Popeye's Supplements

My first time going into Popeyes, the guys working there were so nice, pretty chilled and my experience there was alright.

Staff were very nice but when i went to make an account the system went down so it took a few extra minutes.other than that it was great.

Horrible horrible service, I asked for my smoothie to be smoother and not clunky, then the female employee attacked me verbally saying I was rude for making sure a smoothie was stirred! Hopefully I come in on days where she is not working. She then claimed I was having a bad day, when I just had a great one LOL

The staff greeted me when I walked in the door and immediately asked if I had questions or needed help which was nice, they were knowledgeable on all the products I was looking for too

The customer service at the Kitchener location is always amazing and the employees go above and beyond to answer your questions and help you meet your goals

Anyone that knows Nicole at this Popeye’s location knows she knows her stuff! Any time I have questions about their products she has the answers I need. When I was pregnant or breastfeeding, she knew exactly what products were safe and effective in providing me with the best way to get back into shape. This store has such friendly and knowledgeable staff and I know when I buy their products, I’m getting great quality and the best prices!

The staff at this store is very helpful and knowledgeable when asked about what products to buy. Nicole has helped me tremendously in deciding which products best suits my needs. Very knowledgeable staff! I had a larger purchase yesterday and a female staff member was extremely friendly and threw in some free samples as well! Sometimes we find that in customer service now a days, people lack being friendly and the ability to carry a conversation. This staff member was on her A game and was awesome! Kudos to her! Great customer service, very helpful and friendly staff. Great offering help if you have any questions or leaving you be if you know what you want. Products I want are always priced equivalent or cheaper than online.

Was one if the better customer service experiences we have had in a long time. As a couple who has never purchased supplements before, Kaitlynn was amazing at listening to our goals and daily routines and recommended products based on this. She educated us on what we would realistically need and instead of just letting us purchase all the buzz word products on the market, she gave us what we would need as a foundation, nothing more. I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends, there was no "Sales" pressure.

Probably one of the friendliest most knowledgeable Popeyes I’ve ever been too! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Nicole the manager has unbelievable knowledge on all the products. Would recommend going to this location for all your supplement needs!
