Place is average, people in office are really nice. Lost a cellphone in yard, would of really appreciated it back, instead of employess going through it and making comments some time after. The comments did not make sense at the time, after realized what the comments were about, and did not appreciate them. Luckily for those employees we have laws.

Total rip off. Based on the advertised price we got ripped off more than $100.00.
Better to throw your stuff in the garbage. The 1star is too much

I’ve been scrapping metal especially appliances for almost 20 years. I take all my appliance trade ins that I can’t refurbish to the scrap yard. Lately I’ve been going to Posner due to location. But now i can see my self going there even if I have a few other choices because the process is simple and smooth and the yard guys and office staff have always been very friendly. On hot days they usually offer me a bottle of water and last time I even got some fresh fruit. I’m happy going there

Lacklustre customer service, shady grading when it comes to non-ferrous. You’d think a company who has been in business for as long as they have, would treat their customers with respect and not try to scam the people that feed them. The younger gentleman who works in the metals bay especially, is not only impolite and arrogant but also ill equipped to grade material. I had frequented this yard not long ago until my regular materials (#1 copper and Bare Bright) have been down graded twice, and twice I have reloaded my vehicle and gone to AIM, who I might add are both consistent and friendly, organized and offer proper customer service. I would not recommend Posner as an option even in a pinch to sell your material. Twice I have pulled into Posner 10-15 mins before closing time and they have either locked the gate or as I am sitting on the truck scale have come over the intercom to tell me they are closed. AIM is happy to buy your material at top dollar and without a gripe, in fact they do so with a smile and even in the last moments of the day I have seen them take the time to offer the customer advice on how to properly clean and sort metals so as to make sure the customer makes as much money as they can. I’ve been in the business for 17 years working for the competition and it isn’t hard to see why AIM is has become a powerhouse in the industry. Sorry Posner, I gave you a second chance and you blew it.

First time there. Very friendly staff. The weighing system is great, in that it breaks down the cost by type of metal as you bring it in. I came in with a few other customers at the same time who are longtime customers. All said the same thing. "These guys are the best. " My thoughts too. Thanks for making my first visit a pleasant one. Will be back again.

This was my first time using this scrap yard, the staff was very friendly and they were helpful with directing me on where to unload my scrap. They have awesome pricing on scrap metal. Also there yard was very clean. Didn't have to worry about getting a flat tire.

Great place easy to get around and honestly they pay well. They had complimentary smile cookies.

The staff here are solid they were closing the gates as we pulled up but they still open the gates and took our scrap

If you are a truck driver, first drive onto the scales, be careful there is a barrier right in front of the scales. Then back up and turn to the right and back up to the docks, which will be on your left.friendly stuff.easy.fast loading.thank you.

The lady there in the office helped me out a lot also made me leave with a big smile on my face thanks for all your hard work and also thank you for the Hat it was a cold day when i stopped by thank you very much

Was referred as go to place to sell my stainless steel and aluminum panels from my Miele DW, but site did no show any carts or mention help with unloading, so i made a scrap collectors day and left it at end of my Driveway. Gone in 10 mins.

First time bringing my scrap metal here and the staff was awesome, i had no idea what i was doing and they were very nice to me, i was having transmission issues and had no reverse in my truck and they helped accommodate me. I'm bringing all my future scrap metal and batteries here.
