I'm starting to know what it is that I want/need when I go, as I'm on a huge weightloss adventure and the staff are all very nice, and knowledgeable and it's a pleasure coming into the store, on this trip I grabbed pre workout a protein poptart (absolutely gas) to try (plan to buy more) and some amrap as I wanted to try an aminos supplement and the girl whi helped me was awesome with explaining things to me

This is the first time I have purchased for myself so I had a lot of questions. I have allergies so I need to be careful of what I consume. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions. They made sure we found the best product to suit my needs. I was able to sample the product before buying it. I was shocked on how good it taste and the texture was smooth like drinking clear liquid. Very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to the staff at Popeye's.

5 Gold stars for Gold service. Thank you to the staff at Popeyes Supplements on Gardiners road in Kingston. No matter how busy it is, the staff always remain kind, courteous. Not to mention their knowledge base regarding all of the different products they sell. I have gone through abdominal surgery and was having troubles digesting certain protein products. So one of the staff gave me a sample of powder, one with the most natural ingredients and 2 days later I went back and purchased an entire jug of protein powder. That type of experience doesnt develop over night.

I went into Popeyes for the first time yesterday looking for Pre-workout. I was nervous to be in there as I may not be the average ‘type’ that would be at Popeyes. I was assisted by Tyler, who was very kind, patient and informative about the benefits and ingredients of each product. He asked all the right questions to help me narrow down my search. As someone who was slightly intimidated by this store- Tyler made me feel very comfortable- and assured me in my choice. I really appreciate the level of customer service he provided. Thank you!

I had never imagined myself as the typical customer of Popeye’s - so many products that I know so little about. Every time I have gone into the Kingston Gardener's road store, it has been a wonderful positive experience. Great service, and the staff create a wonderful atmosphere of friendly welcome, helpfulness, and support without being over bearing in any way. All major pluses in my books! Well done!

99% of the time I'm able to find the products I'm looking for in stock. Excellent customer service and overall a great experience every time I stop in.

I came in looking for some basics like whey and creatine. I asked and received pretty good recommendations, and was even allowed to try the drink before buying! Overall, the service was great and I left with exactly what I needed!
