Went in in a bad mood after a tough day. They made sure I left with a big smile. Kind and courteous and so patient.
Great selection and friendly atmosphere. The girl who served me was informative nd had great recommendations.

Definitely one of my favourite local dispensaries! Love the aesthetic of the store and the little library. There are always great deals and the staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Should probably remove ur price match guarantee on ur advertising if staff are gonna roll their eyes when asked if they can price match.

Get the policy straight too many pot shops out there to be giving attitude for something so simple

A little aggressive when checking for ID. Employee announced my age to the rest of the store (kinda odd). Did not feel like a friendly environment. Prices were cheaper 2 mins up the road.

Just went to Pops in Courtice ON and I was so impressed with the service. Got served by Lena and she was so patient and helpful with my purchase! Amazing experience!

I wasn’t provided with proper training. The trainer went through their closing tasks extremely fast without taking the time to explain each task of the entire closing process. Nor was the training including hands-on practical tasks completion while going through the closing process. This would lead to potential issues when I was left to complete the closing process by myself. The question becomes who failed who?

I was told if I had any problems to call a manager without hesitation and I had no support from my store manager. She didn’t pick up my calls and barely replied to my texts. Then had the audacity to tell me, she didn’t pick up my calls because she got wasted at ribfest. Considering the manager went to ribfest to hand out water bottles with our brand for the community to get to know of us. Hence why I thought she would be able to pick up my calls because I thought she’d be social networking and not drinking.

I don't usually write reviews, but the manager of this location has got to be the sweetest person. Her knowledge and kindness is unmatched! Her staff is all upbeat and it is apparent they love where they work! Keep up the great work team and thank you again for a great visit!

Nice store just over priced compared to most dispensaries. It's cheaper for me to drive to the likes of Friendly Stranger or Peace Pipe then to walk the 200m here

Dropped by today hoping to check out the new store. Got there 40 minutes after opening as per their site and door hours. The lights were on but the door was locked. Went down the road to a store that was open instead.

Great customer service. To the person who couldn't get in, maybe walk around to the front door on the other side? Very organized and clean. Store manager knows her stuff and is happy to explain. The younger girl is learning but eager to help and inquire. They also price match other dispensaries within a certain mile radius, so to the person who complained about prices should have inquired about what they offer customers. Don't trust everything you read online go in for yourself and enjoy.
