Pleasantly surprised of the level of quality customer service received at Popeye’s Supplements Ottawa St. Laurent.
The young woman that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
10/10 recommend.

I came to this location to pickup my online order and I was greeted by Emily. Just from walking in, she had a smile on her face and was ready to help me. I was looking for a good energy drink & protein powder. She helped me look around and gave some great suggestions. They also have a sample section which I didn't know existed! (It's great). She also suggested a greens powder, which was absolutely delicious! Will for sure be coming back to purchase some goodies!

Gwen and Hugh provided great customer service, optimistic, sociable and knowledgeable. Pointed me exactly in the direction I requested, with personal experience of the product. Despite the flaws of the suppliers product, (Dilate) missing my scoop, they quickly remedied the situation without hesitation.

Great store always super helpful and a wide range of supplements this will be the only store I buy supplements from.

New what I wanted so it's all good. But Sunday staff was polite but not the best. I wouldn't go there if you need info and knowledge.

Hey, I went to the location in Gloucester at Ogilvie and St Laurent. It was my first time making an actual investment in quality protein powder (other than the supermarket brands), and was nervous I wouldn’t fit in or feel welcomed. My experience was quite the opposite. I was greeted and helped by Jess who was kind, attentive and helpful. She heard my needs and made some suggestions and communicated what I needed to know. I ended up going with the Magnum Quattro vanilla ice cream and am super happy with it! Thanks Jess!

First time walking into a supplement shop, i myself was a little awkward but the staff made everything much easier to help me find what i exactly needed to start my work out journey. It was a pleasent experience and i will for sure return back to Popeyes!

Amazing Customer Service! I placed an online order back in July while I was working overseas. Unfortunately I had to come home early with a back injury. I just opened my parcel the other night and realized that it wasn't my order. I contacted them and got a quick response, as I have a back injury I could not lift the box to return it to the store. The store manager Sabrina from the Cyrville location personally prepared my order and delivered it to my home the very next day. Now that's what I call fantastic customer service. Thank you so much Sabrina it was much appreciated.

Staff could be much more knowledgeable about supplements and be more helpful in finding products for clients with diffrent dietary requirements.

I take Creatine and My usual brand had changed the formula, I bought it without noticing. Then returned it for replacement, I told them I didn't want the BCAA's that are added to the "muscletech" brand post workout (due to the links between BCAA's and development of Tumors and the lack of research for upper limit consumption of BCAA'S.)

Then I felt pressured to make a decision for an exchange, and they said the same brand has "tablets"

I should have known better then to trust that the sales people are aware of what is in the products they are selling. My bad.

They Sold me gelitan capsules even tho I mentioned being vegan.

My go to for all supplements and products to help me with my training journey staff are knowledgeable, friendly and client service is great!

Came in today and was helped by Sam, I must say his customer service skills are 20/10. He took his time to explain and help me understand many things, as well as answering all of my questions. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience, or a better worker! I’ll definitely be back!

I’m always super impressed when I walk into a Popeyes store. Everyone that I’ve ever met there is always super knowledgeable helpful and friendly. The staff have a way to make anyone feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Popeyes to a friend it’s the first place that come who me in mind when I want to buy supplements.

The woman who works there was very rude treating the costumers she wouldn’t even smile and when asking questions she responded like she was forced to talk she didn’t seem happy to have costumers over and she did the bare minimum to help. I don’t know if you pay your workers well but based on my interaction (it was my first time at popey’s) I would never recommend it to a friend and I would never go to the store again I don’t want to feel unwelcome when I’m buying my supplements

I spend a great deal of time travelling in the U. S.i purchase several nutritional and Athletic supplements. I have found that no one company has better products and especially extremely well trained and knowledgeable staff than Popeye's. I work out with extreme entensity. I enjoy studying sports nutrition. The staff always impresses me with their knowledge. Only in Canada!

Loved shopping at the St-Laurent location. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Measures are put in place to ensure proper social distancing and touchless transaction.

On February 15 2020, I went to Popeye's looking for seasoning. This was my first visit. I am usually awkward around people. Being that I am morbidly obese does not help. In January, I started a very strict diet and was looking for products that had low calories and 5 grams or less of carbs. Knowing little about seasonings, I was approached by Jonathon who not only helped me choose the right seasoning but also took the time to ask me the details concerning my diet. He also showed me products that would be beneficial to me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to the store. Thank you Jonathon for making me feel like I will accomplish what I started.

The representative knew exactly where and what flavours were available for the product I asked for, and ensured I knew what it was for and how to use it. Very professional!

They have a good selection and great service. They seem to not always have the products the other popeye's have which is my only complaint.

Carries nothing but the best products. You can always find some nice deals and the staff is always willing to help.

Well stocked store with knowledgable sales staff. Good rewards program, and there is always a sale or deal of some sort. Location is great, but hard to see from the main street. Will definitely be back.

They are fantastic, they gave us great advice on the product that would fit for our active family. The honesty towards prices and then amount, very appreciated. We all did a shake last night and we all loved it-
