Very dirty and the staff move like snails. We paid full price for the food items and they serve half of a full beans and rice. When requested a refund or the container to be filled they become rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't support this location anymore or refer anyone here. Absolutely disgusting attitude and unprofessional behaviour.

I don't write reviews cos I used to let go of many things, but I won't let this pass. I've been patronizing this location for a while now. The worst chicken combo and biscuit was served to me by a guy on Friday, 24 March 2023, at 4: 31 pm. I still don't know what to make of it. Everything reeks off the leftover of many days. I had to throw them away. Flashback, I could see he wasn't himself while handing over the food, which means it was intentional. I've never been myself since. If you are reading this review guy, thank you. Surely, nemesis will catch up with you.

Last month, I went to this branch for a birthday party with my co-workers. Even though I ordered from the Popeyes website, it was a very busy lunch time, so I had to wait for my order for a long time. However, he, who seemed to be the branch manager, informed me of the progress of the order, and asked for my understanding for delay. I waited longer than I expected, but the crispiness of the freshly fried chicken was the best I've had recently. Thank you.

I order chicken sandwich combo. I waited 25mins for it. But already fries cold. Also I ask refills soft drink when I waiting, they said 0.97. I waited so long but they didn’t do anything. Very annoying Black shirt guy. If you go order don’t go to black Shirt guy. He is terrible and annoying.

They make me Waite for chicken sandwich for 15 min and they end up give me a cold chicken in my sandwich never going back aging to that location

Asked for a nugget combo at 10: 35 and I was told they are closing lmao they close at 11. They just didn't want to make any food don't visit here save your time!

Simply a bizarre experience At the time, there is a heat wave. Without air conditioning, there are workers in the back of the kitchen. I experienced a headache as a result of entering the building. The staff is quite kind aside from that. There are smiles on the faces of every employee. But you can tell they’re very uncomfortable.

Please be advised: If you are planning to visit this place and you happen to have a mask exemption, be prepared to be denied service, threatened with the cops, ridiculed and kicked out of the store. The staff are misinformed concerning mask by-laws, and the manager is also rude, irrational, and arrogant.

Worst customer service ever. I came 20 mins before closing and they refused to serve also thought I was related to 2 other guys because we were black: I told them I don’t know them yet they still didn’t serve me and said they’re closed, while still making food for everyone else smh. Never again

This place is much better than KFC and they are cheaper also I go here all the time enjoy your selves cheers

This place deserves 0 stars. I had too wait 30 minutes for my food JUST for them too give me the wrong order. Do yourself a favor and never come to this Popeyes EVER.

Food was fresh and tasted great, but things moved sooo slow. Only 1 register open. There were 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I waited in line for 20 mins before getting to placing my order. Then waited another 15 mins for my food. These were just regular walk-in guests, no Uber Eats or Skip. No massive orders. Great food, slow service.

Customer service was great. Communicated well. And was very accommodating. Really was nice to come out tonight and receive such service. To that lights serving thanks.

The chicken was not cooked properly. I was disappointed. I was just smelling the freshness of it.

Had to wait almost 25 mins for pip corn shrimp. And I was first in line no one before or after me.really sad for a fast food restaurant. At least the shrimp was good.

Too many Indian cooking and adding their own twist to southern fried chicken. When you ask for fresh fried chicken they act like its coming out of their own paycheck.

Service was not the best. So much room for improvements, I placed a small order and it took 15 minutes to receive my food even though there was tons of chicken in the heaters smh! When I had placed my order there was only 2 people in front of me that happened to have already placed their order. If you have TIME food is good it if your in a rush forget it. A girl who came in 10 minutes behind me was huffing and puffing because she just wanted to place an order and go.

Stopped getting my favorite chicken at this place because 3 times they made mistakes on my orders if they made my order in less then 5 min I could understand but after waiting over 10 min and they still get it wrong is just plain wrong

The food is good here and the employees are good the only con is the area over here is pretty bad the chicken sandwich is definitely worth trying

3rd time trying out this place & 3 strikes your out. Food was not cooked properly, within 24hrs stomach problems. & all ppl 3 bought foos for, got sick.

I adore this place! They serve sensational meals, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that spot is very trained, I like a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently tasty, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

Wait times are typically long because there's always people lining up, but once you order, the food comes fairly fast. The food at this location is pretty good. I've got food here several times already and haven't encountered any issues.

Staff are friendly and prompt.a little awkward sometimes when you see people throwing a fit over paying 35 cents for sauce

Just got in from our flights and stopped here for dinner, unfortunately the service was terrible. Long wait time, paid for extra sauce that we had to ask for twice, combos missing biscuits that should have been included, all 3 pops were extremely flat (we thought the coke was iced tea until we tasted it). Asked for new drinks and the employee behind the front desk took his sweet time to attend to us, the manager eventually argued with us about how “fountain pop is always like this” meanwhile all they had to do was change it. I suggest bottled pop instead but of course they wanted more money for that. Ridiculous. Welcome to Toronto.

This place was horrible. I went there on a Monday. Nobody didn't want to serve me in the lineup. I waited there for 10 minutes.

I’ve ordered a chicken combo and 10 wings only by uber eats. The chicken combo was good but the wings were so terrible. It was rotting and stinking. It was bad experience

This place is the worst place to be, only one person receiving cash, preparing the meal nd serving it. First time bad impression, waited for so long there was crowd

The food was good, just the staff was a little unfriendly but I would recommend the place to eat

Staff are friendly, chicken and fries are constantly being freshly made, due to the fact that they sell so much. Only drawback is the restaurant often has a line, though it moves quickly. Can't really fault them for being popular with such good food.

I like Popeye better then KFC all because of the day old chicken they served me so yes it's more pricey, KFC has better service deals but due to my very bad experience with KFC. I recommend Popeyes

This Popeyes has the worst staff ever. No matter what time of day it is, and even if NO ONE is in line, you always have to wait at least 10 mins for your food. I spent over $30 there on Saturday and when I asked for 1 sweet heat sauce they demanded I pay 35 cents for it. I only had a $20 bill and even though I spent $30, they insisted I break my $20 bill to pay the 35 cents. I will never go back there. I usually spend apr $60/month there but after the nonsense over 1 sauce, I'll never go back.

Order was a bit behind, but the staff let me know details of how long it would take to be ready. This is a rare thing from most FF restaurants. It was appreciated.

Terrible customer service, long waiting time.not worth it, cold and over cooked food and to my surprise one of the employee said that its not halal.i was like wow they are serving food under the label of halal.that’s nice trick.don’t know the fact.but one can always find another food franchise which is more genuine, friendly, clean & precise.
