I have been a client of Porsche Centre Oakville for many years.
On my recent purchase of a new vehicle late 2023 I had the pleasure of dealing with Nik Djordjevic from the Sales Team for the first time.
Nik was great to work with on this purchase from start to finish and in my opinion displayed real professionalism, knowledge, honesty and overall client care.
From the moment I did the deal to buy the vehicle and in the intervening months until delivery he kept in regular touch with updates which was very helpful.
I would without doubt continue to work with Nik on any future vehicle purchase.

I needed an indoor car cover for my Carrera 911 966,2001 model and the Staff was very attentive and helpful. It only took about 10 days, all the way from stuttgart Germany, so happy with the timely arrival!

I've been fortunate to have my Porsche 992 GT3 Touring taken care of by the team at Porsche Centre Oakville for the past 2 years and 58,000km. My service advisor Mike Gosselin has been incredibly helpful with every appointment and treats the car like it's his own. My tech Lucas Picone has also taken such great care of the GT3 and I have the utmost trust and faith in them when I drop my car off. NOT happy! Booked a service check which soonest was 9 days out due to backlog of service. Got it there for May 26th. 3 weeks in their possession due to "overbooking & parts stuck at border". So a total of 4 weeks of no toy to drive. Took my '01 boxster in for belt and to have charging system checked. These were specific on the notes. After driving for a while, when restarting the car, it turns over but slowly and won't fire up. New battery. So I was SPECIFIC about that. Ended up water pump changed (when the belt went- understandable), apparently rear brakes as they can't test drive with break pads below 3mm- I wasn't aware a test drive was needed to check the charging system as it only needs to be running, not road tested. Agreed to the brakes (didn't get my old parts back but should have as I am a little suspect about needing brakes after 12000 km), started up fine and drove home. Got home and turned off the car. 5 minutes later went to start it up to move it into the driveway and SAME THING WITH THE STARTER! I don't believe the charging system/starter electrical was even checked. After $4. K, I am disappointed and not going back.

Possibly the only Porsche dealership in the area, and they are pretty good, depending on who you get.
Went here looking for a used Porsche, I think they were more condescending than I would ever accept. Can’t judge a book by the cover.
They do have some beautiful cars.

Just a kid who wanted to look at their show room and boy did they let me, I was treated like a celebrity. Like I was there to buy a car. Took behind the scenes where people aren’t allowed to go. Gave me the option between sparkling and flat water. Fantastic!

Very unhappy with the service here. I called a week before the appointment date and called again the day before the appointment to confirm my appointment for the winter tyres change and an oil change. Came in on the appointment day and was told that the tyres had not arrived from the storage and to come back another day. The service representative or someone from Porsche Oakville should have called me to informed me that the tyres were not in and not come in but instead they wasted my time driving in and letting me know that the tyres had not arrived from storage on the day of the appointment date. Service Representative told me that he had scheduled another day for me but when I called them just now, they had no record of the new date. I took a day off from work for the appointment and now I have to take another day off for the new appointment date. Please Oakville Porsche, put your act together!

The staff here truly are of great and wonderful assistance!
They went above and beyond when helping us to find our Macan. A special thank you to Nik D in sales for helping my husband and I on your day off and really going that extra mile. Alex the Porsche Pro really is knowledgeable and was so kind and patient with us on the day of our delivery. As well Lynn in financing is so sweet! We loved our entire Porsche experience everything was professional, quick and smooth- just like the vehicle ;) We look forward to coming back!

My experience with Porsche Centre Oakville has been fantastic. After getting tired of Tesla model X's delaying, my wife and I decided to swing by Porsche Centre Oakville to see what they had. I personally thought Porsche Centre Oakville would treat us in improper way like a sales guy at Mercedes Thronhill did. However, I was wrong. They warmthly welcomed us even though we didn't wear fancy stuffs. After roughly 5-10 minutes waiting, we were greeted by Jonathan DaSilva. He took time to get to know our need and showed us all the Taycan stock they were having at that moment. Then, we decided to cancel Tesla model X's reservation and go with the 2021 Taycan Turbo S. Jonathan then introduced us to Rose Primorac, F&I manager, for financing paperwork.

She tried her best to work with all the bank and even Porsche in house financing to give us the best option and optimize the paperwork processing time. It only took us roughly 11 days from financing application submit, application approved to car delivery day.

On the delivery day, Leonardo D'Urso, Porsche pro, and truck driver were on time. Leo took his time to walkthrough all the vehicle's features with me. He also gave us the gift bag which Jonathan prepared for us. That gift bag made us happy and disappointed. We were happy because Jonathan and Porsche Centre Oakville treasured our business with them. On the hand, we were disappointed with Volvo Mississauga because we didn't even get a Volvo pen/ pencil for our children after paying in full a XC90 T8.

We definitely come back to Porsche Centre Oakville if they keep providing this outstanding service.

We are shopping for a new car, we called this dealership and the sales named Steven did not even allow us to finish saying what we are looking for and keep asking to pull out our profile, we are new potential customer and never bought car from this dealership, how do we have a profile? ! We are very disappointed with his attitude and we believe his level of service cannot represent Porsche brand.

I ordered a 2021 911 Cabriolet through John Green on January 4,2021. The process was best-in-class! Due to Covid, a slower production schedule, and supply chain issues, I was told to expect the car in October 2021. It arrived early and picked it up in Aug. After sales experience was amazing. I bought a preowned Porsche Cayenne and paid an extra $1,900 to have a special paint to remove the scratches in order to get a scratch less car. Unfortunately at the time of receiving this car, the scratches were not removed and I pointed out this to the guy who handed over me the car. Later on I also shared this info with The relevant sales person. Still nothing has been done after a lapse of over 3 months even after many reminders. I feel that $1,900 are stolen from me.
Secondly I also pointed out another problem that the car vibrates when it reaches 100km, so it’s a safety issue. Still nothing has been done.
I was expecting better than this from Porsche Oakville.

Horrible service
My car was booked for a valet pickup for the 10th of August, but nobody came to pick it up. Nobody from the dealer called me to explain or apologize for missed pickup. I left a message and finally my car was picked up on 11th August evening after promising to pick it up by noon. Another promise was made to deliver by 4 PM on the 13th, but guess what, I get a call at 6 PM that the car will be delivered Monday the 16th as they have no more valet! Again no communication. I do not know why commit to service if you do not have resources? Why no keep me informed? Why take me for granted and seriously inconvenience me, with no regards at all. I do not know why I was treated like this, but I have my reasoning. For now I am still waiting for my car!

I bought my first poersche Cayenne from oakville porsche almost 2 yrs ago.its beautiful car and it.i love its smooth ride.oakville prsche is a good place to buy your porsche.management is great and people working in the service department are excellent.but i have one issue i want to address.salesman AJIT KAPILA is the worst salesman i have ever dealt with in my last 40 years.i have bought probably 8 to 9 cars in last four dacades and i had pretty good experince with sales people.i orderd my car in jan 2019 and it was suppose to arrive in june 2019.in may of 2019 i called salesman mr KAPILA to ask him about update on my porsche and there was voicemail and i left a message, then i called his cellphone and again he did not answer.and then he sent me one line email saying my car should arrive in early june and sandy from sales department will call me.i picked up my car on first week of june 2019.ansd since that day untill today my salesman Ajit Kapila never contacted me regarding how do i like my car or if i have questions or concerns.i was hoping that when you spend over $100,000 on a car you expect atleast a call from your salesman a gesture or appreciation that you gave them business.its very unproffessional.in my opininon this guy shouldnt be selling porsche with that kind of attitude.

I accompanied my wife Deb who was looking for a new vehicle to this dealership to test drive a Porsche Macan on July 19,2021. Sales representative Steven Noh was late 25 minutes for the test drive appointment. Steven saw my wife and I waiting and did not acknowledge us or even apologize for being so late. My wife and I have owned both Mercedes vehicles and BMW vehicles for the past 25 years. As a direct result of this very poor service my wife and I did not proceed further and we would not recommend this dealership to any of our friends or family.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Oakville dealership today as I needed to order an extra key for my Cayanne.
Extremely friendly staff across the board from the moment I stepped in.
One individual that I'd like to appreciate and thank is Kadeen Moore.
Kadeen took the experience to the next level that is beyond a description however I'll try.

I made my first Porsche purchase from this location and I want to share with everyone that this was my favourite experience at any dealership. From the front desk to sales rep Anthony, the customer service was amazing. They took care of everything I asked for. Delivered the vehicle on time on such short notice. I would highly recommend this location for all Porsche buyers.

I have had my Panamera from this dealership for the passed 2.5 years. I bought all the protections they offer. Poor judgement obviously. Every single time I have any sort of interaction with this dealership it is total frustration. They are very disorganized and do not complete the job properly. Go to other dealerships if you want proper service!

I got a 2020 Macan S in March 2020. The sales experience was phenomenal. However, in December 2020 I left the car for service and they returned the car without fixing anything. After recording a video, they finally ordered the replacement parts and I had to send the car in for service again. During all this, the key was damaged at the end of service. I was told (by Peter Vallaire) that they will be ordering a replacement key and the warranty will cover it. I’ve been following up on this since January 2021. They always promise they will call back but never do. Till date (over six months after damage) I do not have a resolution. Such substandard service experience is the last thing one would expect from Porsche.

Good Morning All, Yesterday I picked up my first Porsche from Oakville Porsche Centre. I had exceptional customer service from the dealership right through out. Anthony O.was unbelievably patient with me. I had lots of questions.because it was my first Porsche.he made me feel at ease right through out the process. I want to recommend the dealership and Anthony O.if you are buying a pre-owned Porsche (Anthony is a pre-Owned Sales Exec.). I will never hesitate to go back there again.

Review on my call to them: Spoke with Yara who was amazingly helpful re info on leasing a vehicle. I had called another dealer who didn't pick up. She did and was amazing!

Service team was very helpful, respectful and courteous.
My car had some issues while heading to an appointment, they provided a loaner last second (literally saved my figuratively life).
Warranty repair only took a week, which is excellent.
Also very cute selection of cars in showroom!

Update to this review: the SA reached out twice this week and confirmed that Porsche will proceed with the warranty. I'm happy with the outcome, but leaving 1 star off because the process took 5 months.

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo from out of province. When I detailed the car, I noticed rust between the rear hatch. Since Porsche has a rust warranty, I decided to take the vehicle to this dealership. It's been 5 months and I still don't have a clear answer about the resolution. During this time, I had to take the car in 4 different times for various inspections. The service advisor is nice enough, but he never proactively has any update until I reach out and ask for one. The issues that bothered me are:

- The first time I made an appointment to drop the car off, the appointment did not even show up in the dealer's system
- The dealership asked for an inspection fee for a simple rust warranty, when the body shop they subcontract does not ask for any fees
- The service advisor not so subtly hinted that I MUST take this car in for service to quality for any Porsche warranty to apply. Mind you, one of the reasons why I purchased this car was because it was fully serviced at a Porsche dealership in Quebec. When there is a life time of dealership service, ask additional service (the car doesn't need it) in order to qualify for factory warranty seems like the dealership is asking for quid pro quo. I wonder if this is even legal in the case of factory warranties
- After the 3rd visit, the dealership asked me to make another appointment, drop the car off because the pictures they took was blurry. You figured after 3 inspections, they would build enough material for a simple warranty claim

This is by far the worst experience working with a dealership so far. When the car does need service, I don't think my first choice will be Oakville Porsche.

I got my 2012 Audi A8 from Mitzi. From the greeting she was very professional and helpful. She knows her stuff very well and made buying experience surpass all expectation. The transaction went without any issues, as you would expect from Porsche Dealer.

My car had a problem shortly after delivery with the sunroof and when I contact Mitzi she check with service department and asked them to arrange service appointment right away.

The Service coordinator called me to arrange appointment time and asked if I need loaner car while my car will be at service. The Service department was ready for my arrival and I was looked after right away without waiting. My service coordinator Peter explained to me what work will be done on my car and got my loaner car for me. He called me several times during the day and gave me update with status of my car. At the end my car got clean outside and disinfect inside.

I have a Porsche Cayenne, my transfer case was giving me problems so I went online and booked an appointment, still under warranty I took it there and the experience was flawless, I have owned many cars over the years and dealt with many dealers with warranty issues but I got to give it to Porsche Oakville for the best service and best experience I have ever had with dealing with any dealer. Alan was my service advisor and he was amazing, the whole thing took 1 day only and it was so smooth and fast the car went in, they explained everything in detail and got me a Uber back home, the next day called me up the car was ready, sanitized and cleaned, and ordered me a Uber to pick me up and walked in and walked out within minutes with my vehicle ready and fixed. Flawless and amazing thank you Porsche Oakville and thank you Alan

As a 23 year old shopping around for a nice vehicle without a cosigner and usually showing up to high-end dealerships by myself, I don't usually get the best service. Not the case with Oakville porsche, specifically mike. Great customer experience even though we couldn't close on the car, honestly I've never been treated that way when considering a 50k vehicle at a dealership.would 10/10 show up here to buy my future GT3 or 911 turbo lol

Extremely disappointed. Called into to get a quote for detailing. Hebbridie Sonnenberg not only didn't want to provide a quote over the phone, she instructs that she'll send an email to collect data so I can be placed into the system and then they will quote me. I get the email and she is asking for vehicle registration picture and driver's license picture.

For a detailing quote? I cannot understand why I need to send this information for a quote? It shouldn't be this difficult to get a quote from Porsche Centre Oakville. I responded by notifying her that I am not comfortable sending this information and will proceed in an alternative direction. Her response - no problem.

Pretty much indicating we don't really care for the business. Look if you are not yearning for customer business, that fine. I also do not need to work with inattentive, non customer centric people. I'll be sure to notify of this absurd process to the greater Porsche community. Some may care to listen, some may not.at the end of the day, this level of lack of customer focus needs to be told to prospective buyers.

They consistently offer TERRIBLE customer service from their service department. They say they will look into the issue you present to them and they never call back. Repairs were said to be completed when they weren't. Booked an appointment weeks in advance only be to told after a 2 hour wait at the dealership that they can't complete the repair because they didn't order the right part. These guys are AMATEURS with no leadership in the service department. Go to Pfaff or ANY other Porsche dealer in the GTA. Anyone but these guys.

Fantastic first class experience.

Having never met Nelson the Sales Manager in person, and then agreeing to ship my vehicle across Canada, to then have another vehicle that was purchased site unseen shipped back took trust on both sides.

Trust isn’t always the first thing that comes to mind when purchasing a used vehicle. It is now with Oakville Porsche.

In building my trust, first Oakville Porsche was highly recommended from my local dealer.

Then in negotiations they were professional and fair in both my trade in value, along with the value of the new vehicle I wanted.

Paid deposit end of dec 2019 and in jan 2020 decided to get a different car. I was dealing with Matt. It has been 2 months that he totally ignores my calls my text. Still waiting for refund of my deposit.
Really really bad customer service

We bought our first Porsche here in Oakville, we spoke to most of the dealers in the GTA and had the best experience at Oakville by far! It was a very professional, knowledgable and smooth experience. John and Patricia answered all our questions and were both very flexible with all our requests. The Delivery experience was excellent, Yara our Porsche pro was very knowledgable! We will be back in the future without hesitation!

I brought my 2 month old e-hybrid in with no appointment after the check engine light came on and they took my car in immediately and provided me a ride to my office all within 15 minutes of my arrival. Disappointing when your new car doesn't function as it should but pleasing to be served promptly and efficiently, as one should be, for a premium brand.
