’t show up but for rest of us it does mean having to wait.

Order chicken tenders from here and they were so salty that my entire family spit it out. Then I went and got replacement the next day and they sold us again the same salty chicken and then when I talk to the manager she says this is not our issue. We get it like this from the supplier and I am not tasting the chicken. You're just going to have to eat it. And when I asked to talk to the owner, she refused to pass the information on to the owner. Very bad customer service selling overly salted chicken. That's not edible. And that's not just my taste buds. That's six different people that said the same thing.

Few things to note of:
- Employees don’t wear hairnets (not even the cooks)
- Employee are rude and have an attitude
- asked for a refill on a drink and was told the new standard is no refills (I had been getting refills at every other Popeyes)
- the fries and food were thumbs up

The chicken was amazing, the food wasn’t expensive. The service was great, they were nice and it didn’t take long for them to make the food.

Worst experience! Food was cold staff mind was hot Restroom was lock, no ketchup and have to pay 30 cents for scouse, no drink fountain and even worst thing din time was limited to 40 minutes make sure families with kids don't visit otherwise they will kick you out ‍️

Surveys should start at Negative 5, in this case because the lowest star is 1, I have no choice but to use this. Avoid this location, very slow staff, Rude Manager/ Owner + Rude staff = horrible experience. I spent so much money on this location which I regret.

Very dissatisfied with the service and food. I almost slipped on the wet floor and told the 2 ladies and doesn't seem to care. Didn't even ask me if I'm okay. I waited for a while and when I got home and check my order the Chicken are too small and large mostly tiny drumstick and the fries are stale. It's not worth the money for what I paid for. Never going back to this store.

I paid for a large gravy, but when I opened it, it was just half filled! I’m not happy with it!

I went to this location and received less quantity for pieces. Its Understandable as its evening time very busy crowd, I spoke with management and told them my issue and not only did they honour and compensate my request very quickly they made up for it. That is quality customer service and I respect this location heavily for this.

Even though we only tasted the burger and fries, the customer service and cuisine were both excellent. We had a fantastic time here today, and the staff were delightful. This place is deserving of a lot more attention than it currently receives. This eatery comes highly recommended by me. I'd give the food a ten out of ten.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible, the store is a mess, and not only that but every single time I’ve ordered whether it be in store or Uber eats it’s ALWAYS wrong. Today was the last straw, I ordered via Uber eats and my entire order was wrong. The chicken was raw and cold in the middle and I drove all the way back to the store to ask if I could get a refund I was told “no”. And upon asking for a manager or head office’s number- the girl at the front said “sorry I cannot give you that information”. So nothing was ever resolved. Don’t waste your time here nor your money. You might get sick.

Honestly you guys have the worst customer service ever. I came there on Wednesday to get medium fries while I wait for my Pizza to be cooked next door and the Manager doesn’t even offer me a bag to go along with the fries and sauce which I politely asked and he obliged and gives me coupons in the bag so I decided to give the place another chance. Fast forward to Friday I order my 8’piece nugget combo and stand aside to wait for it to be ready. The girl working there’s like go stand over there in the corner where the employee area and tv is while she’s watching me the whole time. Not only did I see no other customer there the store wasn’t even busy. Not only did you guys offend and embarrass me, but you made me feel less of a human being. I just had a baby yeah my hair is a mess I’m wearing no makeup with spit up over my clothes, being woken up 6 am every morning but that’s not how you treat a paying customer and I will never be back at that location and you guys need to be ashamed of yourselves. Also you guys served me pink chicken while I was pregnant months back I should of never came back. Beware of this location!

Messup order all the time. I ordered checken tender meal and got 6 biscuits in return. Horrible customer service too.

Ordered food for pickup at around 9pm and it was the most stale chicken. They also love to pick out the worst pieces for you if you come in with a coupon. I noticed this on many occasions. Like you are a 2nd class customer if you use coupons. Very disappointing.

I wish I could give 0 rating. Ordered wings and took a bite.gosh they were smelling awful. I am not sure how this restaurant passed inspection. Selling stale and spoiled meat is a public health risk. Went over reviews and it seems I am not the only one who encountered this issue.

Bad customer service. They do not care about their customers. Staff often see chatting each other without paying attention to customers. They do not care about the customer's order. They often packed food with missing items. Their package is not up to standard.
Other than customers they often find arguing with delivery peoples. Their behaviour with delivery peoples is not good. They do pay respect. I will recommend to stay away from this business.

On my last visit, not a good e experience, order 4 boxes of Wednesday special, they packed in 2 boxes.
Quality of chicken pieces were not according to most of the locations in town.
Wish I would have taken a picture of the order, I have never seen a chicken leg piece so small.
If you can not effort to buy a quality raw product why bother selling as daily specials.
I will definitely will give another shot and review again.

Great customer service! Food comes fast when they aren't getting smoked and they have no problem helping you with coupons or promotions. Orders always accurate and cooked well. I had ordered a couple regular sandwiches lately and i had received spicy I ended up having to work but not having the food to eat unfortunately because I cannot tolerate it. I went back to location after work and they had no problem rectifying the situation and replacing the meals.

One of the most oily chicken I have ever had

First of all the noise in the restaurant: the moment you enter into the restaurant the first thing you will notice is the noise not from the customers but from the staff everyone is talking loudly and it's like some fight is going on

Second of all the chicken quality and taste: I don't know why this is the worst experience I've ever had I've been to this place like more than 3 to 4 times and I always regret why I bought Popeyes it's not just me my family and my friends they always say that don't buy anything from this specific I don't know why what they do with the oil it's like dripping
The chicken is so oily that you need at least a box of tissue.

I don't know how to come they are selling like this because this is literally unhealthy and I think it's very dangerous for people who are above 50, too much oil is very unhealthy.

I will surely contact Popeyes to do a surprise visit because these guys are doing something different and which is not in a good sense.

Customer service is so horrible. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw and rubbery inside I called them and they were not willing to help me at all the guy that was claiming to be the “general manager” hung up the phone. I went there with prove of the chicken, he tried to convince me that I was late for my pick up order and thats why the chicken was rubbery because it was cold (which I was actually early, had to wait for my food)
Absolute most worst popeyes.

I am not the type of person to write a review but I have been here a couple of times as it is close to my home. All times I went there, I came out the store disappointed. I asked for my order fresh and the cashier said it would take 20 mins, and I had no problem waiting. They called us up in 15 mins but the food wasn't even fresh. Then when we wanted a refill for our drink they tried charging us money. How cheap could you be, its a fast-food place, I have never encountered that before. And when we were talking to the employee he was talking back to us. Customer service is horrible. We definitely won't be back again, the Popeyes at south of Ajax is way better guys.

Went in late. The guys made the food awesome but forgot my extra piece of chicken. Other then that fresh and delicious

I have visited this location several times because it is close to home, however I will be driving further out to receive better customer service in the future.

There is one big woman in particular who is extremely cheap. She refuses coupons, she doesn’t even take a look at it. She also always tries to get you to add extra items by continuously pushing you to add “deals” onto your order. When you order a combo that is supposed to come with two dipping sauces, she only allows the workers to give one and you have to pay 50 cents for more.

I have to mention that the food is almost NEVER fresh. Mashed potato has a sprinkle of gravy, the chicken is extremely rubbery and dry, sandwiches never have enough mayo or sauce. How much can establishment save from doing this and being this cheap?

All 5 Stars reviews are mostly fake. Very very shameful disgusting pathetic customer services. I called them 20 times but none picked up the phone and it’s not first time and when arrived there! They just didn’t do nothing. Waiting time and manage customer is very very poor. Size of chicken always varies not as per Popeyes standard. I will not recommend anyone to visit there until or unless someone have lot of time to waste.

Very poor customer service the big fatty lady take my order fill my drink at the time of order and didn’t covered with lid.
When my order ready initially I told its dine in and she forget pack every thing to take out. Then her mind was works and she put all packed food in tray. Just unwrap it and put in tray thats it. Ask for ketchup and each and single thing. When she gave me drink then I refused to take because its filled at the time of order and didn’t lid up. She completely refuse to fill it up again with fresh stuff and put the glass in front od me and gone.
This branch don’t care about customers thats why there rating is 3.4 out of 5.
May be Owner don’t know what is the impact of customer service on business. Any how never go back to that location again. Very rude and insulting behaviour customer service by that fatty lady.

I have been to this Popeyes location multiple times.
Customer services is prompt and very courteous.
From hygiene perspective, I observed all the serving staff at front, in clean and tidy uniforms with hair nets on.
Apparently, this location is eager to attract more patrons, by providing them very good customer service, along with good product.
I find no reason not to visit them again.

They serve your sandwiches by rubbing it multiple times on the heater where the fries are, was truly disappointed. And I have never went to a fast-food restaurant where they charge you 5 cents for a fountain pop refill, very cheap of them.

Food always fresh, the stuff regardless how busy they are, always friendly, consistent and accommodating. Top notch customer service and the food speaks for itself.

I would reccomend this place for sure because everything about this restaurant is wonderful. From the quality of the service to the delicious and fresh food! The system is amazing and super organized and in place all the time! The staff is absolutely fantastic as well!

It was okay, Not the best Popeyes experience I've had. The chicken was to salty and it smelt a bit like a chicken coop

Great food. Very crispy chicken. The seasoned caujan fries are great too. Iv tried that mac and cheese and it was good but not amazing. The chicken tenders spicey are definately my favorite
