It's my first time shopping at the Popeye Kanata store. I called the store the day before to check on a product. Ian reserved it for me. I picked it up next day and Ian quickly helped me to open an account, explained all benefits and processed payment. I only need to spent a few minutes and got what I want. Thank you Ian for his professional customer service. I heard they may also match prices.

I placed my last order online as I did not have time to go to a store. I had made a mistake, which I realized after I had paid and checked out. I emailed Popeye's and they promptly replied with a correction to my order and sent me the amount that I needed to send for this additional item. Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have recieved in a very very long time! From the moment i called, the staff member was guiding me through and answering every question i had. Then when i visited the kanata location in person it was the exact same (different staff member) but same end result! All my needs were met above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Popeye's Kanata for helping me out. You guys are very knowledgeable, very professional and not shy to give suggestions when someone is just getting back in the game and everything is new to them again. 5 stars hands down, all day! I will be back!

I'm a bigger plus sized woman. I've just had bariatric surgery and needed to check some things that are recommended out. I was so scared to walk in your store - not being skinny or fit - but the clerk was so nice and helpful. I will for sure be back in.

My brother wanted to return an item that was half finished but they kindly exchanged it for him even though the amount consumed was a little over the limits in their store policy. Great place.

This location was amazing. I've never bought my supplements online, so found a new one I was excited to try. Then unfortunaly I was told it was not instock and not sure when it would be given the circumstances we are in today. Shortly later, Rich emails me that he has contacted other locations until he found it for me to complete my order. I will be definitely bringing my service here in the future.

Have been shopping at Popeyes for a few months now. They always have very knowledgeable employees and offer great service. My son recently ran out of proteins and we ordered on-line and we were happily surprised of how quick it came in.

Also, within my package, they included many cool things such as protein bars, powder and a shaker all for free! This was my first time ordering supplements online due to covid-19. I am very happy with the purchase seeing as it arrived next day!
