Visited this location few days back. Very friendly staff, they serve orders quickly, also found the store very clean!

The customer service is awful here, washroom is always out of service since 2022. The plumber never comes. Even you spend $10000 they don’t let u use the washroom but I swear they just use it in front of you just after they say you NO. Dissatisfied and frustrated with the ladies at night. They are really upsetting me every time I come, no customer service I don’t know why I feel like since desi people took popeyes they just ruined the brand

The Chicken is always fresh and doesn’t have the same “fish” taste and smell that a lot of downtown locations have from frying it in the same oil.

The staff are also great, and friendly. My highest compliments to one staff member in particular Sejal she even memorized my usual order after a while haha. Great experience

YOUR WASHROOM WORKS, STOP LYING IT’S OUT OF SERVICE!
I bought a full meal with my friends and ate and needed to pee so bad. I asked to use the washroom and said it’s out of service. Tell me 5 mins later workers are going in and out of the washroom to use! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SO LAZY TO NOT CLEAN THE WASHROOM!

That chicken was amazing and I done inn also the customer service was top teir.

Deja’s serve me and I will definitely go back.

I took a sandwich Deluxe platter. Was very good, the chicken was fried perfectly, the smash potato was so and so, onion rings were good. I liked it.my friend Christian had 5 pieces chicken, he said they too big but well seasoned: he was not able to put an entire piece in his mouth. Maccaroni and cheese good.
I think i will come back with my friend Adam because he is muslim and he can eat only chicken.

Food was great, but drink and atmosphere wasn't the best, anyway better than McDonald's on this street

Tuesday special is leg and thigh.i said 3 orders so I expected 3 legs and 3 thighs.they gave me 3 WINGS, 2 thighs, 1 leg.promo doesn't include wings!

Ice cold sandwich, Ordered beans and rice for side.little to no beans and gravy added. Gave only rice which were very hard and difficult to chewy.

Worst Popeyes in GTA. This is my third time ordering at this place but had bad experience every single time. Use to be batter spot with previous management, current management don’t care about food quality.
I like Popeyes so I think the organization should pay a surprise visit and experience it by themselves.

A girl working inside she does not care about customers, she is chating on her phone, even their dellivery apps logged out.she does not know when the orders coming. Totally garbage place

Hey just had their special for the day and it was just so juicy and the manager thr is just so friendly. Good customer service.

This was the worst experience in a restaurant. We were desperate to eat late at night but it looked like the employees were too busy chitchating among themselves, leaving the place extremely dirty. Tables were unclean, floors napkins, food, garbage overflowing.the food was too greasy and the attitude from those Indian girls.wow it was a nightmare! Avoid this place! For sure the health inspector should see this.

Staff rarely wear masks. If staff are wearing masks, the masks are usually under their chin or under their noses.

Last time I arrived, a customer was complaining that one staff member (who was not wearing masks) sneezed on the food.

Food is so tasty, the chicken is well cooked and crispy too. The speed of the service is very fast, even when its busy.

Asked for water, was told they have to charge, which is illegal. Every time i come, i ask for an extra sauce and never get it, and its an issue to ever actually get the extra one.
Very slow location, even when i call ahead they don't start making it until i arrive. Staff are rushed and don't listen to orders properly, missing things. Save your time.

I like the daily special deals specially tuesday deal. The food is really great. Moreover, the customer service is the best.

This restaurant is very busy all the time. Even it’s busy they provide fast service and tasty food. Staff are very friendly.

Two times I have come in person to the store and ordered two spicy chicken combos for my gf and I. Service was fine, no issues there. Only that with each burger I have received, it has been mainly fried batter and barely any chicken. To be more descriptive, there is more meat in a McDonald's mini chicken burger than that of the Popeye's one. Needless to say I'm disappointed in this location's chicken patty. Otherwise, all other items on the menu deliver the same standard of quality that is expected of the store. My gf just ordered just over an hour ago today and same issue with the sandwich. But just from this location. So what gives? Have Uber Receipt to prove it.

I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal which was supposed to come with a biscuit But when I got home and opened the box, I was disappointed to see that they didn’t put a biscuit in. I paid $10 for a meal that was suppose to come with a biscuit: (

Majority of staff members were not properly wearing PPE. Even what looked like the manager at the front had her face shield over her head. Nobody in the back kitchen was wearing a mask at all. Absolutely a joke!

I’m a huge Popeyes fan in general. But I’m very impressed with the staff here. Always friendly and welcoming to me. Been going here for years

There recently was a small incident where a mentally ill man came in and started to threaten the staff and the patrons. I ran out the store out of safety and when I came back, I discovered this man took my tray of food, and threw it across the store before storming out.

The manager was so calm and nice afterward. Gave me another free meal, apologized for the inconvenience, and called authorities. I was quite surprised but A+ to the GM on staff.

Queen/Spadina has its problem with the homeless and mentally ill. So I don’t blame Popeyes for this one rare incident. Just really impressed at the staff for always being positive and efficient.

Ordered delivery from here several times. Each time the delivery person arrived, waited 20 minutes before being given the order. No issues with other restaurants, only here. Needless waiting for me and waste of time for drivers.
No complaints about the food, only the service.

Edit after owner response: Which days and deliveries did you look into? I will believe the response if you can match my order data, otherwise this response is just generic and has no leg to stand on.

Plenty of seating at this location for a dine in experience, love their fried chicken and Cajun style poutine!

Don't let it it's beautiful look and smell fool you. The chicken is most likely undercooked and also you can check there will be some blood left in the meat. Because they don't check that each chicken is at the right temperature before giving it to customers. Why wouldn't they just hire s person just to do that specific job? It the only reason many people are decided to never eat at Popeys again.

I asked for spicy wings, and the server told me I had to wait for 15 minutes for them to be ready, which was fine if he didn’t end up giving me all NON-SPICY wings after I waited and specifically asked for SPICY wings.

Definitely a place worth stopping over, the food is excellent and well prepared, the rates are reasonable and it is regularly well organized there. 5 stars.

I ordered 2 specials and for some reason they placed the orders together. I was confused. It took a while for her to understand that I needed them separated. Is it just assumed that one person is eating all that food?

Trash employees. Cancelled order twice after speaking to them on the phone saying they would accept “this time” lazy or dumb but either way incompetent all the same.

Pieces are definitely bigger than kfc! Very quick service. I personally prefer KFC taste better, but just a personal preference. Still great though!

It's hard to say that Popeye's food is a bad experience. I ordered the chicken Cajun sandwich and waited 18 minutes. Best to use ritual or another app that allows you to bypass your wait time during the lunch rush.

I celebrated my nomination today in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a brilliant evening and the place was absolutely the reason for the strong celebration. The team collaborated in a lovely style, the food was yummy and my friends were extremely thrilled. We shall absolutely visit again for more joyful events.thanks very much.

A little slower service than I expected considering there's no cooking to be done with each order, but I appreciate the cleanliness and quality of the place.

Horrible food and not so great service. I waited a pretty long time too. Delta minis did not taste normal, I don't think they were prepared properly and I was shocked at the difference. The fries were horrible with oil dripping down my fingers. I threw it out. The normal Popeyes flavor was replaced with oil. The area inside had a lot of spills. I am never coming back.

Good service, you know what you're getting here. Can pass on the corn and gravy though, their Hot Sauce / Ketchup combo is the real MVP. Wrap that thigh chicken skin around the biscuit, you have yourself a game changer.

I ordered my 2pieces of Chicken as a combo. Then she asked me if I wanted a Biscuit I said yes. I got one. Then I ordered a grave. I payed for it. Said I was eating there. Got my chicken; Drink. Biscuit. Gravy. Asked where my fries are. She said it was not included in my combo. Am I wrong? I thought fries was part of the combo. I'm confused. Sorry. The Chicken was very Tough also. I was not really Happy. Sorry. Thanks.
