Popeyes in Bolton is a fried chicken heaven. The flavor-packed chicken was so fresh and as many times we have tried it never disappoints, and the biscuits are to die for.
You won’t leave hungry, and the customer service is consistently top-notch. They took care of us very well.

The service was very fast and the food was amazing also the staff is very polite and hardworking. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dirty place tables weren't wiped and the washroom was disgusting. Not to mention had to wait for chicken to be made when the girl asked me they have drumsticks and thigh I requested for fresh chicken when I got home and checked it was the old drumsticks and Thighs which specifically said no ill wait the 20 mins for new chicken to be made which I was fooled destroyed a good franchise not pleased go to a different location instead of Bolton

My experience at this place is great. Service was very fast as well as amazing food and i highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Staff is very polite and hardworking they provide excellent services. Me nd my friends always had a good time there.

Very cheap owner. He did not give any dipping sauce with my meal when it was clearly included in the promotion.

The food is so good. The staff is super friendly especially Mr. Sheraz was very helpful when I was choosing from the menu.

I often visited the place the staff is very nice and the food is always fresh and delicious. Try out chicken nuggets it is awesome.

I have been to this location a few times and I really enjoy the food here. I agree with some of the reviews here about having to wait for the food but it's fresh and the quality is always great. Staff is always great aswell.

Do you wanna throw up? Then eat chicken from this place, after first or second bite you will see the real magic of their chicken. Before giving the feedback I wanted to see the lowest reviews what I saw is that the owner believes all the bad feedback he has gotten are fake and all the good feedback are real so let’s see how he takes my review lolz I mean this is what I am talking about instead of acknowledging the problem the owner is arguing with everyone who puts bad reviews I wish you would put the same effort in cooking fresh chicken like you do in argument anyways the chicken was fully dry and i had to use Aari (The saw cutter) to cut the chicken into pieces and i still couldn’t eat it, i didn’t like your chicken at all and customer service is 0 out of 10 because you refused to refund me my money even though your chicken was full of bad smell and fully dry. Will buy next time from mayfield and Gorway Drive location or King Road and Highway 27 location But will never buy from here never.

Garbage service. Need change of management. As I go through reviews. Owner likes to reply to good reviews. Bad reviews are not taken care of. Looks like Popeyes these days hands store to just anyone. Employees work with AirPods tuning out what customer needs. Especially old guy works there needs early retirement

Ordered the tenders. Over salted, took one bite and threw out in the garbage. This isn’t the first time there have been quality issues. I’m done with this place.

I visited the store. Staff members doesnt know how to handle customers. Long waiting time. And I asked for fresh food, whereas after waiting its was cold and dry. Never visiting them again.i threw my food.

Very friendly staff. It's a generic food restaurant and we have to give review not just on the food quality alone. The customer service of one particular individual (I asked his name and it was Sheraz) was just amazing. Me and my family had a wonderful time. We left our wallet and Mr Sheraz returned it by going above and beyond. Highly recommend this restaurant for its smiling and honest service. Ignore the dumbfounded reviews for this store.

I ordered food from uber eats, food taste like hell and it was smelly. It was cold when received. Poor customer services. Never order from this place. It is total waste of your money.

I went into this Popeyes’s today at lunch time today August 23,2022, this was by far the worst chicken I have ever eaten some of the chicken had a sour taste, the chicken was definitely old and stale I will never go back in here, also to ad the chicken was also cold. The drumstick was partially black I took a bite and couldn’t eat it and smelled foul, It was non-edible, I tried another piece and it was sour, the other pieces were also sour I spent 15.00 and threw it out. I’m not sure what your location is doing but public health should shut you down. Save your money on this location and go to KFC or another Popeyes. I read on previous comments the owner believes people are making fake bad reviews but this definitely isn’t and whoever reads this if you go and eat the chicken you will most likely know what I’m talking about if you try this location, unless the owner makes changes, which I doubt they will.

Not fresh at all.full of bad smell and dry chicken every time I order from this place…today I decided to order from different Popeyes restaurant and I loved it man…new Popeyes restaurant open now on highway 27 and King rd in Nobleton I request everyone in Bolton and nobleton to give a try out there and you won’t be disappointed.staff is extremely friendly and they always make you fresh chicken in front of you and much cheaper if you order from Uber eats or doordash or skip the dishes.and they give free biscuits with every order. Mark my words you will love their service and fresh food at all time and you can get food deliver fast if you live in Nobleton or Bolton king st side and cost will be very cheap…I attached the new location photos below…give a try guys you will love it because I loved it

I love, love love Popeyes shrimp. The cajun cocktail sauce is out standing. Their chicken is always crunchy not greasy.their biscuits are mouth watering. Tonight I tried their mash potatoes and gravy for the first time it was sooooooooooooo good. I love that they have little bits of chicken in the gravy. I don't even now what my meal came to but it was well worth every penny.

I had a very great experience with this restaurant. All the staff and owner was very cooperative and helpful. Love their fries that are very delicious

Be prepared to wait long.
Understaffed or they are just really slow. Took me 20mins to get 2 mini chicken sandwiches and small fries.
This has happened more then one occasion.
Food is also ok not great as other locations.

Very quick service. Very efficient. I was in and out within minutes, including ordering too! There were 3 others in front of me when I was there so I was really impressed with the speed. My food was hot and fresh, and stayed fresh and delicious after a 30 minute drive!

On a trip to north and took a quick stop. Owner is super cool. Gave us free apple pie as well. Will be my stop forever. High five.

Team members are so nice that even allow us to dine in after their usual time period during night. Gonna visit it again soon. Overall it was really good experience for me n my friend.

Asked for extra tomatoes on a sandwich and she tried charging me twice for it. I asked for a combo and she added and charged for a biscuit as well- no where else in the many Popeyes I’ve went to across the gta has that been added before. Check your receipts here.

This is one of the best Popeyes. The chicken is fresh and juicy, customer service top notch. Manager or Owner takes good care of the place. Went to pick up 5 tenders and a sandwich day before yesterday. World class. Keep it up!

Ordered Spicy tenders and Cream cheese pies and I got exactly what I was expecting! The taste n creams were splendid. The staff was welcoming and warm. The services were quick and we loved every bit of it!

If one is finding quality nd quantity must visit popeyes. Awesome hospitality and mouthwatering presentation. All the meals are freshly prepared according to ur needs nd specification. Cook is both hot nd skilled.

Before then this I never put a comment some where else but this time I couldn't resist. The food quality is just awesome and my favorite one is spicy tenders. Wherever you go, you won't find spicy tender as good as it's here.

Food is generally good everywhere but what makes it qualitative is its freshness and seasonings.that is delivered by Popeye's, no doubt one has to wait for one's order but good things do take time.and it's worth waiting. One of the best food outlets. Try it.
