Every time i come here after 10 pm. This place has terrible service n have to wait for food over 10 mins. Not sure why this is called fast food. Should b called slow food! For late night eats find anywhere but here

Minu who took my order was so polite and friendly and helped to show me what combinations I could order to get ny money's worth- I am so very appreciative that she went out her way to assist me. The food was tasty and the service was fast and excellent!

Went with no idea what to order. ” Minu “the Cashier took the time to go over several of the menu items so I knew exactly what I was getting. She also made several suggestions that would work for a meal for six of us. She was very polite and friendly and helped us have a great choice. Took it home and all enjoyed it. Would really recommend and come back to the store for the service and food.

Amandeep was awesome. Had some difficulty with accidentally charging me for more than i ordered. Immediately refunded and gave me the deal of the day which was what i ordered except cheaper! Thank you:)

The food tasted very bad. The fries were very soggy and the onion rings were like rubber, and was soggy as well. The chicken was cooked with old oil and was very OLD. I will never go back to this dirty place and recommend you don't either.

Fast and friendly service. Both manager and staff are nice. I try other location, but this location taste much better. I Highly recommend Sandhurst circle location.

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It is worth it and they do different deals on different days so it’s worth checking them out.

Food was not fresh, i asked for fresh food. Instead of acknowledging the complaint the manager said that they are fresh. Cold behaviour but eventually got fresh nuggets

Absolutely careless behavior on the employees part. Ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich combo through skip the dishes. I absolutely despise the taste of pickles so I made sure I put it in the notes for the restaurant to NOT add any pickles and please put extra spicy sauce.
I selected diet coke as my drink.

The order I received HAD pickles, NO sauce at all and a regular coke. I dont know what they were doing at the restaurant, I have worked in fast food industry and this is not acceptable at all.

This is such an amazing place to hang out with friends.

I wasn't rushed to order or anything, they asked questions to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted.

Raghav was the person who took my order and made sure all the details were right in my order. It was a really great service by that employee.

I went there with my friends. The staff is really amicable and their ambience is unforgettable.
I had Chicken Nuggets in a combo. The taste is just amazing. Their service is unmatchable.

Perhaps worst ever Popeye experience. We ordered 12 pc family meal, all chicken pieces were very hard, dry from inside, smelled awful and dark from outside as if these were re-heated/fried. The two sides fries and coleslaw, the fries were limpid and coleslaw had actually turned bad and giving rotten smell. This is the second time with Popeyes, the first bad experience was at Ellesmere and Markham.

They gave you old stale food and fries. Today i bought poutine from here which i think is from yesterday’s night. Never going there again.

Rude service. I usually dont use this as an excuse but Im not sure if they are racist or what it is. I understand that there is a pandemic and that we must distance. But why are people going into the store while there is a lineup outside and no staff is telling them to step out and go line up? I thought it was because you cant see through the glass but you can see perfectly fine from inside the store. Im not sure why the person who ordered after me gets their order before me when our order is exactly identical; same number of pieces, same flavour, same sides, same drink. I asked to upgrade a side to a large instead of regular and I will pay the price difference and one rude man said no in the rudest tone and told me to purchase a new one.

We ordered chicken tenders and fries. Chicken tenders are not fresh. They did not give us ketchup. When my daughter asked for ketchup, the staff rudely replied WE DON'T HAVE KETCHUP!

I had only one frustrating experience here and it was an anomaly. They're normally on point. So 5/5. They're prompt and on the ball. Nice staff. Accommodating and generous.

The people here are bad service and don't wear masks to pack things. I asked her if I wanted a sauce, which cost 35 cents and a few paper napkins, she said one is enough for you. And other people in the service will ask if they want hot sauce or ketchup. These actions will cause them to lose a lot of customers, but obviously they don't care.

Chicken size was so small and also meat was not fresh.bad smell and bloody inside.very old and greasy chicken.it was a worst chicken i ever had.

At one point the chicken and fries were really good. Now the quality of food is on the decline.

It took more than 19 mins to get my order. They didn't even tell me it would take that long. I only ordered 2 new classic sandwiches.

This is popeyes they should hold to there name especially during covid times people are going through too much and to get your dinner and get home and the chicken is bot even fresh and it was hard and soggy.

Great service, staff was friendly and made me laugh. Vanita who works there at front cash was full of energy, attentive polite and prepared my order with a smile. After having a bad day it was nice to have a little laugh with some friendly people. I love coming to this location at Woodside square mall. Best ever. Foods always hot, tasty and well prepared.

This is an average Popeyes, food is okay but service is somewhat below average. The safe bet is to go to the Popeyes at Midland/McNicoll which is about a 5 min drive but significantly better service and quality.

Somehow one of the worst Popeyes chicken joints I've been too, chicken was under seasoned and over done

I ordered food through Ubereats. The chicken inside was raw and blood was literally dripping out of the chicken. It was nasty and unacceptable.

Terrible service, did not give me my drink and when asked said I said no when they didn't tell me it was free. Never go to this place. Just horrible.

Customer service is very poor. Even shift manager was very rude towards the customers as well as to the staff. Sincerely sorry to rate you like this.

The worst customer service ever. New chicken sandwich was horrible; batter didn't stick to the chicken flaked off before i opened the bag. They had no ice when i returned my warm root beer and asked for tap water they gave me a little tiny cup of water. NEVER GO HERE.

Shameful business management. My AMEX credit card was offering a Shop Small statement credit promotion and this restaurant was suppose to participating with the promotion as well. I did double check on the card payment terminal that it indeed displayed AMEX is accepted. But the card got declined and the employee told me AMEX card just won't work. Otherwise staff was friendly, order had a small mistake but not a big deal but I still suggest better double check your order for just in case.

TL, DR:
They joined AMEX's Shop Small promotion so they can attract AMEX card holders but they won't let you use your AMEX card.

Very rude and unpleasant experience with one of the shift managers. She was a lady manager. She was behaving very rudely with the staff as well as the customers. I believe people like her will definitely tarnish the service of outlets like Popeyes. My suggestion to the owner of this franchise is to fire people like her. One quality a staff should possess working in a customer service industry is to be friendly to the customers and employees.

Two days ago I saw rude behaviour from one of the staffs there. It was a horrible experience to watch. I have been to many Popeye's but never had this kind of experience.it just made me lose my appetite

So rude baehaviour will never come again here. Just saying if You guys dont know how to deal with customers leave the job. We went at 12: 30 and told them to put one extra minute on fries they refused and manager too if there is choice to not give a single star too i will surely choose that. Tell your employees to behave properly with customers.

Horrible customer service.didn’t receive what was ordered they were ignorant on the phone, 1 sandwich was missing and they tried too tell me they packed it when it wasn’t there, there were 2 other combos i wouldn’t have made a big deal but it was 1 sandwhich.they had the audacity to hang up on me then ignored my calls afterwards. Absolutely ignorant, not worth it and their portions are small.
