Popeye's Supplements Barrie South

I'm trying to give this place a chance but everytine I go to get Walden farms creamer the shelf is full of expired bottles. I complained and they removed them but now they aren't even replacing them. I would clean the shelves of them if they would order them.when I asked girl at desk said they are waiting to put in order with another store and they are waiting for their order list. Seriously? SonI have to wait for stock because they are waiting on another store to order?

I walked into this store thinking the buy one-get one sale was on. My mistake, it wouldn’t be for another 3 days. But instead of letting me walk out disappointed, it was Eric to the rescue! He hooked me up with a free jug of clean gainer that was damaged by another customer that they couldn’t sell and just wrote off. What a great experience. I ended up buying more stuff than I intended and I will definitely be back to this store in the future. To this store’s manager - give Eric a raise, he deserves it.

I love going to this store, great selection to pick from with very knowledgeable staff to help with anything you need. Wicked gym shirts as well!

Carolyn is so sweet and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Also met Colby who was just as kind and insightful. Will definitely be my go to store from now on.

Super rude.walked in and nicely asked if she had change for a ten dollar bill as I needed purchased more ephedrine… but she assumed I wasn’t there to buy anything.and she Told me she didn’t have enough change in the til ‘ale change so I thanked her and walked out

The gentleman that helped me to choose a new protein was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It felt like he genuinely cared about my health concerns and guided me with confidence.

I ordered during the Black Friday sale and my order took a little longer than usual to ship. I emailed the store to learn the status and Eric answered me. Not only was he effusively kind in his response but offered to bring my order by in person so I would have what I needed. This kind of stuff doesn’t happen anymore. Customer for life Popeye’s and that boy deserves a raise.

Great staff, very helpful. Am new to the supplement scene and they pointed me in the right direction. Also, they had a smoothie bar set up so you can try their most popular shake flavors as a smoothie.

Ordered on-line and it was quite simple. Turns out one product I ordered was out of stock. I received a call from a very knowledgeable staff member who recommended a substitute product. Everything was shipped promptly and correction on invoice was processed accurately. Definitely recommend.

I was nervous walking into the store and absolutely clueless about anything to do with supplements. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Kalie - she listened to my story, gave me product suggestions and some tips and tricks to get to my goal. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful and had shared their knowledge of these supplements with confidence and trustworthiness. My one complaint would be that I can't seem to find the Quest Protein chips anywhere! I wish you could bring these back as I would buy all of the inventory because I loved them so much!

My boyfriend and I went to this location very recently, and even though Cynthia helped my boyfriend very well, I did not feel she took the same care with me. She showed my boyfriend products but did not give me the chance to view them before putting them back on the shelf. I repeatedly tried to ask her a question, but she kept interrupting me. I felt ignored despite the fact that I was the paying customer and the one who needed the products, not my boyfriend who doesn't even work out! She started to check us out, assuming we were done (because my boyfriend was) and only then did I get a chance to finally ask her a question. She was very nice at the end, but I felt ignored throughout the whole experience. After I paid she offered my boyfriend a free gift even though I was paying. I am very disappointed.

I went to visit Cynthia and had the best experience, she showed me products I would be interested in and talked to me about the differences between them. If your looking for a friendly, none judgmental environment go visit popeyes thanks Cynthia! I will be back again

Have been purchasing supplements at the Barrie location for sometime now. This past week an employee Cynthia helped me out with a pre-workout supplement which has made a big difference in my workouts. Thank you Cynthia for being professional.

Best experience ever, Cynthia helped me find me a new product to try and I got plenty of samples so I’m prepared for next time on what to buy! They have changed their customer service soo much I’m over the moon! ️️

I usually love Popeye's Supplements stores. But I recently moved to Barrie and only made two purchases in this store and both times I had a terrible experience. Bought it online, chose to pick up at store. None never called me or emailed me to say it was available for pickup, so a few days later I called and they said I could go there, but they only had half of my order. They said I could get that half and that they would call me on the following week when they expected to receive the other half. Again, a week later, no calls at all. So I decided to call them again and they said "Yes, we have it now, we'll put it aside for you to pick it up today". One hour after the call, I drive there.and, to my surprise.they didn't have it. And they tried to sell me another product. SO I wasted my time. Unfortunately I must say, two experiences with this store, two bad experiences. Maybe the third one would be the charm?

Every time I come into this store in Barrie on Bryne rd, the associates are extremely helpful. Whatever questions I may have, they always have an answer and help me to my needs in supplements.

Every staff member I have interacted with has had a vast knowledge of both the product in the store and what would most benefit me in whatever stage of training I might have been in!

Both associates I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They listen to your needs and don't try and push something your not interested in. They have also had answers to every question I've had.

Best place to buy any workout stuff. Was in there for 20 minutes with Cynthia and she got me set up with everything that I would need. Would recommend to beginners and experts,

Only my second time going to a popeye's but I loved it! I'm a military vet and I know diet and exercise but the sales associate that worked with me, Cynthia, really knows her stuff! She's a personal trainer as well and gave me some tips that have provided me phenominal results; I've achieved in weeks what normally takes several months.

I used to think supplements were more or less placebo-sugar-pills. Just goes to show what happens when you work with experts. Don't think I've ever been so pleased to be wrong.

Hello I recently had to try out popeyes supplements because buzz has been inconsistent with what I needed and it's very important for my health everyday! Well pipers has stepped out and even has told me to call ahead before I run out and if they have it they will save me one and if not they will make sure it's in before I need it by and that showed me the true support they give!

Great service, they had a great sale on and for some reason I was not able yo place an order online. So I called and Georgina at the store put 2 boxes aside for me as I worked till evening. Great service, much appreciated.

It’s always A+ customer service at Popeye’s Barrie. I’ve been going there for years now. I always recommend this store to anyone who asks for supplements or even just knowledge regarding fitness. There’s a great support staff always on hand to help you out and provide great information. My go to has always been Carolyn. She always has a great attitude, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even remembers previous products I’ve tried over the years. It’s the great attitude, knowledge and personality of staff that makes a great company and this store is a great example of that!

It was my first time at Popeye's Barrie. The person I spoke with, and bought from was very knowledgeable, assertive, professional and friendly. She was the perfect experience in my opinion. In fact, id buy more if people were more like her! So maybe I don't want it that well all the time. Kudos to her.
