Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the slowest popeyes I have ever seen in my life. Waited 15 minutes for FRIES. Is this not what you guys consistently serve? Why is it not ready? Ridiculous.

Asked them for a pickup of food at a specific time and ordered 30 mins in advance. When I went there to pick up the food, nothing was ready. Very irresponsible.

Never go there at 10: 00 at night. They will tell you their kitchen is closed and only give you what they have.
The customer service sucks, I was talking to the cashier asking why they can’t fry chicken when they close at 11, she walked away and started to mop the floor!
Never stopping here again

They’re always late when you order food in advance for pick up they give a certain time, but don’t prepare it till you get there.even if you have paid in advance on the app.

I visited this restaurant with my cousins and we ordered for the sandwiches and shrimp nuggets, the food was well cooked. I would like to appreciate the cook and cashier as they served us with quality food.

This outlet of Popeye's is great. Their chicken is always good and the fountain drinks are significantly better than Subway and McDonald's

The chicken was refried old, stale chicken. I did notice when I went in - not much chicken was sold.

Wonderful experience. That was my first time i visited to this location, The food was really tasty. I loved the service, as I remembered the girl named Channo took my order. I must say she was too good at her work. She was very friendly to me. I’ll highly recommend to visit here. Thanks ChannO ️

I cannot eat spicy food due to severe heartburn reaction. I can't however eat their regular chicken. Went in today to order some chicken watch the girl grabbed it from the spicy rack and questioned her and told her I cannot eat the spicy chicken. She assured me that it wasn't spicy. Guess what? Spicy! Went back in to complain already too late she offered me a $1.50. I then asked her for contact information so I could put in a complaint and she refused. At that time offered to give me my money back for my meal. I took it. Then still filed a complaint with the office after I looked it up myself. Good thing I don't have a reaction more severe than heartburn oh, good thing it's not an allergic issue! Deceitful, lied to me, and refused to give me information I asked about to put in a complaint. So now I'll deal with my heartburn oh, they can deal with the complaint that I issued and understand that this cost them a customer to their store! Buyer beware they don't care

I was at this location today and staff was amazing so was the store manager.very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for the best popeyes in brampton

This location is simply the best! I always receive outstanding service for the Team, especially from Saazda. She always goes out of her way for a warm greeting.

I frequently order from Popeyes because it has pretty good chicken that no other chicken restaurant has to offer. Popeyes usually cooks the chicken well but once, the chicken was a tad over cooked. Other than that, biscuits are amazing and overall; a good fast food place.

Ordered pickup through UBER Eats, arrived at the restaurant at the time that the order was supposed to be ready, but I had to first wait 5-10 mins to ask for my order, then had to wait for them to prepare my order. Completely failed the purpose of ordering beforehand. Staff is unorganized.

Always ask for freshly made.
Specially the Chicken tenders.
Looks like the staff makes them an hour earlier and just give it to the customers while they are super dry and not juicy at all.

I have Been visiting this place for more than a year, twice a week. All team members have been great, especially Anmol and Chahat. Food has always been fresh and made to order. These two team members are always polite and make sure the client is satisfied- I don’t visit any other Popeyes branch other than this particular one. Highly Recommended!

If there was an option to give 0 stars i would give it.i went to go get 8 toonie i specifically asked the worker if the chicken was fresh and she said yes.when i came home i gave my daughter a chicken piece right after eating it she vomited i looked at the piece from the inside it was so dark black.honestly i will never go to this popeyes ever again.

Been visiting this place for more than an year now at least twice a month.the last 2 visits have taken days special once Tuesday 2pc chicken and now today 3 pc chicken both these cases have been disappointed with chicken.it’s not tasting fresh! Also the wing piece and the thigh pieces were more of blackish and hard to eat.my kids didn’t like them at all.

Attn: This location serves burnt chicken and when you complain they hang up on you. When you get connected they dont help you.

Had a great experience, visited the store for my dads birthday. They were quick with my order and very accommodating. This is my go to store for my Popeyes and will come back for more!

Ordered 3 x 3 pc chicken menu today at 5pm and my order #164, server only put 7 pc chicken in the box and I should count the content before I left the store, anyway, it was a very bad experience to pay 3 orders and only got 2/3 of the content, it was totally unacceptable, it was too late to find out they have so serious fault. Everyone who plan to order from this store should aware and count your content before leaving the store!

The food has been good every time I have been here but the customer service was only good once. The ladies that work here need to work on their body language and enthusiasm. When they take your order it seems like they couldn’t care less. The only time the customer service was great was when this one gentleman took my order and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. He made sure I got freshly made food and was completely honest about the wait time and tried to get me the best deal possible. Now I only go in when I see him working.

I ordered Tuesday special and it was ready and I was impressed by the great service! It saved me time and the food was fresh and delicious.

I usually come here for lunch if i don’t bring something homemade.tonight i wanted to try their poutine but instead of giving me the actual poutine they gave me a large gravy.straight.up.gravy.nothing else.wish i had taken a photo before throwing it all out; absolutely ridiculous.i only noticed when i got home.you tend to receive better customer service from the men that work here rather than the women which is unfortunate.

Just be mindful of their promos as sometimes the crew will not mention those and you'll end up paying more for less.

This location has some of the best fried chicken in town so fresh and juicy. The staff is efficient, friendly and pleasant to deal with, Lina is the star of the show and made our experience awesome!

Got a chicken sandwich and was very satisfied, the overall taste was great and was made perfectly. Not only was the food great, the place was also clean and the staff (Lina) was kind. Lina- whom i assume was the supervisor, served me and she was excellent.

I used to like this place a lot, but since last few times the quality has declined a lot and the taste. The oil it seems is being reused and quality is being compromised.
It even created acidic burning sensation in stomach late night.

Worst experience ever! Came in last night with my family and was provided with tainted food, all greasy and cold. How does such a store even barely pass inspections? The lobby sides and tables had dead insects on them and the washrooms were filthy. The staff were just literally standing around until my wife asked them to clean the table. And upon confrontation, they gave the coldest look, rude.

Until the management doesn't take care of this, I don't recommend this store to anyone because I'm genuinely worried about all of our health.

The only Popeyes I’ve been to that charges extra for spicy mayo as an alternative for a dipping sauce.

They have also put phone on the side so no one can order.short of staff here and very very rude staff I requested for a servite to Pooja and she gave it to me but with a bad attitude.
These students dont know customer service, no greetings and no manners.
Quality if this popyee has gone down and it's my neighbour hood closest store.
