Car stopped in middle of wash and kept catching on tire. Very rude employees told me my car has a problem? Only wanted to dry car with soap and dirt still on it. If employees had not been rude I would not of made this review!

Very unprofessional, I had a small chemical on my car and came here to clean it, I dealt with some one who is called SAM (as he mentioned), he was VERRYYYYY RUDE, he took a video of me and started threatening me just because I asked him why my car polish color changed! He just disrespected me and started shouting at me and filming me! I asked to speak to a manager he said I am the manager and he started shouting!
This place is so wired and so unprofessional.

It's my third time for rust proof. Everything was good, except for my windshield was sprayed with oil. That's why I rated it one star less. I think should be part of service checking details like that. If you sprayed oil should have been wiped off. It's the only complaint.

I got my wife's car and my car both rust proofed at Corrosion Free Zone. It was a great experience both times. They were ready for us at the appointment time, so no waiting. They have a waiting room that has a window where you can watch the whole application process, so I could see that Marcus did a great job! He really got in every little area under the car with different spray tools, and at every seam on the whole car, and even looked afterward with a flashlight to ensure it had perfect coverage. There hasn't been any drips in the driveway and the coverage was great. I'm very happy with the product and the service, and will be returning every November to get it re-sprayed. I've tried every other brand of rust proofing service from other companies, but this one is the one that most impressed me.

The experience with car washing with the unlimited car washing plan was not good because its not unlimited wash as they posted the advertisement for unlimited car washing its just the name of the plan its just a one time car wash everyday the plan which they said for unlimited washing if you are uber driver then please make sure to confirm about the unlimited plan.

Good prices and services but the VIP line is of zero use. You just get stuck on the outer lane cause no one let's you in and staff just stare at you rather than enforcing a zipper effect. How about making the VIP lane actually functional? Seems like more of a punishment

I had the Rust Proofing done on my vehicle. They were right on time. Very professional and great service. We have been coming here for 3 years and will continue as it is definitely worth the drive.

Had my tires changed here; there was no appointment necessary, so I waited for a little while, but given the time of year, making an appointment elsewhere would have had me wait two weeks.
Workers were friendly and explained the work they were doing. Was provided with a free carwash afterwards as well!
I would go back.

I was there for an Oil spray, they use a dripless type gel and thats perfect it wont wreck my driveway. They were very thorough on placement I watched the whole procedure and I was amazed. I will definitely be back next year.

I bought a basic wash ($10.00) and it did a nice job.lucked in; the car before me did the super deluxe ultra waxy waxy wash. This place also offers monthly wash plans starting a $20.

Everyone was courteous and polite. I went there for rust proofing. The moment I arrived, someone approached and informed me the procedure. They even showed how the chemicals looks like after it dried. They have a waiting room where you can watch while they spraying the rustproof chemicals under the car.

We did the undercoating for my car. They were on time. Very polite and made us feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything. They also included a free car wash.
The price was the best one we could find. Thank you see you next year.

Staff always friendly. Prices are fair. Free vacuuming. Detailing, car wash, oil and tire change, and car undercoating.

I came for corrosion free rust protection. The technician is very thorough in spraying the product. It took about 30 to 40 mins, price at 130 plus tax. I feel better knowing my car will be protected from rust for the next 18 months. Will definitely come back again.

Paid extra for wheel and rim shine. Waited more than 15 mins. Nobody came n clean them. Ripped off. Stay away please I will never use. Horrible service

Brought my car in for a full detail. Drove the car home and noticed that back windshield wiper was in the middle of the window. Well it was there because it was broken and the only place it would rest was in the middle (yes it was working before). If they had acknowledged it instead of trying to hide it, I would be more reasonable. Do an inspection there like you would at a car rental. I will never go back.

I got my rust proofing done here and have been getting it done here for years. I can see them performing the job clearly from the waiting area. I my whole care, doors, seems, engine, undercarriage and all areas are completed as required. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone looking for corrosion free.

Very reasonable price for a quick cleaning of the car inside and outside. I always take my car here after camping, etc.and am always pleased with the service.

Aviod this place as i paid 30$ for interior cleaning but nothing was done in satisfsctory manner. Mats still have juice on it and there were stains left on the cup holders etc.

Worst experience.

Essentially doesn't really dry your car. Plenty of water rushes down the mirrors and door drain just as you drive, along with visible water droplets still on all glass surfaces, after it was 'finished'. I had significant debris on the bumper that was not cleaned out either so I left quite disappointed overall. It is fast, that's all. If your car is unrecognisable as a car, this wash will be quite effective. If you're even slightly detail oriented, a standard wash + rim will do nothing to please you. I had to come home and redo half the car by hand, including cleaning the rims which I especially paid for.

I decided to get my dodge 2014 ram detailed to get the salt stained carpet removed and and stained passanger seat cleaned. The owner advised me to get the full package in order to a complete a through job. All I can say is, WOW! It is exactly if not better than when I bought this truck brand new 5 years ago. Much thanks to the team that cleaned my truck beautifully. Will definitely recommend.

Disorganized and a waste of my time. I booked an appointment for this morning at 8: 00 AM to have my car rust-proofed. I got an email to let me know that I had made the appointment, but I never received a call or email to confirm this appointment. I tried calling at 7: 30, but no one answered. It's not far from my house, so I thought I would go anyway for my appointment. When I got there, the rust-proof garage was shut, and the posted hours said they don't even open until 9: 00. Why let me book at 8: 00 if you don't open until 9: 00? In fact, the website ENCOURAGES people to book early, between 8: 00 and 2: 00. It's now 9: 15, and no one is answering the phone at Popular. In fact, their voice box is full so it's not possible to leave a message. This is very poor organization, and I will try another business as a result.

The wash streaked my car. I asked if they can wash it off, instead the attendant in the kiosk was rude- she said to grab a towel and try and do it myself. If I did want to to that I would go to the coin wash for $2 and not pay her $10. It wouldn't have cost them much to accomodate. Now they lost a customer and will certainly discourage friends from going there as well. Miserable place.

Bad service. Leaves streaks on your car. I asked to go thru again to have it cleaned properly.they said just wash it at home with towels. Horrible personalities and operation. Don't go here

It took a very long time and my car wasn’t clean at all. I paid for the full inside and out service and it ended up sticky with oil and etc. Also when they were moving my car they forgot to take out the break so my car was damaged.

I was in the area and I needed a car wash. Never again

The rollers at this place are aggressive on your car. I got out of the car wash and noticed my mirror mounting was pushed forward on both mirrors. The mirrors are hard to move, as I moved them before. I had to push with a lot of force. Putting them back in place I had to use a lot of force. I have been to other car washes and this never happened.

The car wash broke my Jeeps antenna. I have went through car washes before no issues. Called them they could careless saying this has never happened before. Never using them again. I can get a better was doing it myself.

Was served right away. It was my first time there abs the staff was very informative and nice. Would definitely recommend. Got a free car wash (basic) and was able to upgrade to the car wash I wanted. Very happy with service.

I will continue to give my business here. Good prices, good service, good value. My last auto detail was. I also have the monthly membership-good value, we go often. Then there is further discounts from being a member, which is also great.

Isn't that great. There were still stains on my car after the wash and I had to use a napkin to wipe them off.

This is for the Dundas location in Etobicoke. Just got my car detailed, never done it before so I have nothing to compare it to but they seemed to have done a good job. The smell of my dog's pee + all the cleaners I was trying to use for the pee is completely gone and replaced with a lemony car care product smell. Estimated time they gave me was 4.5 hrs but it was done in 3 hrs.waiting room leaves much to be desired but had functional AC. Thanks so much guys!

Get your car washed, inside cleaned and vacuum done while you wait just for $30. The best placed to pamper your car.also unlimited car wash plan is the best $19.50 per month love about this package no contract i just signed on that as well can not best the price and the service you get.

Best car wash and every money you spend is worth at popular car wash.they provide free vacuums and free rubber mats washed with any car wash you buy what else some one wants form a car wash. "This is the my place i go to".

Only 2 problems:

1) The car wash pushes your driver mirror closed, and the passenger past the normal/open.
2) "Unlimited $45/m wash" is 1 wash a day, not unlimited. I usually only go about twice a week but today the wash left stuck on hard bird poop which i wiped off with paper towel, and another customer dusted her mats next to my still wet car so it was COMPLETELY covered in dust. After I finished vacuuming I went for another wash on my way out to get rid of the dust all over the car and potential acid from the bird poop, and was then told 1 per day. Not that I mind much or that I, or anyone else would wash twice simultaneously, but for $45/m I'd like that option in case another situation like this occurs again. Oh well.

But again, overall: great location, staff, wash, & new overhang vacuum facility

If you have a van, don't get fooled into the web site pricing for car detailing. Under Complete Detail Special, they list VAN/SUV - $150. Well, apparently that only applies to SUVs. Once you have a mini-van, you are charged for an XL vehicle and that is $200. The clean was pretty good overall. Some parts were missed and I had to go back to get them cleaned. The detergent was cheap and left a bad citrus smell. They don't rinse the plastic parts with water so most of the parts including the wheel were sticky. It was even hard to open the doors. They ask for five hours to do the van, but when I got there, the seats were wet (they were wet for another two days), and all mats were thrown in the trunk. I had to go back to have them installed and it took them over 40 minutes to get that done. It's tricky in a van. The first comment when I came back was, it's your car so you should know how to put the mats back in. They installed all mats except for one and said I had to do the last one myself because they close in 7 minutes and they're done for the day. I didn't accept that and they ended up finishing the job. For $200, I would not recommend this place again. It's a shame because I've seen this place grow from a simple car wash to what they are today but after all these years, they've lost me as a customer.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Both my partner and I got our cars cleaned at Popular Car Wash and were extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff. I will certainly be recommending to my family and friends.

After my most recent experience at this car wash, I have to say they did a great job! This place is seemingly always super busy and the staff have always accommodated me no matter what. Today I went to get a full service and even though they were super busy, my car was completed faster than I expected. Even upon finishing my car, the person driving it out proceeded to wipe everything down for me again just to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning with me and my wife's car too.

I took my toyota for a full detailing on Wednesday and the seats stayed wet for two days and the seats were stained by whatever product they used and i had to go back once they dried to get the stains out and the staff was very rude and this is second time it happened. Really poor service and i will not be coming back.
