I always come to this location. I came in randomly today in the morning not knowing its customer appreciation day. I came out with a full bag of goodies, a t shirt and 3 shaker bottles for free, by just being a local customer. Amazing experience today.

I asked the employee to exchange an item for me - he refused to exchange the item and when I asked about the exchange/return policy
The employee started using inappropriate language while other customers are waiting in line I believe his name is Nait I overheard other customers saying his name he wasn’t wearing a tag name at that time

Extremely inappropriate way of treating customers

I came to Popeyes looking for protein powder for the first time. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for, and with so many options I didn't know where to start. The gentleman working was very helpful with assisting me pick one! They even let you try flavours first before buying a whole container. I will be back!

I'm impressed by the level of customer service exhibited by the staff at the south Burlington location. I purchased a container of creatine HCL, and used it for a couple of days, and found it upset my stomach. I called the store to find out if I could buy the product in pill form. I was prepared to leave the powder on the shelf, and buy the pills. Staff told me to bring the powder back, and exchange it for the pills. I was impressed by this concern for customer satisfaction. I've been around for a while (66 yrs), and service like this is old school, and much appreciated for someone on a fixed income. I'll be back!
