Worst pizza i ever had.ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and the pizza i got had poor quality and quantity of toppings.it was a walkin order.when i cane back and opened the box, the pizza was not cut in slices and was cold af.it smelled like, it’s been sitting in the box for over a long time and they just added chicken pieces on top.this place is not worthy spending money.not recommended at all.

We ordered 2 party size pizza, there was no toppings on it, even pizza sauce was missing. When we called back, they told us we can’t do anything about it.

Really very bad taste
No extra toppings were added eventhough i had paid extra for them
And the crust was extremely hard.
And when we called them back they were very rude.

Not my normal go to location but was close to the place i was heading. Ordered online for vegetarian pizza. The toppings are not the best quality and very less. Thin crust was feeling like thick. Jalepeno were overly put when paneer should be more. Bill was super high. Will avoid this location

Indian style pizza. Extra flavour added with garlic, ginger, spices. Really neat and unique pizza. Also regular pizzas available, but you gotta try it!

Very poor service even head office employees doesn’t know how to deal with the customer. Inspite of giving refund they started arguing as we replaced the pizzas two times as at both times the pizza was not in good quality may be the dough was not fresh.we used to come here everytime but this time the experience was insane as the girl from the head office talked in a very rude tone inspite of giving a solution for the problem so it’s highly recommended not to visit this location.

Baseless pizza, You really wanna enjoy your pizza just skip this store. Its was like 15 people on the table dipping were missing.

If there was any option with negative stars I would have gone with that because the pizza was too dry and they must be busy ad they forgot to put pizza sauce in the pizza and they just made regular pizza to party size just by making it square instead of round. I am never gonna order any pizza from them for sure and I would suggest everyone to not order from here if you really wanna eat it just go with some other reputated pizza stores.

They always get your orders wrong and then say they can't replace it! There also MONKEYS!

Popular Pizza - This franchise does not worth a shot. I read most of the reviews but try to give a shot today and see how does it really work out.

Undercook, chewy pizza and almost no seasoning pizza they are serving.

From sauce to final pizza. Really need to go under training from Master Franchise. Staff does not even know how to cut pizza. Everything was wrong for my dinner.

If you like to eat pizza specially with indian spices and flavor then this is the best place to get it. They are also having best baked fish. Best thing for baked fish is its good for health and no oils are getting use for cooking. Highly recommended place and specially baked fish

I ordered 2 large pizza. When we take bite then it’s give smoky taste when I saw the base from bottom then it’s totally burn.when I called the store they didn’t listen properly and cut the call. So plz don’t waste money.

Had a very bad experience with Gurleen today. I am not going to order from Popular pizza again because she told me to buy from somewhere else.

F…. Worst pizza. They didn’t put proper toppings nd when i called they said they are out of it. Manager don’t know how to talk in English. Very rude. I asked for indian garnish but they said eat it like that. They said to order it from another store. I am going to complain about them and escalate it. Idiots.

Got uncooked pizza and when we went to store they started arguing with us. We called them twice in phone but they disconnect our call in the middle of the conversation. Very bad customer service
But finally we got the pizza after arguing them with15-20 mins.

I ordered vegetarian pizza over the phone and they delivered uncooked pizza with undercooked crust. I could only eat one slice and when I called to complain, the lady kept telling me that she checked with the store and it was cooked properly and that next time we would cook it well done.
Pathetic experience

Worst pizza I had in my life. I’m big fan of popular pizza and I’m the regular customer. But this time I put my whole pizza into the garbage bin. Staff is not sincere at royal west drive. This is 3rd time I got taste less pizza but this time was worst ever. I never got wrong pizza from raylawson location

The toppings which were ordered were not there, pizza was cold, was delivered very late. This was the second time. They Ruined the night. Worst location to order pizza from. Done with Popular Pizza.

The worst customer service ever. We ordered a large pizza today from Bovaird & Chinguacousy store and found around 2" hair in the pizza dough, while my wife was breaking pizza slice into smaller piece to feed our kid.

We were surprised and called customer service right away. Instead of apologizing or feeling sorry, they said that they can refund only $3 as we have already eaten more than half pizza; as if it was our fault that we found a damn hair in your damn pizza after eating 7 damn slices. That too, with proudy accent.

This is how they our serving their customers. No quality standards. Worst customer service.

At the royal west location there is HOOOOORIBLEE SERVICE! Disgusting food and very rude employees. Never coming here again or ordering! 2 times in a row this happened. So first we ordered the pizza and they said it would come in 45 mins which is unbelievable and we said not to make it cold this time.then after 45 mins we called them they said 5 mins then after 5 mins it has not arrived! Later after 20 more mins it finally arrived and they called us and said the pizza is here! Since last time the pizza was cold we opened the pizza box checked and the pizza was cold but we had to take it because we were starving and had nothing to eat. So we had to warm it up in the microwave. We were eating it and we noticed that they did not even make it indian style and they didn't put half of the toppings we asked for. Then when we got to the wings there was no sauce and no flavour a bit of blood and they were disgusting. Then after we were done eating we called their shop. They put us on hold like always and she answered and she said would you like to place a order, we said no and asked to speak to the manager or the owner, since last time they did not do anything and they said they would give a note. Like last time they did the same thing but we said no. Then they kept on putting us on hold continuously and asking would you want to place an order OMG! Then finally we got ahold of the "manager" but then later she said she was the head office and said they coudn't do anything? That is my story never eat from this place rude staff and pizza depot is much better and they will never fix their problem and btw they never use gloves and sit on the cooking counter! I wish I could give this negative 5 star or even lower. DISGUSTING!

Horrible customer service.they can't even take your order properly on the phone.delivered wrong order.they dont know how to run a business.recommend buying pizza from somewhere else.if u want to get the wrong order then go to " popular pizza"

Saw the working sitting on top of counter where they cook. Disgusting to say the least will never return I value my health.

They have, over time become very stingy with the toppings especially the premium ones (like paneer) even when you pay for double toppings.

Worst experience. I was told wait time was 10 minutes, at the end of 30 minutes the pizza came out but was popping like a chewing gum bubble. We saw and let them know and they made another pizza another 15 minutes wasted. I ended up getting the so so pizza after nearly 45 minutes. Such a waste of time! Never going to this place again

We ordered 24 Chicken Wings from
305 Royal W Dr, Brampton, ON L6X 0B3 location on 9th December Time: 8.20pm
First of all
The order arrived after an 1 hour 15 minutes.
We were told that the order should be there in 50 minutes
When we asked the driver regarding this he called his owner and the owner spoke to us at the end it was agreed that we need to pay half amount
But the driver left rudely without taking any payment.
We called the customer service and try to explain what happened, but the associate on the phone was not in a condition to listen and started arguing with us.
"Any where in the world this is totally unacceptable that you are arguing with customer and telling them that they are wrong"
I work in hospitality industry and this behavior is totally unacceptable

After eating some of the wings we figured out they were not cooked properly.
Then we tried to call customer service and let know about the issue but the call was disconnected for 5 times and no one was ready to listen
After that when we called again
The lady on the phone told us that our number and address is banned for any further orders,
We told her that we have a complaint to register she told us to call tomorrow morning 11 am again totally unacceptable answer
Then we told her that we are going to the store still the response was not positive from other side

After we went to store
The store supervisor
Extremely rude, arrogant, lot of attitude, zero customer handling skills.
When we told her about the issue,
She was like oh I dont even care about this.
Then we called the customer service again and try to sort out the things then the supervisor agreed to give us 7 wings and told us to wait for 20 mins that to in very rude manner, although we paid the entire amount for the wings. When the wings were ready she just threw the box of wings towards us and told us check it and leave the store, still the attitude was very rude and the way she was treating us was totally unacceptable.
While in store I was writing this complaint and asked the supervisor for her name.
And I was shocked to hear her reply.
"I will not give my name"
We asked mam we want to complaint about you so I need your name, she totally refused to give her name.
Being a supervisor is this answer acceptable?
Then at the last the owner came to the store specially just to provide the supervisors name.

At the end it was very funny when we realized that the owner came to the store specially just to provide the supervisors name.
