I Ordered 80 dollars with of food from these guys and didn't get mew wings so I called them and a lady apologized and said next time you order we can give it to you called them back today and they said no one said that. 1st rule of business is to keep your word and you guys are calling customer liars pathetic

Currently in the restaurant. I waited 5 minutes for service and I was the only one at the counter. There are only 2 people working and 7 people waiting for food.
The washrooms are "always" closed after 10pm. One girl at the cash is very rude and acting like she's being punished for working. The orders are wrong and calling 130 when we are in the 280s. If the food wasn't delicious I'd go to mcdonalds

I am a regular customer of Popeyes but whenever I go to popeyes which is at bayly and Harwood, they Everytime gives me same excuse that washroom is closed and then Everytime I have to request them. But today when I went there to pick up my food they didn’t allow me to use it and said it’s closed. Today would be my last day, I am not coming to this store anymore. And Mariam was the one who denied, my order number was 106.
On the other, food is good.

Unacceptable. Not to mention the owner who is unreasonable and in denial.
Expected me to get a new piece of chicken instead of a refund.
Who in their right mind would want to get a replacement piece of chicken after being served Salmonella!
Fast food is out people. Nothing better then a home cooked meal. If it's not made with LOVE I DONT WANT IT!

The Food is delicious. Staff is well trained and overwhelming. Manager pooja was very polite, she took my order and served me with fresh hot chicken. The best part was the whole team had smiles on their faces. It was overall a great experience. Definitely recommended Popeyes location.

I always like eating at popeyes, quality of food is awesome especially chicken sandwich is my favourite.

Better than your typical Popeye's joint. Much better compared to the Rossland branch. Better service and food taste better too. Less busy as well. Good seating space and lots of parking

The owner is extremely stingy! I had just put in an order for food and my PREGNANT MOTHER asked me to get her tap water. The owner said I’d have to pay even though under ONTARIO LAW IT IS ILLEGAL TO TURN AWAY OR CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR TAP WATER! DIDNT HAVE MONEY SO HAD TO LEAVE! The quality of the food is also bad. It’s always a hit or miss on quality and it’s been more of a ABSOLUTE MISS RECENTLY! Stop being stingy!

Very unorganized, my sandwich and fries were made and sat there for almost 10 mins while they waited on my popcorn shrimp. I will not return.

Very poor service for regular sandwiches they took 26min and nobody was before me. 3 lazy workers were "working" still chicken was not fully fried.

We have never been disappointed in the quality of food until Sumday night. The chicken was very greasy but dry on the inside. We also received 1 wing that still had feathers on it. The fries and onion rings were the only items that seemed fresh. Even the biscuits which are usually wonderful were tough. We ordered a 12 piece family meal with 2 large sides and biscuits. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Ordered a flounder sandwich NOT spicy it came doused in spicy sauce. Inedible and terrible. Wish I read all the other reviews before ordering. Not meaning to be rude but exactly how much attention to detail is required to correctly fulfill the ONE option on the order (spicy/non) ? Just because people are working the night shift, doesn’t mean y’all need to be on that special Ed time or high

The staff today seemed uninterested in their jobs or serving me at all. I was a bit disappointed in their lack of professionalism even if it was just young adults at a fast food chicken restaurant I would expect them to show common courtesy and common sense.

Cheep quality food in burned oil, and very cheep mind owner i seen while dealing with staff and customers, Popeyes management should take action for this branch quality of food and service.i will not go there again.

I have eaten here maybe 3 times. This is the absolute worst place to get any sort of chicken or meal. In those 3 times i have been here, never ever had a meal that was remotely satisfying. The chicken was always cold or luke warm at best. Their chicken sandwiches were always disappointing too.

Very very disappointed.again! They keep using old oil to fry the chicken and even the pies! The pie were burned. I don't know what's going on with this location but the food quality has deminished drastically. I stayed away for months and went back today only to get the same result. The Popeyes at Harwood plaza needs to revamp the quality of food otherwise they will keep losing customers. Wasted my money!

The worst fried chicken ever I ate. Oil is over heated several times that it smells burnt on the food. Take a look at pop corn shrimps reality in the photo. I won’t take any food here for free. Please don’t go to this place.

Food was good not great. Service was friendly but way too slow and the diners that were eating in the restaurant did not have to show and proof of vaccination or contact info. A herd of high school students came in for lunch while I was waiting and nobody was controlling the amount of teens lining up from the counter to out the door entrance. At least 50 people. Some with masks and some without. Zero physical distancing. It was pure chaos! The manager was too busy filling orders to even notice or care. Only three employees were on duty. Not nearly adequate for the the number of customers they had. This is a serious problem and the reason we are seeing so many new Covid cases. I am still in disbelief this even happened.

Asked them for a cup of tap water with my order and they refused, saying I'd have to buy a drink.

This popeyes is one of the best ones. I always get fresh food here and service is impeccable. Sachin was amazing and he always makes sure the order is right. If ur in the mood for some fried chicken do try this place out. The spicy fried chicken is pretty good and their biscuits are awesome.

I order chiken sandwiches there was no sauce at all it was so gross, I asked the manager can you please not add butter he told me the toaster will burn the bun, which he was liying, I sad ok fine tnx, then I order popcorn shrimp it was all burned and very dry, and they were charging the mayo 50cent, the service was very weak. The quality is getting worst day by day.plus the chicken nuggets doesn't taste good at all.

Thought I would pick up lunch for my daughter. She gets a half hour break for lunch at work. I waited 20 minutes for her food. The man on cash kept taking orders but not filling them.

Called to place an order, they put me on hold for half hour and then disconnected the call, when called back no one answered the phone, so I had to order food from another restaurant

I ordered at 3AM, I got 1+1 deal on a flounder sandwich it tastes and smells like the chicken is old.

The worst Popeyes outlet ever.tastes horrible.the taste and color of the chicken and fries seemed like they did not change the cooking oil for a long time. I gave them the benefit of doubt on my first visit but when it's the same in the second it's no longer once in a blue moon kind of thing. Never going back there.

They didn’t give me and my boyfriend our tea biscuits fries were soggy and undercooked. The portion sizes of the ripn chicken were an absolute joke including the fries. Would not recommend to anyone it’s not hard to make an order properly.

Couple of times been to this popeyes locations something wrong with there chiken it's too salty first thing there chiken fingers and it's upset my stomach as well I don't know was that old chiken or what but i am scared to go there next time service was good tho but something definitely wrong with there preparation guys at popeyes you here please make sure you are on top of food safety and stuff you chiken twice upset my stomach which is not a good sign.

This popeyes is so bad I would not suggest anyone to go there. The chicken is old fries and chicken both cook in old oli and smell

I really don’t understand how hard it is to make a quality order. Everywhere as of late has gone downhill drastically with no exception for this place. The size of the chicken was smaller than my knuckle the fries were undercooked and the portion was a complete disappointment. Step it up franchises this is getting to be ridiculous if prices go up then quality should not plummet.

Every time I eat here It tastes old. My stomach starts too hurt, and it drives me straight to the washroom. I gave them more than 20 chances over and over again but now I've had enough. I wouldnt reccomend this place unless you want old chicken.

Manager made our food amazingly exactly as requested and taste was good, but while waiting for our food to be prepared, an employee came in to start her shift with mask down on her chin and walked past all food preparation stations and then put a mask on under her nose, was not impressed with this during all covid precautions, manager and other employees were masked but did not say anything.

I got 3 boxes of fried spicy chicken and to my surprise 2 out of 3 boxes fried chicken did stink.badly.before even I did open the box, there was a small coming out from.wondering.but then after the smell was confirmed. Called them and explained, the only answer I did get is a replacement.their reaction should be looking as how they handle their product, stubborn to say that their chicken is fresh. Health Canada should get more inspectors, random check and break the lobbyism. Please learn how to cook at home.

Went here to try the new sandwich and it was a great experience.the sandwich was perfect and the customer service was amazing.all the employees were wearing masks and washed their hands regularly.everything was clean and the food was fresh.would highly recommend coming here

This restaurant is terrible. I asked for a chicken sandwich with extra mayo. Waited 10 mins. Got a cold sandwich with no mayo. Took it back and asked for a fresh one with extra sauce. The manager refused to make me a new one. Gave me sauce on the side and offered to “heat it up for me”. I watched him put my sandwich that I obviously took a bite of, and put it in the warmer with FRESH FOOD! He left it there for 10 seconds and gave it back to me STILL COLD. Pretty sure you’re not allowed to take back “contaminated” food. Especially not to put it in the same containers as fresh food they are giving out. So gross. Don’t eat from here guys. So dissatisfied and definitely not going back.

Worst Popeyes ever. Bad customer service. Looks like its an indian grocery store with all the boxes on the sides and customers have no space to wait in line. DONT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE AT ALL

I ordered chicken sandwich and the worst thing ever tasted. It was Extremely salted and zero quality and quantity and high in price.

I took out 4 orders Tuesday spicy chicken. Once we start eating at home, it taste bad. It smells bad, it was dark inside. It seems like old chicken fry fried again. I called store and he couldn't give good answers. Something is wrong.i am not going this store again. I would not recommend this store.

I went to the Harwood and Bailey location in Ajax. There was only person at the front and she was preparing an uber order, the other girl in back was staring at front but didn't come to help the line. She only came when she was told to help and even then she was very blunt and unfriendly. After I picked up my order, I went to the park with my family, we realized they hadn't added any napkins or ketchup to the bag. Some locations ask these items are needed but they didn't even ask so I assumed they would be in the bag. I have come to realize that Popeyes really is stingy with giving out napkins and ketchup but this location was the wort.

Manager is rude and the place is too slow. Line-up goes up to the outside because there's only one cashier taking orders.

Usually they have great service, except they never give Napkins and Ketchup.as I asked today for each item separately, still I got only 3 napkins for 2 combos.
I ordered around 12pm. He forgot to give a fork for the poutine that I ordered. Now Iam in highway and My son cant eat his poutine.

WORST POPEYES EXPIRIENCE (during covid-19). Mature Guy when taking orders coughing and not wearing mask and VERY RUDE, when told, got a answer to not visit next time. Will complain to the head office.

I really wish I read the reviews before I came. First time here - short staffed. Workers aren’t using gloves and I didn’t realize till after I paid. I then asked for a refund because it took forever. Sandwich was made and just sat there for over 10 min so by the time I got it, it was cold. I don’t get it if the sandwich was made immediately, all you had to do was put some fries and send me on my way since you had so many Uber orders.

Female touched cash and was handling food - on any other day that’s unacceptable let alone during a pandemic. Lesson learned.

This spot never fails to impress. They serve excellent food for convenient pricing, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.

I call this superb place many times because I love the good air that is part of this restaurant. The personel is highly helpful and qualified. The service is impressively fast. Not to mention, the food you get is highly distinguished. I came more than once and I was always pleased. The expense is decent. I suggest this place to to all.

Beware of this place, its not about POPEYE but the Indian guy running this store.
- No AC on the store in the middle of heatwave!
- In the pandemic time, not using a gloves and worst is, he is touching the lid of the paper cup - disgusting!
- Staff are not wearing mask and gloves as well - how sanitary is that?

This store is NOT following safety precaution esp this pandemic time.

The customer service here is terrible. The manager who should be the example is impatient. HIS TONE IS TERRIBLE. So rude! Its like he forgot i was paying for the food. First thing he said to me after i place my order is, look it over i dont want y to complain, then went on to take someone else's order. I wasnt even done. Worse $88. I've ever spent. I wasnt begging him nothing

Awful place. Ordered a 12 piece chicken meal, 8/12 pieces were not cooked correctly with blood staining the meat heavily from the inside. Try another Popeyes because this place is disappointing.

Before you read all the review, just remember not to order the 1/4 lb pop corn chicken. Details below. I have been to this location before many times. Was satisfied till today, because the owner wasn’t there. I know the owner and he is good with customers. The reason for my 3 stars review is poor service and cold food. When I got my order, I asked if everything was there. On inspection I found extra fries I orders was missing. The lady quickly got my other fries and I was on my way. My home is 4-5 mins away, when I got home I found out that the fries were cold and dry. The 1/4 lb pop corn chicken was dry, cold and half the amount or so. (I measured it on scale and it was about 80 grams) 1/4 lb is about 113 grams. The fried chicken was good as usual. No complains there. My advice after this episode is check your order no matter what. Always instruct that you want to get fresh fries. You don’t want to go home and find that your order is cold or you are served old fries. I will call the owner so he knows what happend. I hope this review will help some of the readers.

Super busy when I went in but served in a timely manner. Prefer it over KFC. The spicy chicken is so good.

This place is far as I'm concerned is excellent every time I go there chicken is piping hot fresh there's size are super hot and fresh and I would recommend them to anyone

As a fast food joint, I would except the food to be served quickly. I have been here 3 times and all those 3 orders took more than 15 minutes. Honestly the only reason for this is how understaffed they are

Was mmmm not so great. Never allows a substitute on food even if the value of the side are the same or more than what I'm requesting (due to dietary reasons). Gave my buddy fresh chicken while I got the 4 hour old peice. Had to walk up and exchange it for a fresh peice which was a huge difference.
The Baldwin and Taunton location will always be my favorite location. That staff is very flexible, friendly and well mannered.

Just updating.came here 10: 30pm this place is closed! The website says open till 11pm. Confused as to why Im sitting here and they are closed a whole half an hour before the posted times.thankfully there alot of other options around here that are still open till 11pm as they have advertised.

It is fried chicken. So i expect it to be greasy. But the chicken was a bit undercooked and there were some pinkness in some of the chicken peices eventhough the coating was well done. I bought the 10 peice game day special for 14.99 and one apple pie. The apple pie was okay. Had a weird chicken taste while being sweet as if it was fried in the exact same oil. Not what i was looking for. The service was good and staff were kind and friendly. The location was clean and presentable with lots of seating area.
