Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered, Ghost pepper wings. Service guy was very rude didn't ask if I need combo. I had to add I need combo than he didn't bother asking what side order I need, again I have to tell him don't add fries I need mashed potato. He didn't bother asking What sauce you need with order.
He started making my order and putted Ranch with out asking me which I asked him to change as I don't want Ranch.
Lastly Wings he gave me not ghost pepper wings.

Very disappointed. Don't recommend this location.

They always mess up my order, you order something and get something else. The staff is very rude and gave us attitude. Will never dine there again.

Not Worth The Money $$

Both chicken sandwiches were half breasts which was surprising to me. Charge full price for half a piece of awkward chicken shoved into a bun. Tasteless macaroni and cheese. Fries are mediocre. Really disappointed. Won’t be returning. Do better.

Fried chicken from here is unbeatable; less oily no mess no smell but perfect taste. Ambiance indoor is well done and service is excellent

I had a very bad experience at this store. We ordered on the website ahead. When we got here, our order was not ready and the staff said it should take around 7 minutes. We waited for more than 30 mins to get our order! Also, people who ordered their food later than us got their food sooner than us!

I requested a freshly cooked fillet and I was ensured everything is prepared fresh…. 2-3 minutes later my order is called out…. I again to verify asked if it is fresh and I was ensured yes it is……
Having worked there over 2 years; no call for dropping the sandwich was made… and was really quickly called out to pick up. Now what I have is a cold sandwich and fresh fries (thanks for that) ….

Ordered uber eats, was sent the wrong dipping sauce, chicken burgers were beyond salty and the popcorn shrimp barely had any shrimp in it. The fries were great though…

There's a open sign at the rear side of the restaurant. That mislead me to open, that's kitchen door. I noticed while waiting for order to get ready someone also open the door and staffs asked the person to use the front door. I realized then that I'm not the only person.
Unlike other Popeyes, they asked for name. While waiting, they called by order number.
Other than that, everything is typically same as other Popeyes restaurants.

Chicken quality was awesome. Properly cooked. Try chicken nuggets with dips.

This is my absolute favorite location. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Team are also great and always efficient, I do recommend it

Chicken tenders were very salty.one piece had brown/gray meat seems not a tender.

Spicy chicken was a bit dry.however there's a pretty girl that works there i think her names zahra she's really helpful and funny.i didnt even know popeyes had onion rings until she told me to get them.they were really fresh.keep up the good work

Food takes way too long, and the managers dont seem to be treating their employees very well. Unfortunate.

Will not be returning ever again! After many bad experiences with wait times at other Popeyes, found out you could pre order online and just pick up. Found this location and thought we would give it a try. Ordered using the online ordering system, prepaid, system said “order will be ready in 20 minutes (5: 09 PM) ”. Walked in at 5: 08 PM, was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. After the extra 10 minute wait I asked again at the counter about my order and was told “we are working on it, your order is conning up next. ” During my wait, 3 customers that had been walk ins had, ordered and been served their orders, while I was waiting. After 24 minutes of waiting in the restaurant I was finally given my order. 45 minutes from the time I placed the order! We get home with our food to find out that they had messed up the order and given us the wrong food! Never again will Popeyes be getting my money! Quick Chik will be my goto from now on; much better food, good service and they are a Canadian company.

Tried chicken today. Its very delicious. Quality of chicken is fabulous.
If i got any chance again to there i definitely go. Am very thankful for all the staff to provide a good service.

Amazing chicken. I loved it. I worked in Oakville and i came on this store with my friends and we received totally fresh chicken from this place. The store is too much busy but they treat all the customers in decent way and give toatlly fresh chicken to all. I saw that only one cook working in the kitchen and the prepare all the order very well and the front worker pass all the order very well. Overall, i loved popeyes chicken and I recommend to all must visit this place.

Excellent chicken. Me and my husband came yesterday and we both like chicken and this is the first time we try chicken from popeyes. Amazing taste and amazing crispy chicken. We orderd chicken tenders and chicken sandwhich all spicy. We love it soo much. I recommend must visit this store and one thing which i love the most the atmosphere and friendly staff of this store.

We love Popeye's, but this one was special. Chicken tenders were big, hot and juicy. Wonderfully crisp yet light breading. Big clean space, friendly quick service.

Nice and friendly staff, but they forgot to add the extra piece I paid for.it happens.but when i told them about it the next time, they didn't care or apologize.still, very delicious chicken.

Service was very questionable. First of all I got cold spicy sandwich but when requested to substitute he was nice enough to make a new sandwich but had to wait another 10 minutes.

While eating we saw bug walking on the box of 4 piece chicken but they said it might be a bug that fell on our food but I doubt as the bug seems to be living in the box and crawling (first time ever happened to be us).

Also ginger ale was out of order which was filled upon request. Lady who was helping us was nice but food quality reminds me how Popeye is going to be turning into KFC soon.

The staff is really friendly. I work in fastfood industry myself, the way the limited staff handled the customers here was really wonderful.

We like Popeyes and used to order very frequently from this location. Nothing about the food, just that the customer service is horrible. Had an issue with our order and instead of resolving it, even just apologizing politely and moving on, the lady on the phone very rudely continued to tell us how there was nothing wrong with the order. Apparently we don't know what we're ordering and have never eaten chicken before so can't tell the difference. It wasn't a big deal, but the way it was dealt with left a bad taste. For this reason alone, we order from the Winston Churchill branch instead. Always.

Nothing special, but what you would expect from a fast food chain (e.g average food and service). Didn’t give or offer any sauce with the order. If you’re looking for quick, relatively cheap, but still somewhat tasty chicken, this is probably the place. There are better options in the plaza though.

I’ve been coming to this location since the last couple of years. I’ve always had a good experience but last couple of times they have mixed up my DoorDash orders twice, gave me wrong chicken once and chicken tenders are getting harder and chewier and smaller everyday. I still ignored all this but one of the staff members tone was very rude, right infront of the manager. I wonder if they train the staff or just hire anyone? !? Please train your staff how to talk and deal with customers. I will not be buying from this branch anymore. The Winston Churchill branch staff and food quality is much better and from now on my family and friends will give business to them and not this branch.

The staff was very sweet and made my day a lot better! If you haven't tried their choco beignets yet I HIGHLY recommend them. They are literally the best thing in the world!

Seriously do not I repeat do not order from this location. The chicken is not cooked. The customer service is completely horrific. Zeenat the manager there sent us the wrong order and instead of apologizing kept making excuses and didn’t bother refunding us or sending us the correct order. The entire staff is lacking complete awareness. We spent $50 on food that we can’t eat and didn’t even get our entire order. Do yourself a favour and either go to the Winston Churchill and Dundas location or Mary browns. Food and service a thousand times better. These people are immoral and lack any decency.

Ever i have had great experience with this Popeyes. Popeyes is my favourite place for breakfast and lunch as well. I work in Oakville and always i prefer to go there for my meal, i used to take dine-in there but now i call them and get my oder within 15 minutes everyday. Thank you guys.

Purchased 2 Classic sandwiches yesterday. I was a little skeptical because the sandwiches were brought out so quickly. Brought them home, they were obviously reheated or standing around for awhile. The chicken was dry and the edges were very hard. Very disappointing for $13.00. Not going to drive back 5 miles in traffic. But, the dog seemed to like the chicken.

I am totally satisfied with their services. They are very fast i ordered a chicken sandwhich and spicy tenders and 12 piece chicken and within 5-6 minutes i recieved my order. MY Order is totally freshed and well cooked. Specially the staff of this store is too much poilite. Staff is always courteous, and happy. The food is always fresh for a fast food restaurant! The wait is sometimes long during peak hours but they get thru everyone really quickly! Long lines, but they moved quickly! Food was hot and tasty! Also I love the way they have their chicken here; so crunchy. People are friendlier than the other branch. I come here a lot. Took my kids for quick lunch, and they had their best fried chicken sandwich so far. The place was clean and you can see that tithe workers were doing their best to maintain CIVID-19 protocols. Cants wait to go back again to enjoy.

I am visit first time in this popeyes store located in oakville ontario.i loved this chicken specially they treat me in a very polite way.specially the General manager of the store neerav and another manger Inder they both treat all the customers in very decent way.i received my chicken within 5-7 minutes and the chicken was totally freshed and well cooked. OVerall, this is the best popeyes store i visit in my life.

I don't generally give reviews but you guys are really working hard and totally deserve a 5 star review. I bought 24 pieces spicy chicken yesterday and it was delicious and fresh and my guests they really liked the chicken they were still talking about the food that how delicious it was! So i decided to give a review today! Great work guys! Definitely gonna visit again.
