We had butter CHICKEN SPICEY PIZZA THAT WAS GREAT. GARLIC BREAD LOVE THE WAY IT WAS CUT. I AM very happy with the food

I have had pizzas from various popular pizza locations throughout gta and waterloo,
But this one was the worst one I have ever had,
If someone from higher management is reading,
I would advise please train these guys in London.
Popular pizza is known for it’s taste and quality,
This location has none.

One of the most amazing Indian style pizza ever tasted. They have a lot more Indian food to offer.

Delicious wings however the value on a small pizza and wings are absurb. Too expensive of what you’d get.

Got 2 pizzas last week on Saturday from a takeout order. Want to start by saying other times I've ordered from here and did so on uber eats, it wasn't great. Crust felt stale and tough another time there was a complete overload of red onion on it & that was all we could taste on the pizza.

This time around, it was fantastic. Guy was working the shop completely on his own it looked like and everything was fresh, and tasted amazing. While I was waiting inside he even made a complimentary drink with sprite, lemon, and some kind of masala powder (was also very good).

To whoever was working on Sat, Apr 22nd - if you see this I just wanted to say thank you. Will only get takeout from now on and this is seriously one of the best places in London for an Indian style pizza.

Tonight my friend ordered a pizza and when we got there to pick it up the people working the front were awful! My friend saw an ad on instagram that had an offer on for Fanshawe students but when she went in, she was told they just aren’t doing that. There was no “end date” on the promotion so there was no reason for them not to honour it. THEN the card machine declined my friend’s card after she agreed to pay the full price. So I tried and it declined my card too. They pulled out 4 more debit machines and none of them worked. The workers tried on their own cards and it still didn’t work. So I asked them what they wanted me to do and they just stared at me. No communication whatsoever. They didn’t even offer an apology. I understand the machine malfunctioning and I know that isn’t their fault. But I stood there for 10 minutes while they mumbled to each other, so I couldn’t hear them, then just stared at me. Completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t understand how out of 3 workers, not one of them offered a solution or even an apology! We will never be going back. You’re in the service industry! Learn how to serve your customers!

Tried there grilled chicken pizza, it wasn't baked properly, and it only tastes like I am eating onion pizza a lot lot of onions, believe me I just had 11 small chunks of chicken in whole medium pizza. Highly not recommended, pathetic experience,

Ordered extra large butter chicken pizza today and when I open the box.
It was likely few chunks of chicken in whole pizza.
It was just to prove that it’s a chicken pizza.
Also, the pizza base was not perfect. There were lot of bubbles in the pizza.

Horrible baked fish! The fish was way too much salty and soggy. We ended up throwing it the garbage. Even the pizza was average. Try to order from somewhere else and save your money. Not recommend at all.

I just picked up the medium pizza family deal with the wings, wedges, and cheesy garlic bread. It was well worth the trip. It all tastes great!

Had the chicken wings from uber eats like 8 times now and they don't secure the box proper. Nothing to stop the driver from eating some or poisoning the food.

London location served us worst baked fish ever. Have been Popular Pizza customer for long time. Always go for oven baked fish in Brampton/Mississauga locations. After raising my concern the Manager gave me another portion but that was equally bad as well. Heavily battered, over cooked (appeared to have been pre cooked and baked again). Burnt texture and fish over powered by salty batter. Appreciate the Manager’s gesture (that’s the reason for 2 star) but the issue is with the food itself. Never felt so low after ordering from Popular.

I ordered tandoori panner pizza it was cold and I didn’t receive dipping sauce with it. I ordered at night and delivery was late.won’t order again

I ordered pizza last night…. And through this review I got a reply from owner for compensation when i call in the store and they told me that to talk to the owner…. Really disappointed

I love their Saahi Paneer and Tandoori Paneer Pizza a lot.
I ordered Whole wheat option just to try how it taste and honestly I couldn’t even tell the difference other then color of the base.same texture as regular pizza.
Definitely I will order whole wheat option which good and healthy.
100% recommend to try Indian Style pizza here.

Want to thank this pizza joint for offering halal variants. I think its really nice of them to extend their services this way. The girl with glasses behind the counter assured me that they keep all halal meats separately too. Couldn't be more thankful for that. Especially since demand for halal is growing rapidly too. Extremely humbled by the demeanor of the staff on the free pizza day dec 7 2022.

Tried multiple pizza stores in london found it way better than others great taste in affordable price must visit if u want to taste something good

Edit: went again and called ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait and but this number takes you to the headquarters rather than the store (they have deals store to store) so it was $16 rather than $10.

I ordered a tandoori paneer pizza it was soo delicious and mouth watering. Thanks to taran who made it very delicious

The best Indian style pizza I've ever tried.
Manas was great enough to recommend me the best pizza and I indeed loved it.

I just ordered a basic 3 topping pizza and was super impressed by the price and quality! One whole XL pie and two dipping sauces came to under $20 and the service was friendly and good! The dipping sauces have good flavour and the pizza is good, nothing crazy special about it, lots of toppings and no skimping on cheese. I am excited to explore some of the more diverse flavour options offered here next time!

If I can give 0 star I will give… no customer Service at all…. Pizza doesn’t get delivered for one hour 15 minutes and they put us on waiting if we inquire, they cut the phone after 15 minutes

I had gone there for take out and the guy who was handling the store was very friendly and we'll behaved. The quality was also good all in all loved the place

Top notch quality and taste. We ordered delivery and it was on time. They went out of the way to deliver us fresh and hot pizza. Even the staff (Ash) at the restaurant was very helpful in explaining the menu. Overall great experience. 10 0n 10. Cheers

This is the best place for pizza lovers, great food good service and very patience staff. I’m sorry for coming in 15 mins before closing and giving you big order. U guys were amazing and will be my go to place for delicious pizza. I don’t remember the name of people working that night but guys were amazing and thank you making my ti London good coz I didn’t knew any other place to get vegetarian food at midnight. LOVE THE FOOD ️️️

Recommend to try out Indian Style Pizzas. Especially for people who are from Asia and who like green chillies and corridors in good.

Tried the garlic bread and tandoori pizza and it was very delicious and well prepared. Especially their garlic bread was loaded with cheese. Everything was freshly prepared on order and would definitely recommend this location for the best desi style pizza in town.

They forgot to put cheese on my pizza, they only used 10% of the cheese on my pizza. I think they saving food cost for their pizza. Nothing special about popular in london tried first time and will be last. Customer service don’t want to do anything about it. Wasted my money

Tried it for the first time and will never be going back there. Tandoori Paneer pizza was not good at all.

Mamas was very friendly and greeted me very well as it was my first take out order with popular pizza. I liked the pizza just that for butter chicken I feel it was pretty dry. The taste was good though.

The pizza here is amazing! Staff members are always friendly, especially the guy name “Manas”, he makes a delicious pizza every time I visit. Prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

Loved the thin crust. Tried corn on my pizza, it was yummy.
They have fresh corainder leaves green and red chilies as free toppings how cool is that.

The woman who answered the phone was rude. Said i had to call back with phone id. Never had a place do this. Didnt give me a chance to explain and just hung up on me

Great pizza place to go for! Absolutely love their tandoori chicken/paneer pizza with garlic base. So DELICIOUS Staff is also nice and friendly! Must give it a try and you won’t regret!
