Very good here. The doctors are very knowledgeable They explain the situation and options to you in a professional manner. You are not rushed out with a Prescription. They are thorough in testing or referrals and will help you overcome any issues you're facing. Definitely recommend.

Don’t come unless you have 3 hours. I’ve been waiting 1.5 hours in which they served 1 person. I’m finally in the hall in line to be seen next and the physicians assistant is on the phone speaking in another language for over 20 minutes now and who knows how long I’ll be here. Something doesn’t seem right here. There is no secretary I had to find out how things work from the guy beside me. I’ll post the outcome I’m still waiting cause I’m so sick and I’m hoping for help.

I went in with my 3 year old daughter and met with a gentleman who was incredible thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely the best walk in experience I’ve ever had.
People in the other reviews made comments about long waits (though I did not experience this) that’s due to the diligence of the staff. 10/10 recommend.

Have been at this location for about 30 min and not a single person has shown up to do anything absolutely the worst clinic in st. Catharine’s avoid at all means!

Went in after trying two other clinics and didn't get service. Walked in with nobody waiting and immediately got seen. Got checked out and was directed by the (remotely connecting via webcam) doctor who directed me to the hospital. Service was prompt, clean and safe. This will become my go to clinic moving forward.

Worst pharmacy ever, very rude and unprofessional! Will never go there again.they don’t care and will not take their time explaining the medication. The pharmacist brushed me off so quickly!

Short wait and attentive friendly doctors. Office very clean. The doctor was actively disinfecting surfaces and hands. I felt very safe. The doctor and staff really cared about keeping the environment covid free.

I've been going to the pharmacy/walkin Clinic for about 3 years now. They have been more than helpful. You have to speak to a doctor through tv broadcast and I've never felt rushed when I visit. Pharmacy is always great, sorry I only remember Peter's name but anyone there always helps you.

the team at the walk-in clinic are well informed and so helpful. Needless to talk about the wait time, The longest is 10-15 mins unlike other clinics that take longtime to see the Dr.
Pharmacy stuff are so welcoming, tell you everything about your medications and work for your best.

Honestly the BEST pharmacist and pharmacy in town. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Accepts all different types of private insurance, as well as the Ontario Drug Plan. Also has a convenient walk-in clinic located inside giving access to a doctor via video conferencing. How cool is that? ! Thanks Guys/Gals!

Super helpful. Made sure we’d have everything we needed for special treatment before my daughters last radiation. Including syringes and sterile solution. The treatment before we went to Costco and the handed us a $2000 bottle of powder and said “thank you goodbye. ” Personal treatment should never be out of style.

Extremely helpful pharmacists, low prescription refill prices and quick service. Nice waiting area.

Worth dispensing your prescription at. Accessible parking, reasonable prices and MUCH LESS wait time than its competitor.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly, and you are made to feel you are the most important person in the room.
