It's was the first time I have been to the store in stoney Creek, and the person working at the time was engaging and friendly. I also liked the layout of the store and how clean/organized the store was. I didn't get a chance to see all the options you had for supplements, but the store seemed to have a ton of options. For the little time I was there I'd say Awesome store awesome staff

The store was extremely clean. The staff was kind, caring and professional. The took my budget and health into consideration before helping me pick my items!

Best sport supplement store around. Good products and pricing. Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and have personal experience with most of the stuff they sell. They also make sure you’re aware of any promotions without being pushy. Unlikely you’ll find better IMO

I’m new to a fitness plan so I was a bit overwhelmed when looking around but fortunately the guy working was so nice and welcoming. He helped me figure out the best products for me and gave me great advice and recommendations. I really appreciated his help and I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic knowledge and advice of what supplements we needed. The store manager was quick to determine what solutions we required based on our goals, history and age. We left the store with more knowledge than when we arrived.

*First Time Customer*
I was browsing online, on their site for a specific type of supplement product. So, I called them with availability questions. Kate answered. Right after I asked my question, I could immediately tell this person was on her game (upfront and imformative). So, I went down to the store.and sure enough I was right. I jolted her memory of me calling a couple hrs prior and she immediately took me over to the product with only 1 question "what flavor would you like? ". She even beat me to grabbing the 15lbs of product and brought it to the counter. 11 outta 10 Popeye's. 10 points for product knowledge and customer service and the extra cause she's uber hott. Thank you, I will definitely be back.

I don’t have experience at any other supplement store but I know good customer service when I see it and my experience here was great. The girl working the counter was nice and helped me understand the different supplements and what they all do. I left with much more knowledge than I came in with so that’s a win for me. I’d go back for sure and plan to.

Hey going to go ahead and give a 1 star. I go to Popeye instead of GNC and ordering online even though I'd save money with both of those options. I go to Popeyes for the free swag I like getting a shaker cup or a free hat with my purchase. Well today spent only 80 bucks and asked for a hat or something and the guy is just like no just no energy. I miss the mississuaga Rathburn Dundas Popeye always give me the best service tons of hats t shirt what ever you want

He was a great host from the moment I walked in the store till I left. Helped carry my items and even offered to order in what I was looking for. Just started going here but so far very friendly service and staff is very knowledgeable on all products

As a beginner to working out and knowing almost nothing about all of the protein powders and supplements on the market, I was a little worried of embarrassing myself with too many questions when I went into the store. Thankfully, Mike made sure that wasn't the case. Mike spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining all the differences between brand and type of product, recommended specific supplements that would aid in developing myself the way I wanted to, and even let me sample quite a few products before I spent a dollar in the store (which was SPOTLESS by the way). I picked up a few products and overall am really happy with the level of customer service, experience, and education I received. Mike, thank you for everything yesterday, I'll be seeing you and the Popeye's chain a lot more!

Staff is friendly but give me like 1 min to walk into the store before you ask me a bunch of questions.

Was looking for a mass gainer. Told them I usually buy it from gnc. They said they have discontinued that product. Bought the popeyes mass gainer. Went to gnc and my product was still in store. So they'll do anything to sell something. I was going to return it. (130$) but not worth my time. Pure mass from gnc is only $50 with the same calories/protein etc. Why would any1 go to popeyes

Great customer service.although my protein powder brand isnt sold here, they took the time to show me comparable products & some of them you can try in store to check out flavour! I recommend Popeye's Supplements!
