Bad customer service

Food quality is unfortunately inconsistent here. Once the chicken was freshly made, hot and delicious. The next time it was cold and practically there was no taste.

Excellent place to visit, visited on a Tuesday considered as their busiest day however the service the food is excellent. Chicken was super hot and fresh their fries were super crispy and fresh. I would 100% recommend it to all my friends and family.

I been to most popeyes but this one is so unique among them, from worker to managers.all of them want to be do they're best to service customers especially weekends nights.

I used to coming this location to enjoy the Thursday daily special. However I found the meal are very salty last 2 times. Today， i came again to buy the meal. The cashier ask me if i need buy some drink. I have a unlucky feeling at that time. Ends up， i ate it in my car and taste very salty！！！！Thats why the cashier mention me to buy a drink. After today， i believe i wont come back in the short time. Such disappointed.

Came in at around 1130 AM to place a big order for Tuesday Specials for a group of 12. It was right before the rush but the staff heard me say it was a big order. They all gather around and called out the order to the kitchen staff as I was ordering. Very well organized, it felt like they were firing the chicken fresh like a fine dining restaurant.

The cashier was switched on and got my order correct on the first go. Staff gave me a estimated time for my order to be ready and kept me updated as I waited. One of the staff members even had the time to ask me what the order was and actually made a effort to speak with me.

The food is exceptional and I honestly don't care to write a review on fast food restaurants as they are all similar. I have been to a few Popeyes around the GTA and they were all inconsistent. Maybe I am bias cause this is close to my house but their food is always on point. Fried chicken is always super crispy and juicy on the inside. Their sandwiches are always fresh and seasoned properly.

I was living in the area when they first opened and service has always been great. Only took me until now to leave a good review for their consistently great service.

This location is usually efficient and patient when attending to clients. Zain & Muna gave me a pleasant customer experience.

I ordered 8 pieces family meal with Cajun fries at 5: 15 pm, which I thought it’s dinner time everything should be freshly fried. Turned out the chicken and the fries were probably leftover and so dry. It’s not worth the money.

I ate here at 3: 40ish pm on Tuesday, November the 16th. I really enjoyed my meal today. The person working on the cash register was wonderful. He was friendly, polite, and helpful. Completely different than the rude lady working on the cash register during lunch rush.

We ordered the strip chicken tenders it was salty and chicken wasnt cooked well I won’t be ordering from there again. I should have stuck with kfc chicken. Beware of Popeyes it’s awful

Great food, asked if I wanted the fresh chicken or mixed of the ones they had already since I wanted spicy. Told them I wanted fresh, staff had no issue with making me a fresh batch and waited patiently, 15 mins went by and the counter person was working extremely fast to make sure I get my food as fast as possible while making sure I get everything I asked for. Very bad service, waited for 30 mins for just 2 pieces chicken, Moreover we arrived here earlier among all of customers

This Popeyes is one of the better ones because they get a good stream of traffic to move made food which means more chance of fresh tasting food

This is the best location of popeyes ever! I have been going to this location for three years. The team here always greet customer with a smile and listens carefully to your order. They have gotten my orders right all the time. The food here is also cooked to perfection all the time. The spices are just right. The amount of food they give you is plenty compared to other locations. You will not be dissapointed!

Believe in the chicken sandwich hype! It's real. The chicken is juicy even though it is white meat, the brioche bun doesnt take away and complements it nicely. Even the pickles make sense. 20 yrs in the making and imho they got it right! This popeyes location is efficient and the place is clean.

Yesterday I went this location and ordered three chicken sandwiches when I came home and took out sandwiches to serve my family I noticed that the buns were burnt while eating it has taste of burning I also took pictures of that to post here.very disappointed

At the first moment you come to this restaurant they give you a pleasant feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a happy place to hang out with buddies or with your date. Great cuisine, creative chef de cuisine, competitive pay and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Very neat and convenient spot. They provide large portions and for reasonable prices. We liked the menu very much and the waiters were super amiable and explanatory. Recommended.

If you order anything that's a special or you get a deal on, it's not going to be good. Two times I came and got the tuesday deal and was told I cannot pay by credit card because it's the tuesday deal.

Yesterday I got 3 tenders and it was dry. Everytime I get the chicken tenders here its dry. Because its was the leafs powerplay deal they couldn't even give me the piece of baking paper that sits between the cardboard box and my chicken.

The line ups here are long and the staff will give you less desired pieces of chicken if you get anything that is a deal or special here.

Chicken was small, like extremely small, person filling the fries was a little too conservative about it and filled literally 1/4 of the fries tray. By far one of those most disappointing popeyes I've been to.

Excellent customer service and food is good quality I have nothing bad to say and I will eat here again. I have been to a lot of Popeyes but this location is the best in my opinion.

This spot constantly delivers. They serve awesome dishes for reasonable pricing, there is no waiting time even when the spot is busy.

Best service I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I was eating here last week and the manager came out to ask the customers how their meal was. I've never had this at a fast food place. My food was great but the ladies sitting across from me made a passing comment about the food being slightly cold or something and the manager brought them free replacements for their meal! Wonderful.

It’s Popeyes. You get what you’d expect. I like the chicken wraps, but they say they don’t have any tortillas the last few times I’ve been in. So weird.

I'll rate 1 star or no star. I know it's a busy place but the staff should be mindful to give the order to the customer who order first. The customers behind me got their order already while me waiting for so long. Never going in their ever again.

Brought 5 chicken tenders combo, and they only gave me 10 fries. I paid $13 for it. Why is the quality of the food cant mach the price. People open chewk or food and then walk out

Like most chains you'll find a lot of differences from store to store, however this Popeye's store is consistently excellent. Great service and food quality every time I've been.

As I stood there in line i seen a cockroach crawling on the floor right infront of me. I was absolutely disgusted and walked out the door. I will never be setting foot again in this business. Just imagine the kitchen conditions. Health inspection needs to be done. This happened October 16th 9pm just before close. Someone needs to take care of this asap before this gets out of hand.

The service is consistently rapid, awesome ambience, helpful staff members. I will eat here again when I am in town.

I always order chicken wings which are bigger than other stores. The food is always juicy and fresh. I pretty love it!

They gave tasteless may me expired chicken to me even didn’t taste like real popeyes. I feel like lost my money.

Great service and pretty fast. The location is typically busy and chicken wait times could go from 5-15 minutes. If you're local you could easily pop-in. Indecisive buyers once your mind is made up could always call in advance to place your order. The prices are pricier than let's say KFC. The assortment of menu selections however are great from single to family which is greatly appreciated.

This location the staff is very accommodating. Always prepare to extend favours where possible. Love the team, love the product and love the service!

Possibly new owners. Different vibe. Manager on duty rude to employees by name of Malik. Disgusting getting upset in front of his employees in a busy restaurant you can see him throwing and hitting boxes full of chicken on the counter to show he's upset. Never used to be like this. I miss the old staff

I had came into the store yesterday afternoon around 12 pm and a guy had a clean shave and was wearing glasses had taken my order. I just asked him to make sure he does not put my fries in the same box as the chicken. The response from him was up most upsetting and disrespectful. He was being so rude to me and said "you know what take your money back and dont come again. "

Im guessing this guy was muslim and that way he was treating was not like how a muslim is suppose to be treating women. I know muslims are kind hearted and respectful but from this man's behaviour was disgusting.

Very poor service, today I have to collect my drinks and refill the fees. I have been to many other stores, they don't need to charge me, so I think this store is charging. Please pay attention to this very poor store.

This store tries to do this all the time. You ask for white meat they give you dark meat. I wish they would stop doing that to people.

Unfortunately I am writing a review. For anyone who knows me, I don’t usually write reviews unless the experience has been particularly intolerable.

Yesterday my husband picked up the special to go. Once eating, we realized the chicken was extremely dark on the inside. It’s almost as if the meat wasn’t cleaned throughly. We tried a few different pieces and they all contained the same disgusting brown areas on the inside. It was a particularly disappointing and dissatisfying experience.

We are extremely disappointed considering this was one of the only locations that we even cared to go to. Currently off my list of go-to restaurants for sure.

This location is the best. I go out of my way to get food from here instead of any other locations. The staff here are the very best. The food is always great and fresh. The location is always clean and prepared for seating. If for any reason there's a delay in how long food might be done (crazy busy time of day) they give you a real period of time for the food rather than lie to you. Often times they've offered us a drink if there's a wait (we typically order a ton of food so It can take time for fresh food) We're always welcomed with a smile and they are very patient and knowledgeable of the menu and pricing.
