Had an amazing experience with this branch, we ordered a large Cheese pizza and Indian style paneer pizza, they were really good!

I don't review restaurants, but hands down the worst pizza and worst customer service you'll find in the gta. There head office us a bunch of incompetent students. TRAIN YOU EMPLOYEES!

Today I ordered my party size pizza but after 1 and half hour wait. The delivery boy didn’t come to my house. I was waiting for my pizza, but i don’t think so they made my pizza. They take order and close the store thats it. They didn’t care about customer hunger.

The pizza is superb and on the top it the wings was lip smacking delicious. I never had this such a good wings ever. The owner himself attended for my order and make me decide what to eat of my taste. Suggested the pizza of our taste and also customised it for us.
I highly recommend to please visit once and experience it.

Worst service ever! Customer care does not have any sense to talk.cook forgot to put main toppings on pizza! Not recommended!

Last week I ordered pizza for delivery around 11 pm. They said order will arrive within 50-55 minutes. We waited for 2 hours long we did not get anything. When I called next morning to enquire about last night they said we tried to call you so many times even I didn’t get a single call from them.

Customer service is really bad. I believe they should hire or train members who understand what customer service is.

Also, the pizza does not taste like pizza.

Very rude person (female) at the front. Pizza bread was hard. 0 star for their customer service and 1 star for pizza.

Worst experience ever. This place used to be okay but last week waited 45 mins for my order and they gave me undercooked pizza usually they put quite a good amount of topping but this time it was mostly cheese don't go here at busy time. Save your money.
Posting another update. Thought to give it one more chance but no they again disappointed me again waited 45 minutes for my pizza. The people working there had no hairnet or beardnet on them. No greeting nothing. They just asked the number, kind of just threw the pizza on the desk and didn't ask how i want to pay just made the option open for paying by tap and left. Horrible horrible experience please do better.

Worst pizza experience! Franchise claims to pride themselves on quality, pricing and service. Ha, far from it. Employees at this location argue with you and don't even express any apology when they do wrong. I ordered 2 pizzas from them and one of them was burnt! Toppings were charred and black. When I claimed the pizzas and showed them this they started arguing that this is how its supposed to be and that they have been making pizza for 5 years and refused to rectify. Even the so called head office was non responsive in this matter and just getting the run around. Nobody cares, avoid this pizzeria like the plague!

Not a place I would recommend. First the order got mixed up, we had to call 10 times and the call kept getting disconnected. They finally agreed to exchange it as they need a proof! Total wait time more than one and a half hour from ordering to the final correct delivery. Disappointing experience.

Popular pizza is my favourite pizza spot.but this spot always disappoints me. This is third time it happened. I ordered thin crust and they sent me thick crust. O ordered through skip and they always do that. I ordered two creamy dip they aent only one.come on guys. I understand that job might be busy sometimes but you guys always do that ruined my dinner. My money goes complete waste and its not acceptable. Improve yourselves

I took pizza from here and it’s hair in the pizza. So it’s advice to others be check out when you getting pizza from here! I called them what they did not listen me just said to walk in the restaurant, i am living far from here, so disgusting!

I liked there pizza but today i m very disappointed i choose one extra topping but i got only three topics i choose tomatos as extra topping today i felt like i have wasted my money. You should read properly what customers want actually

If you want to try indian style pizza, this location is the right place for it, i have been coming here since mar 2018 and its still my favourite place for an indian style pizza

I have order one of the deal which has one medium pizza with 3 cans and 12 wings. But i get only a pizza with dipping sauce. The worst think was when i call them, the lady who picked up the phone was so rude and said she cannot do anything and she gave phone to someone else and another girl said she was speaking from call centre… lol.
Never go there, it is worst place with cheap communication skills with customers because she didn’t even realized mistake and say sorry for wrong order.

Ordered Vegetarian Pizza a couple of times. Always fresh vegetables and pizza so would recommend going at this branch. The staff is good and keeps it clean as well. When you call them, they are up to the point and very straight forward.

I don’t even want to give one star to this pizza store. I ordered chicken wings and wait 30 minutes and the worst wings I ever eat I eat one and throw all not properly cooked and bad quality of chicken

I waited an hour for my food, your delivery was late, the pizza was cold, the driver came to my door without a pizza heat bag and then you guys don't answer the phone.

You guys really need a lesson in customer service maybe try getting some help from PIZZA DEPOT.

I asked the person at store that did she put my dippings inside the box and she said yes and after coming home there is no dipping at all and got already charged for that.very bad service: (

Horrible customer servise. I told them only one half of pizza needs onions. They said ok first but later when i came home saw onions on whole pizza. I should not trust them and check my pizza in store only before driving back home. And tge call center service is ridiculous. They kept saying they could not transfer me to store. The lady over phone told me i was stupid and kept hanging my call inspite of multiple attempts to talk with manager. I requeated to speak with manager and they kept hanging my call. Of course they knew that they were wrong by calling me stupid and giving horrible customer service and that is why did jot transfer me to their manager. Do not ever go to this store of call customer service. Because they think they are super smart and everyone calling is fool. I wish they were customers and received same service that they gave me today over phone.

They don’t pickup the call and when they do they say hi and contact number and then hung up immediately.

Had a delivery for desi style pizza. Had one of the worst Popular pizza from this location. Tandoori paneer was v less, was missing the desi style on dhaniya was on it. Moreover felt like no salt on the tandoori paneer. Will avoid this location for sure.

Don’t come to this place. This place is to waste your money and time. You will regret if you come here. Staff don’t know how to deal with customers. If don’t want to throw pizza from your life don’t come here?

Regular base plus vegeratin toppings, comes out to be one of the best pizza I have ever had! Loved it?

Found iron bolt in slice of Pizza. It is unbelievable to found this thing in a food. Thank God i saw it before eating it.im going to file a complaint in food safety department.

They delivered pizza like this, and when we complaint their response was they can’t do anything, or either they can give 5$ discount next time

Worst pizza service I have ever seen. I ordered the same pizza in a day but they didn't cooked properly both pizzas. And I asked for indian style which means they have to add cilantro and green Chilli but both the times they disappointed me. Hey guys please don't waste even a single penny on popular pizza.

I just called at the store for the complaint and the lady who picked the call was such a sick lady she dont wanted to listen to my complaint and when i asked for her name so that i can talk to manager about how rude she was she simply said i m not your slave nor it is written somewhere that i have to tell you my name worstttttt

I order party size pizza with tandoori chicken there is barely chicken pieces on it. And thn you guys count tandoori chicken as 2 toppings. Are you serious?

If your employees don’t want to work and are always tired, it’s better you change them. I try to come to store and place an order, a lady says we are very busy we have 10 orders please don’t order. I try to call and place an order next time, they say the same thing. Now I placed an order through doordash, they cancelled it straight away. If you can’t then please close the store and sit in home. Even the one star is pointless.

This particular location is not best if you enjoy indian style pizza from popular pizza. My regular place is located in Martn grove mall. The one I tried is on Rexdale is not up to expectation.

This is one of the worst location i ever seen.i ordered three times but all the tym dough was hard like a rock.nevr wanna order again.no fresh pizzaa here please be careful before ordering pizza it is just wasting of money.

But these guys are missing the base they only have tomato sause crust which i dont like anymore?

Order pizza from this location and you’ll get free hair and good luck if you complain about it. They’ll blame on you that you ordered pizza with hair so it’s your fault.

Rude customer service, on first pizza there were hairs in it and when they send second one then there is no tandoori on the half pizza. I said customer service to refund money they said we can give only 5$ credit and we ordered pizza’s of 50$. They make fun of there customers

I ordered butter chicken pizza today and I found big hair in the pizza. The employees were not wearing hairnets at the store. They should follow safety procedures towards public safety. Masks, gloves, and hairnets should be mandatory. Management needs to keep an eye over the procedures especially in this pandemic.

Not really good experience, ordered medium pizza with shahi paneer pineapple red onion and green pepper. They gave us large pizza instead and told made by mistake. But the pizza wad cold.
They added pineapple on a pizza that was made before for other customer with 3 toppings shai paneer green peppers and onions and that customer didn’t showed up.

Ordered pizza with extra gravy, but let alone extra, they didn't even put enough sauce that come with regular order. On other order, the extra cheese and feta cheese were missing.

Absolute garbage. Pizza tastes like cardboard with zero flavor. Fish was undercooked bordering on food poison. Threw 80% in the trash, where it belongs.

Pizza was good but all the staff are in their personal phone talking in their own language, which describes very poor customer services as well as the store is not 100% hygienic when it comes to cleanliness. Hope management are doing random audit on their franchises to improve their brand image, if they are looking to grow.

Extremely bad customer service! I was their regular customer ordering online, they shorted dips 4 times in the last 10 orders when delivered. Everytime I had to call them and the customer service representative said that they will credit me the missing items to my account. Today I called them up and they said I had just one dip credited to my account and that's it.
The extremely rude Punjabi girl that I talked with should be fired. She has no empathy whatsoever and shouldn't even be allowed anywhere within 10 feet of the phone.
I'll never order again from Popular Pizza and they lost a loyal customer over a few measly dips costing not even half a dollar.
PS: Review does not pertain to the staff at this store in particular. The call center is at the head office wherever that might be.

Placed an order for veggie pizza, got chicken instead, from rexdale humberwood location. Left them a feedback too, but no reply. I think they don't care.

I just tried this brand pizza for the first time and I really liked the quality of pizza with reasonable pricing! Will definitely visit here again and would recommend others to try. Keep it up!

When i went there the staff was not wearing mask properly, even mouth and nose was not covered. And no one in the staff was wearing gloves

Very bad experience. Messed up my order. Asked for 2 pizzas shahi paneer style but there was no paneer on it even I asked for Indian style, it was nothing like that. Later on when I called them they said that they will take care of it next time but didn’t offer me any help at the time. VERRY DISSAPOINTED.

Ordered my pizza on Monday evening at 7 PM. Took over one hour to get there. The pizza was Luke warm and dry. The driver called me from his car and said I needed to come down. Told me they weren’t allowed in the hotel and he was in a hurry because he had lots of orders. I saw no pizzas in his car and he actually sat in the car waiting for me to come outside. Staff at the hotel told me this has happened before and the delivery driver for this particular location has a bad attitude Ordered my pizza on Monday evening at 7 PM. Worst customer service ever. Orderd pizza for company party. Waited over an hour. They told me they never had my order in the system. They would not help us on our end. Very slow can't even take an order over the phone had to wait 2 hours for 2 pizzas. Time before that they couldn't make my pizza because their wifi was down.

I dont wanted to post a as review as it's our community's pizza store.but i have to do this.i ordered a thin crust pizza with 3-4 toppings nd they gave me vegetables sprinkled over a roti type crust.there was very poor amount of toppings and crust was too thin.never gonna order again. SoRRY

I would give them negative star if possible.i ordered indian style shahi paneer pizza and potato wedges.but shahi paneer gravy was missing (pizza was made with regular gravy). There was no indian style toppings too.moreover the potato wedges were so bad and staple.and there was fungus all over it.when i complaint at front desk.girl was very rude.sometimes they also serve uncut pizza.the girl taking orders over phone was also very unprofessional (seems like she need good training what customer service is all about) i am very disappointed with such service and behaviour and food quality.because i used to travel 25 km to get my pizza from this particular store.please check your stuff before serving your customers.

Pizza is one of those foods that seems to be universally loved, Amazing Pizza, friendly staff, especially BBQ wings and perfect sitting arrangement.
