Everyone in this organization was extremely helpful and courteous. They probably replied to text messages, emails and voicemails. The delivery person did an excellent job of ensuring that my container was put properly on my driveway on a very neat angle and propped up so that it did not have the same angle as my driveway. I was very impressed.

We had sold our home in mid 2022. The move involved a time where the contents of our home would have to be stored between moves (almost 2 months). Also involved a move to a new community 50+ km away. I found dealing with Portable Storage to be very professional, always available to answer questions and was always on time. They kept in touch regularly to ensure we were always informed, both with the pick up and delivery of our contents. Upon delivery there was a situation where the lock was broken and upon a call to the company regarding the issue, they were prompt to issue an apology and an appropriate compensation was issued to more than cover the cost of the lock. Very happy with my experience with this company and would highly recommend them. The drivers were also very friendly.

I would highly recommend Portable Storage for your moving, storage needs. They are professional and quick with responding to questions and scheduling pickups and drop offs. They also keep you informed and send you reminders as to when drop off and pickup will happen. The delivery driver is very professional and personable, a pleasure to work with and fun to watch him do his job. (Even if he won’t let me try to play with his control unit) if I move again I would definitely use this company again. Thank you

Couldn't have been any better, used this service to move and changed the scheduling several times and was not a problem at all even last minute. They are very accomdating, answer the phone every time, had contact with driver when they were coming and the driver was amazing, very accomdating and made the move so much easier. Highly recommended! They are professional, very responsive to calls or needs. They're equipment to handle the container and keeping it level while loading/unloading is the best I've seen!

Jake Neufeld was very prompt and helpful in providing a detailed quote for a few different scenarios in regards to renting vs.buying and delivery options.
When the time came to making my order, he dispatched the delivery right away and we had a 20' container in the correct place and orientation within 90 mins.
The delivery was efficient and without incident. The driver even gave me a courtesy call to be sure I was ready, even though I missed it.

Great customer service! They made my pods accessible when needed. Pods were delivered when and where requested. Every employee is friendly and happy to help. Jake was exceptional to deal with. Highly recommended!

I needed to empty my garage for some work to be done and this container worked out perfectly. It was clean, delivered when requested and when I called Jake to see if it could be picked up a few days early, he had someone out within 2 hours to get it out of my driveway. I'll definitely use these guys again if the need arises.

Had my container for just over a year. My wife and I both called them to say we were returning the bin and were giving them two weeks notice so they would not charge another month. They still charged us for the next month. Now, a month later they charged me again. Get some organization over there people!

We used Portable Storage when we were between houses and they were wonderful to work with! They were very punctual with delivery and pickup and the entire process was very smooth. The prices are reasonable! Overall would 10/10 recommend!

Amazing service and incredibly handy.
I was skeptical about not having anything tip over, but I was amazed, everything in my can stayed exactly where it was when I closed it up. They keep everything level during the entire process.

This company provided stellar service. Everyone from the people answering the phone who were very patient and flexible, to the invoicing department that were prompt to send you a recipt the same day, and importantly the wonderful gentleman who was prompt, polite and professional each time he came to deliver, move, drop off, or remove the container. My items were well cared for and everything was delivered just as I'd packed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage during a move.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant and timely this service was. The mechanism used for the container delivery is genius and can fit in the tightest of places without collateral damage to grass or property. I have seen other providers do damage because of the bulky delivery equipment. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for a storage container.
