Great food at a convenient location. Fast service and consistent good sandwiches. Each panini/wrap comes with a soup or salad option. Highly recommend the tomato basil soup. Kind of pricey but quality ingredients.

I ordered a veggie panini and tomato soup to take out. The taste was fine but was very very disappointed with the serving. I understand things are expensive and they have increased their pricing already, why cheap out then? The slice of goats cheese in the sandwich is a mockery on cheese, the portion is not even equivalent to a slice of cheese, maybe 2 dots total. If you have increased price then serve as you did before or you should have priced better. This has been my go to spot for a really long time even before the pandemic but am not happy with it anymore. It’s a good lunch option but veggies do not cost as much for them to cheap out in the cheese portion which is an integral part as far as the taste goes on the veggies sandwich. On a positive note, it has maintained hygiene and more or less the taste. The servers are very nice and one thing that has not changed.

The smoked salmon panini is a must try! And the salad with tofu and Smokey paprika dressing is underrated. Always love coming here for a healthy and delicious meal.

I found a maggot in my salad bowl… when my friend and I went back for a refund, I told them I would tell them what I put in my bowl so they could check and prevent it from happening again. She said “all our ingredients are fresh, it must be the salad”.
When my friend asked if it was washed, she said it was “prewashed” and they didn’t indicate any concern or intention to prevent that from happening again…
Really really disgusting, I couldn’t recommend eating there

Great lunch spot for a healthy, hearty and delicious salad, sandwich or wrap. The staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

Roasted tofu was very bland and dry.

Was delighted to found in their website that they serve halal chicken!

Ordered Spicy chicken salad and smoked salmon Panini - loved it!

Ordered there spicy chicken bowl. Over all was delicious but there was very little shredded chicken in it.

Cater some lunch today for the first time from Porta Via, it was it in the office, the sandwiches and salad was very fresh. Thanks to the team for making this an great experience, now know where we will be having our sandwich lunches from.

Their portions have become significantly smaller recently yet the prices have gone up slightly.

Quality and freshness are still great.

Not enough staff maybe…
Tried ordering in advance (pick up) to avoid waiting in line as I had limited time and ended up waiting a total of 40 min (placed online order half hour before arriving + waited another 10 min upon arrival) They don’t appear to have a good system for managing in person, Uber and pick up.

For $20 salad, there are barely any chicken pieces in the spicy chicken salad. They have reduced the quantity of chicken in it from before.

It used to be good. Now they use the cheapest ingredients whenever they can. Corn, cabbage…. Basically filler. I check in sometimes but always disappointed.

UPDATE.
This happened: i went in today to help pick up a corporate order. A Porta Via employee came up to me and said:

“You’re Jose, you left a very bad review…”

Then he started lecturing me. It was the lunch rush so everyone in line saw and heard. I asked him if he thought it’s good to point a stern finger at me and vent and he got even worse!

After that we waited 40 minutes to get the food we ordered. He basically waited for the lunch rush to serve us. Some sort of revenge?

PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO THIS TO ANY CUSTOMER. Wrong is wrong. Obviously I can’t ever come back here.
