I would give 0 stars, the pizza dough was not good at all and there pine apple was also so bad.

We are regular customer and everytime they give us thin base. And when we complain to head office they say store will contact you. So disappointed!
Also no cheese ok videos they show so presentable but when we order so cheese!
They should see and help the customer concern quickly like other pizza brands like pizza pizza, city south pizza.

A classic pizza place at a great value, excellent customer service from Bhavnesh and Abhit (@Tobram and Sandalwood location) and a delicious bite (yum). Friendly staff and good pizza, what more would you ask for?

Worst pizza I ever eat from popular pizza. This branch make worse pizza ever. 50 % pizza was burnt and we ask for thin crust and they make it More thinner like chapati. Topping are like only in the centre and feels like they made it one day before and serving it by heating it in microwave… Strongly recommend them to change the staff please.

Bad customer service. Delivery guy missed the bottle of cold drink and papular pizza never gave the credit back.

Had a quick slice of veggie pizza.
The pizza was $3 but not hot. It felt fresh but wasn't hot, so it felt chewy.

Poor service. Salty nd cold pizza nd say your driver to drive properly. Slices are felling on each other. Tried after long time but still popular pizzas same issues.

I order pizza a lot from this place but today after hour and half I ordered they told me that the pizza has been delivered and it had not arrived. I called them then they told me the driver on the way on next call the driver is lost in traffic even I live basically right next block to popular pizza, their customer service is completely unreliable

The lady manager I spoke with today to address my concerns was extremely rude, uncooperative and unwilling to hear me out and solve my issue. I'd like to know if the manager/agents are not allowed to disclose their name. Cause when I asked her for her name she bluntly told me she was going to block me. I know that she can provide the batch number but she didn't do that. She used words like "don't care about your order" and was very adament and clear she wasn't going to assist me. There was absolutely no profanity during my conversation with her and still threatened to block me and did so. I have been a regular customer with popular pizza and to be treated badly over a call is extremely disappointing. I am in dismay with the way I was spoken to from a professional working in the food industry. I was able to call the customer service line and obtain the batch number i.e POP568 if that means anything.

Giving one star just I have to write reviews about these people.never ever in my life will order to this place. These people are totally liars. I order pizza from them after 50 minutes later call there to ask them how long it will take. And there reply was we didn’t get any order from this number and address. I had like to give 0 stars but no option. I am regular customer of popular pizza. But today had worst experience with torbram branch. I ordered pizza for pickup and in next 5 min I had to cancel. When I called, the lady said if I cancel my order I will not b served any of orders in future. Oh really! So customer has no choice to make? Plans or preferences never change? Have some customer service skills.

Ordered pizza from this location first time….
butter chicken topping was to raw…. I have to separate the chicken topping from each slice to eat.
Pizza was tasteless …without any flavour or spices told them to do it indian style…
Will never comeback to this location again….

We ordered pizza today and it was raw and not property cooked. Faced such an issue for the first time. As a regular customer, I expect them to not make such mistakes again.

The lady on front she is very rude and they delivered pizza and they give excuse that temperature is -40 outside and just say thankx and bie without listen our complaint and said next time find other pizza store to order pizza.

Hello so I ordered pizza we are a long time customer pizza had no sauce like literally no suace idk how no suace pizza we said easy cheese and they made a no suace pizza and when we called they were nt even accepting their fault we delivered it then they said come to the shop and return it if u have that big of a problem this is not the first time and then they said the shop was busy and when we normally ordered on weekends it's delicious pizza <

Very bad service pizza was tasteless. I ordered chicken wings and it was old. Its look like they gave old wings and just heat it up for us. Never ever gonna order next time. I never eat this much bad food or pizza. Please Make at home than this.

I had disgusting experience with Popular pizza Torbram & sandalwood location. Their amount of toppings are very few even they don’t know how to cut pizza’s slices all are not even.

I ordered pizza today.they sent me the one with wrong topping.tandoori chicken instead of grilled chicken.when I called them.the guy was so rude.instead of accepting the mistake, started arguing with me.it was soggy with wrong topping. I am their regular customer.it’s shocking how they treat their customer.very disappointed with Brampton (torbram) branch. They were talking like as I asked for refund. I just want them to acknowledge the mistake and if it’s possible.just the replacement.but the way they treat me.it’s very Harash.they doesn’t know how to speak.

Worst customer service ever!
They prepared my order wrong. I paid over $20 for the pizza and they are offering me $5 credit for it.
I will gladly accept $5 only if you will always give me large pizza for $5 which you won’t.
Be realistic and refund cx’s full money.
Frauds! Preeti or Preet from their main branch was on the call with me. Somebody should teach her customer service and how to talk and behave with customers.
If you make a mistake you should refund the money or at least provide better alternatives to the customer.

Worst customer service i have seen ever. I have order pizza and received wrong pizza. I tried to call them, they didn’t accept their mistake and don’t know how to talk with customers. Its just wastage of my money.

I had a very bad experience with Popular pizza on Torbram and Sandalwood. Although the pizza tasted great. They ruined my order not once but twice. I asked for 2 large they sent me 2 medium. I asked for tomatoes as a third topping it was completely missed. I don't know who picked up the phone.but either she didn't understand English or I don't have another explanation. Simply BAD service I will never order from here again.

Common guys.dont lie to yourself. I am supporting local businesses during this Pandemic and you just spoiled our family dinner. Make sure to include all toppings as ordered or atleast remove from your website. Not happy with the meal and not at all happy with the response when I tried to share my feedback. Wake up

Owner and pizza both are equally good.
Appreciate their commitment on time. Never tried this pizza before from popular pizza but certainly one of best pizza I’ve ever tasted.
Suggestion: Last week I called to order, girl on phone was rude, actually that was my first time ordering pizza over phone, she should try to be bit polite and patient, not sure if she was from this location or head location. But anyway, overall so satisfied. ️

I order 2 large veggie pizza with extra cheese, Indian style and Mild spice. The pizza barely had cheese on it and was not mild spice or Indian style. I even called them to ask what happened and they did nothing about they said just ask for double cheese next time. Like u r going to charge me double just for cheese, I wanted a normal amount of cheese that goes on any pizza but not like this. Never again ordering from here

Food was terrible and the lady at head office was very disrespectful. The wings were clearly frozen and not cooked properly. Lady at head offices was mocking me when I called to complain about the wings. I’ve never dealt with a more disrespectful manager in my life, very unprofessional. Would not recommend eating here at all, and will definitely not allow any of my friends or family order from here. I would give them a 0/5 if I could.

I tried to order few times over the phone,
Everytime the lady or the guy, sounds very rude and disrespectful to me.
I asked them for specials, But that lady reacted in insulting tune and told me you want pizza or not.
Today is the 4th time i canceled my order due to that mannerless customer service.
Staff need to learn about respect and politeness.

DISGUSTING customer service. I've been a frequent customer and never really had issues until recently. The pizza dough wasnt cooked properly, extremely raw. I called customer service the next day since the order was late at night and they first accused me of lying and then refused to compensate me. After a back and forth she wanted me to take both of the pizzas i threw out to the store for them to consider remaking my order. What type of a service is this? Will never order again and will make sure my friends and family won't either! Disgustingly run establishment.
