Visited this location today (Sunday at 5 pm July 9th 2023 - so this person at the cashier could be recognized!) We were buying a couple supplements and asked this girl KAT nicely if by any chance they had a bigger size of what we were buying (because the STOCKS ON THE SHELVES WERE NOT ORGANIZED AND STUFFS WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE.) Kat was very rude and condescending! She condescendingly said it's whatever's there! So strange and not sure why she was so rude to us when we were asking in a nicely manner! While on the other hand she was nice towards her coworker, flirty and telling him how shes been working 3 days straight. Super Unprofessional! I understand that the sale season could be chaotic but the transaction couldve been handled a bit better and not all people could be empathetic towards the staff! Management/Owner please teach this particular employee to be kind! Thanks!

Just bought almost $1000 supplements. Pears and Lesia helped us with our purchase and everything was very smooth. So, Thank you guys for your help. You guys are the best.

Ordered and was charged for some pre-workout that was supposedly in-stock. When I arrived the staff had my order but did not have the product and when asked for a refund they said they needed to email the company. After 30 mins of the staff calling their manager (I assume) they finally reassured me I would get a refund. Just to find out now every store in closing and I wouldn't get anything until the next day, a day I was not free. My question is, is it hard to update your website? If I had known it was out of stock, I would have gotten my order at another store. Wasted over an hour of my time to not even give me my order. Do better. (Just order on amazon, next day shipping and it's cheaper than going in store - may even save you time since they update their stock so customers can order accurately)

First time I was at this store, I had the best service. The guy listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and directed me to what could help me out. Going into the store yesterday, was a different story. It was a busy time in the store, and the lady did not want to go the extra mile to help me out. The lady with red hair had to ask the lady to go and check in the back. The lady with red hair was just taking control. She was amazing the way she was helping every one out. Her eyes were everywhere, helping everyone out, multi-tasking. She was the epitome of what customer service should be like. Cheers!

Its a great place to go. The people there are super helpful I had this one person name Esther. She was really great easy to talk to very friendly. And she helped me a lot she gave me a lots of tips and useful information I highly recommend you go to her!

I was looking for a not too chalky plant protein and staff recommended blessed and made samples for me to try. I really like that I was able to taste before I buy. And it is the best tasting plant protein so far. The sale price is pretty good too. I will definitely come back in the future.

As a new customer at Popeyes Supplements in Scarborough, Devika (Dee) really helped me figure out what products would be helpful for me considering my health goals. She had SO much knowledge of the products, and also introduced me to a healthier options to products I have already been using. Stopped by yesterday to make a purchase and I was happily assisted by the employees. I informed them of a severe peanut allergy I have and they gladly assisted me with the items I purchased today. They informed me on which products were safe for me to consume to save me time from reading every possible label. Their knowledge of the products was extremely impressive. Top notch customer service at this location. Lesia is a very knowledgeable and informative individual. She helped me pick out a very great tasting and effective pre workout by telling me about the ingredients in it and the effects it had on your body, that I was not aware of. Also gave me a sample of BCAA’s and preworkout to try out after I had told her I was heading to the gym after my purchase. She worked very hard to make my experience here extremely pleasurable. Best Popeyes location in the GTA.

I have always had a negative experiences at GNC, so for the first time ever I decided to try Popeyes. Today I came in planing on buying protein, but was given amazing advice from Lesia that changed my decision to get a better protein that’s cheaper than the one I initially went to buy. Don helped me try different samples and was very helpful. They both helped me make the right choices. Also, they both showed excellent customer service by making me feel welcomed, being very helpful and insightful. Totally recommend this location. Definitely will be buying supplements from here again.

New in the country, restarting my whole routine again, and looking for a supplement place. Not sure if all the Popeyes have the high level of service, but Lasha was amazing. Friendly, informative, not crazy energetic like many places I've seen where they can be a little too intense and hyper about their fitness. This is a great place for people of all fitness levels to feel comfortable.

I had the best experience my first time here! Lesia was a HUGE help for my mom and I. I went in wanting a plant based protein (im not full vegetarian) Lesia pointed me in the right direction of the proper protein to take to help achieve my fitness goals. She is an angel and knows her stuff! I highly recommend this location, the staff is super friendly and nice! They have a great supply of products, you won't be disappointed:)

Had the pleasure to visit this store and be assisted with Lesia! She was very friendly, knowledgeable in the products and was passionate in what she was talking about. She recommended me some protein bars and I feel like I was introduced to something illegal because it was way too delicious and almost felt like a cheat snack than a protein bar! Great service and always has what I need. Only downside is parking can be a bit messy (Kennedy Commons issue, not the store)

Beware! If they divert you to purchase something you didn’t intent to buy on a promise to return if unsatisfied, they are lieing to you, they are devious with the intention to sell you their “Popeyes” branded items and making false promises. They need to be transparent with their policy instead of misguiding their customers!

Side Note: The owner, who doesn’t care about his customers as much as flirting with other girls is a promiscuous loser!

After GNC recently closed most of it's Toronto (if not all) of it's Toronto locations, I was really in need of a new source of Supplements. If you're looking for a wide variety of products, excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff than look no further! After visiting for the first time today I really felt welcomed and enjoyed the shopping experience I had without any pressure to make a purchase! After today I don't miss GNC at all and will be doing all my supplement shopping at Popeye's from now on.

Visiting this shop for protein powder. Their brand are expensive but as according to the friendly sales lady said they used to have samples try in their shop but during the COVID 19 we can change for different taste within 7 days after we tried it at home or, returned it if we don’t like it and change for another goods in their shop. A 2 lb powder is over $50 after tax. “Six star” at Walmart cost $32 after tax. Their over 1kg powder is over a hundred whilst Six Star is only $42.
We never bother to have it returned caused Magnum is a big brand! We were given a cup as well

I stopped by to see if this location had the protein powder that I like. I was greeted right when I entered and offered assistance. The female staff was very helpful in providing me information on the different brands of protein and I even got to sample a new flavour. There was a buy one, get one 30% off promotion at the time and she suggested that I try a new product. At checkout she offered me a plastic bag and in being environmentally friendly I declined. She offered a reusable bag but I've got a million at home so I declined as well. She did give me some samples which I appreciated.

It turns out that I didn't need the new product that I had purchased and went back to get it exchanged for something else. Just an fyi that exchange can only be done within 7 days of purchase. The same female staff was working when I went back and I explained that I wanted to exchange what I had bought for something else. I couldn't believe that she remembered me and parts of the conversation that we had. I picked up something else and even used some of the Popeyes Buck's I had earned last time to pay.

After my extensive price comparing, Popeye's has by far the best prices. Even better than Amazon, let alone better quality. If that's not enough for you, they'll price match too.

The staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they sell, as well as supplements in general. They allow you to sample flavours so you don't get surprises later. I could keep babbling, but I'll finish by saying am very impressed with them, and won't be going anywhere else unless they offer free massages plus a steak dinner.

Walked in was greeted with an amazing smile, attitude and the service. Esmeralda, who helped me, was very knowledgeable with the product. I Will definitely be shopping here for a while. Happy costumer.

This is by far the best Popeye’s Supplements location in Toronto. While all the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, Devika is amazing. It can be intimidating to walk into a store that specializes in health and fitness but Devika is incredibly positive, motivating, and makes sure she has a personal connection with every customer. I’ve been shopping here for over two years and on every visit Devika helps me evaluate my progress to make sure I’m taking the right supplements (and buying the best tasting snacks) for my changing goals.

I went to store which is in Kennedy connection. I met with your customer representative: Vetika. She was very polite and understood my requirement properly. I was extremely delighted with her customer service. Kudos to team popeyes.

Went in with a few questions, and two ladies by the name of Devika & Esmeralda, not only answered them, but offered better advise. Safe to say I went in with zero intentions of buying something and walked out with 100$ worth of stuff and a smile on my face. Highly recommend this location specifically!

First time to this location and it happened to be during their Customer Appreciation Day. The store featured some great deals and had lots of inventory available, This location features plenty of parking, a well merchandised & stocked store, along with a very helpful team. Even with the longer than usual lineups for this sale, the staff were very friendly, professional and patient.

This place is a scam, please avoid. I went in for a water bottle and the person at the font just harasses you to buy more stuff. So I bought a vitamins pack thing and was told there is no fish oil, made me buy a fish oil and when I come home I open the pack it already had fish oil.

I dont usually buy a ton of supplements as i try to get what i can from real food, but when i do i make sure to stop by at this specific location.the customer service and knowledge is fantastic. Thank you to Dee and Sid, both wonderful ladies always help me find what i need

Theres a skinny black guy who works here (i think he's the owner) and he's a complete goof.as other reviewers have said he's rude and has no manners.when i came into the store i didn't know which protein powder to buy and i asked him some questions and was looking at the different protein powders.he then replied by asking me if i was "writing an essay for university on protein powder" in a sarcastic and rude manner.then he said that he couldn't answer any more questions or give me any more information on any other products in the store because 'he never seen me buy anything from his store before'. At this point i left.

The staffs are well trained or well selected when it comes to sales; therefore, they seem knowledgeable. But customers need to be alert when dealing with them. Two times they tried to charge me regular price on the sale priced item (only after questioning them they apologized and charged me the correct amount). One time they charged me extra $20 that I only came to realize when it is too late. Another time gave me a false information on a product just to sell whatever they had. That is four incidents within 2 years and involving two particular staffs. I don't judge by one or two incidents and I gave the benefit of the doubt but my time spanning observation says if I'm visiting them again I'll be on alert mode. My advice is don't let the friendly environment fool you, just make sure you are charged correct amount, you get the correct balance back, things like that. Otherwise should agree that they are very friendly, have nice collection, and got lots of information at their fingertips.

I went to popeyes on black friday, the store was well staffed to handle the amount of people coming to shop. Even though the store was busy the staff had time to answer my questions in detail and took their time. I had an issue with the pricing of the protien i bought and the staff gave it to me at the lower price no hesitation. I was really surprised that i had such a great experience their even on Black Friday. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to buy the supplements they need at a good price. Also i recieved a bag full of products for free as i was one of the first customers. Thank you Popeyes scarborough for taking care of me!
