Very shady business practices, put down a deposit of $20,000 and now unable to get a call back from anyone at the Marina and had to file a consumer complaint/contact a lawyer. Be very careful with any business dealings or better yet avoid at all costs to save yourself the trouble.

I use Port Sandfield often and I am so impressed by their customer service and despite how busy they are they will always help you out. 10/10 very fair rates as well.

My wife and I bought our second Tige wakeboard boat and our first from Port Sandfield Marina. Great experience with them. They did all they said they would do and more while we felt safe during todays environment. Dealt with Kyle who was exceptional, honest and straight up - the owner went through our boat before the water test and again after boat was loaded on trailer and ready to take home. If you haven't dealt here you should. They set a new standard for us. Thanks guys - Keep up the great work!

My wife and I are new to boating and purchased our beauty (pictured) from the Marina. It's not a new boat by any means but new to us. We're very excited and since we bought it late Fall haven't even used it yet! It's all winterized and tucked-away for the winter. Come Spring the Marina will summerize it and I believe the maintenance I requested will be complete if not so already. I'm the type of person who likes details and perhaps a bit impatient. My only feedback to the operations end of things is I would appreciate receiving paperwork for work orders and status updates. Having said that I appreciate Glenn and Nick for all their support to get us to this point in our journey.

Very poor costumer service and lack of communication skills. Had an appointment to test drive a boat arrived at the Marina only to be told it had been sold. Not informed that anyone else was coming to see the boat. No courtesy on contacting us that the boat was sold. Would not have wasted our time on driving all the way to the Marina. Also when we arrived at the Marina no one helped us find the salesperson we were meeting with, had to walk around the Marina to find them on our own.
Long time cottagers and residence very disappointed in the staff.
Rating: Negative Stars if I could have posted it.

We enjoy stopping here on our boat rides for some espresso, lattes and some ice cream for the kids. Wish they had an ice cream bar as opposed to the basic freezer but won’t assume that’s doable. Great service and people working there

I have been cottaging in Muskoka for a very long time. In that time I have purchased several items from the stores at Port Sandfield Marina. In July of this year I purchased a pair of Sperry flip flops. I have worn Sperry shoes for three decades and find them well made and hardy. 5 weeks later one flip flop broke. I assumed it was a defect. Because we were at the cottage and on our boat when I bought them I no longer had the receipt. I visited the store with the shoes and asked for a replacement. I know that Sperry replaces or credits with no receipt. The store refused to refund or replace the item because I didn’t have a receipt. I contacted Sperry by phone and they sent me a form for refund immediately. The shoes were refunded and I bought a new pair. I will never buy anything from this store again.
