I was so excited to find a Canadian company for a photo book, but was so disappointed with my experience. Got an email about a week after my order saying it was then processing, and then just never heard back. Had to reach out to ask to change the shipping address because I was no longer at the original address (3+ weeks after ordering) and later that day I coincidentally get a shipping notification, to the previous address. Then, an email saying they can’t change the address since it’s shipped. It showed up a couple days later, with a stain on the linen cover. So disappointed with this experience

Editing to add: Said "customer service attempt" never occurred. Since receiving my order, I have received no emails other than promotions, which I will obviously not be using.

2 day delivery, 5 days ago. Will order pick up from staples in the future. No calls back. Doesn't matter if your average is X, don't make a statement you can't keep up with or change your website

I neglected to enter a promo code when I placed my order. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply that they would take care of it on the back end. By this time, the promo code would have expired but they honored it which I very much appreciated. It was seamless and efficient. Thank you for the great customer service!

Phenomenal quality, and excellent and accommodating customer service! Most recently I ordered a lay-flat photo book and the pages are very thick and feel extremely high quality, and the cover will certainly stand the test of time. I contacted support worrying my shipment wouldn't make it in time, and they were able to rush the order and have it delivered in time before my family flies home. I can't thank you enough for making that happen for us.

I'm actually looking through my past library trying to find excuses to print more things. Photography is an art and so is printmaking, and Posterjack are artists.

Edit: I ordered some photo prints on the high-quality Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper and I'm blown away. I've never seen this kind of paper before - it's soft (made of cotton) and the colour saturation and quality look incredible. I've had plenty of glossy/lustre photos printed before but nothing comes close to this. Posterjack's pricing on these prints is great, and they were shipped in a sealed plastic cover and envelope for protection. 11/10.

Ordered a few art prints and they were noted as "shipped" 3 days later. It's now been three weeks and no delivery. Tracking app says my order was never picked up from the company, so I contacted their customer support (chat only, no phone number!) who told me the order was lost, not sent, not processed, they are reprinting. I asked how long that will take, next email says the order is on the way, their tracking app is glitching, someone else got their order so I need to wait.
I live in Edmonton, this is apparently coming from Ontario via pack mule? I asked for a refund due to this headache and my lost or maybe not printed items, now they aren't replying. Will be requesting credit card company obtain the funds for services not rendered.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I've ordered several canvas prints and acrylic prints from Posterjack, both framed and unframed. I'm very impressed with their printing quality, and even more so with their customer service. They are quick to respond and address any issues whatsoever, in a very professional manner. I will definitely continue to order products from this great company.

I have been a very happy Posterjack for many years ordering many (over 25) large acrylic prints which I have always loved. The quality and service has always been excellent. Recently I received an order of 3 large acrylic prints, and for the first time ever, one of them came with some scratches on it. They are always very well packaged, so this was very unusual. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and upon seeing photos of the damage, offered to reprint the piece. As I said, I have always been a fan of the quality of the Posterjack products, and now that I have dealt with their excellent customer service, I am even more of a fan!

It's not often that a company genuinely earns a 5-star review, but PosterJack as far surpassed my expectations as a customer. I contacted Poster Jack asking how I could repair a float mount I had bought from them *six years* earlier which had started to slide off its backing.

Much to my surprise they said this should not happen and sent me a new one free of charge, and they were great to coordinate with. This is a company that stands behind their product, takes care of their customers, and deserves your business. Cannot recommend them enough.

I've used Posterjack for my prints at home and for my fine art prints for customers. They're always look great, nail the colours and deliver on time. Unreal to have such great service.

I was somewhat disappointed with my acrylic print but Poster Jack reached out to me and made it right. They let me edit my print and they reprinted it for me to my liking. All in very quick order. They certainly stand by their work. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Love that it is Canadian as well.

My first experience making a photobook with Posterjack was very positive and I'll do more. Lots of companies can produce good quality photos and bindings, but Posterjack also has one of the most user-friendly design interfaces that I've used, and I've tried Shutterfly, Blurb, Photobook Canada, My Publisher, and others. And their service was exceptional, with quick delivery to meet my schedule.

After trying a few printing companies, I use Posterjack for all my art prints. Their quality of art print paper is top notch - it’s so thick and velvety. The colour is always spot on from what I see on the screen. They also have amazing customer service. If something goes wrong from shipping or printing, they are very responsive and with the right evidence they are quick to resolve the issue. I’ve been dealing with them for almost two years and have come to expect a certain quality from them that is unmatched. Also love the ongoing promos throughout the year - this really helps out! Highly recommend Posterjack.

Terrible customer service, and terrible print quality. I got fine art prints done using high resolution DSLR photos, and they came out looking like zoomed in cell phone photos. Lost a lot of the image sharpness, and the colors are way off. Won't be using posterjack again

We ordered 2 large metal prints a few years back and they are fabulous so we were happy to return to buy 2 prints on metal of painting scan. When the results werent exactly what we were expecting, we were pleasantly surprised to recieve a quick reply to our concerns and a speedy solution. Posterjack is a good company to deal with.

I don't see another way to share my positive feedback, so I hope my email gets to the right department. Simply put, I was overly impressed with the detail and care that was obviously applied to packaging the 12 precious wooden prints I ordered. Such a good job was done packing each pair of prints, that the larger package could have fallen off the delivery truck and not a single piece would have been scratched or dented. I have received pieces from all over the world, but I have never seen such a well-packaged delivery.

BEWARE! I placed an order on November 25th for a canvas print. This was a Christmas present for my mom and I figured ordering a month in advance would be fine. I was WRONG! The order shipped on December 8th from Ontario. I didn't notice any movement in the tracking information so I emailed customer service. It took them awhile to respond but when they did they told me my order was misrouted and they were going to have it redirected and shipped to me. It is now December 22nd and the tracking information updated to say estimated arrival to be December 26th which is after Christmas. I am pretty sure on their website it said the cut off date for delivery by Christmas was December 13th. I ordered November 25th and apparently will not receive my order by Christmas.
I do not recommend this company at all. I cannot speak to the quality of the work because I did not receive anything. The shipping is HORRIBLE, they use a company called metroland which I have never heard of but clearly they are terrible. The customer service is lackluster and takes awhile to respond and appears to make excuses instead of being understanding. This is the ONLY company I have had issues with ordering online and I will never use them again. A month is ridiculous and who knows if I will ever see my order at this point.

We ordered a very large acrylic print about 5 years ago, it started sliding off the metal back. Posterjack reprinted it without hesitation. That is amazing!

I just wanted to send a quick message to thank Posterjack for the beautiful work they do. I ordered two wooden prints through their website for the first time. The whole process was very simple to follow.
I just received the parcel last night and they have exceeded my expectations. The photos are of my mom, who I recently lost. The prints are a Christmas gift for my dad who hinted that he wanted wooden prints of his favourite pictures of her. I can't get over how amazing they look and I wanted to let them know how thankful I am. I'm certain my dad will love them.

I find that companies don't always get the recognition they deserve for their hard work so I wanted to take a few minutes to write this message.

I ordered 23 framed prints (12 x 12 inches Satin Photo Paper with Essential Frame // Black), almost 20 of them have frame damage or kind of screws mark on frames (like the holes that will need to be drilled to accommodate the screws). So, As a person who paid around $3K, I’m not satisfied with the service delivered. Canvas prints are fine.

Posterjack Customer Service: Damage is within the frame itself, before shipping. Basically, the frame's wood or material was damaged in various ways and they used it for my print instead of throwing them out and using the good one. They used their material for my print because they didn't want to waste it.

Better reach the partner who provided the frame's material and the person who farmed my prints not shipping partners. Just consider that almost all of the them have issue with frame, are you going to replace all!?

Requesting compensation for damage. I look forward to hearing from you.

I literally have no words. The delivery was a little longer than expected but when I reached out the team mentioned an error on the canvas so they had to reprint it, which is fair because if I had gotta a bad print. I would not be happy and so would my client.

ANYWAYS! The canvas came, I opened the box and my heart stopped…it was beautifully wrapped. The colours were true! And I just can’t stop looking at it.

I can’t wait to deliver the piece.

Poster Jack was the only printer that was able to provide the finish and image size we wanted. The order was placed on the 15th of the month, we received the print on the 21st, framed it and put it in place. We are really pleased with the product and the help we receeived.

I have bought approximately 20 pieces from them over the years, and their production quality is outstanding. However, what really stands out is their customer service when problems come up. One piece had a manufacturing flaw come up, and when I contacted them about options for repair, they offered to simply replace it for free! The whole process was kind, understanding, and very easy. Buy from this company, and you will not be disappointed.

Was looking for someone local. Ordered their peel and stick photos twice. Really good quality prints. I also really enjoyed the online experience, although I do wish that I could have been able to upload multiple image files at the same time. Thank you Posterjack! Great quality - lowest-price paper option (satin matte) is suitable for framing. Received my item overnight (shipped within Ontario) with the standard shipping option. Five stars, 100%.

I love their acrylic prints! I have purchased several over the years for my photography. I had an issue come up with one I purchased in 2017 recently. Posterjack looked at the issue and replaced the print within a week and a half. Paulo in customer service was a delight to work with and very efficient. As a small business owner myself, I can not express enough how refreshing it is to find the level of service and quality of products in the same company.

Thank you posterjack for your amazing work! I made a hardcover photo book for my boyfriend and my anniversary online and it came out perfectly! Everything online was super easy to use and editing was simple (one thing I would recommend posterjack to change is the ability to add more or less pages, as I had to make the same book twice because I ran out of pages and had to copy paste everything again).

The pictures were clear, there was no printing error, and everything was in the right order. Not only that but it only took around three days for posterjack to print and ship the book which was completely surprising to me as I thought it would have taken much longer!

I could not be happier with my purchase and was even able to use a discount as I had been working on the photo book for around six months and got an email regarding Valentine’s Day offers.

The photo book was well made I called my boyfriends mother to show her first out of excitement and she almost cried at how nice it turned out.

I stumbled on this site looking for a place to print a Panoramic picture.honestly dont even bother googling for alternatives the quality of the print i got is mind blowing, i ordered a rather large Panoramic print on HD Metal.it looked nice on the computer screen but you never know how it will look once printed, took a chance, even know it was expensive, it is well worth the price! RESULTS WERE AWESOME and its a Canadian Company too! Keep up the quality work! I will be ordering again and again!

For Father's Day, the kids and I ordered an HD Metal print of one of my husband's favourite photos. We received it today and were totally amazed. It’s gorgeous, better than we ever imagined. So clear that it actually looks lifelike. We’ve already started looking for a second photo to create a landscape print for our living room wall.

We ordered our first PosterJack prints ever and our first ever experience of prints on Fine Art paper. When we first received our prints we were disappointed. It is important to note that we were disappointed likely through our own actions.mistakenly clicking a button during an order and not truly understanding what a Fine Art print is meant to look like. Regardless we contacted PosterJack right away transparently with our concerns and we received very timely responses. Paulo worked with us to find a solution so that we were satisfied. PosterJack didn't just offer to reprint, bur rather explained what may have gone wrong, how to fix it and allowed us to re-modify our order to the point that we could be satisfied. Our reprints arrived today and they exceeded my expectations.they were everything I was hoping for initially and more! Despite the hiccup, the level of customer satisfaction was outstanding, and for that reason alone I would reorder.but if every order turns out like my reprints that is an added bonus!

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews of Posterjack. I've ordered quite a few prints, canvas, and framed photos from them over the years and they have all been of excellent quality, extremely fast to ship (often same day!) and customer service has been top notch. Online ordering system is easy to use and user friendly. Highly recommended!

I ordered 3 - 12x18 canvas prints in floating frames. The prints are even more beautiful than I had hoped. Excellent quality!
I had to contact customer service - they were very responsive and even followed up to with additional information after resolving the issue.

I ordered some canvas prints of my children. I was initially disappointed with the quality. Even though it was largely due to the quality of image I sent, Clarence guided me through the process of resubmitting higher quality images that were printed and shipped within a couple days. Very happy with quality of the product overall. Website is easy to use, shipping is fast, and the product is packaged very securely.

Is this Posterjack a fraud Company? I paid for an acrylic block and after 1 week when I enquired about it, they said once it's shipped I will be notified, within couple of days I got notification with a FAKE TRACKING number,
Now 15 days over, never heard back from them. I think I need to go to Police now, what the heck is going on?

Very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend them. I had three prints done. One was wood the other photo prints, they all came out great, the images look the same as my prints look on my phone and computer. I give them 5/5.

Ordered 2 12x12" metal art prints (digital art prints purchased from Etsy). The metal prints are very sleek and modern, and the option I chose is a matte print so there's no glare.

To my surprise, the products I received were 11.75x11.75". Not the biggest deal, but not exactly what I ordered. The other issue with the sizing is that it cut off the edges of my pictures. Again, not the biggest deal, but not exactly what I ordered.

All in all, the prints did still turn out very nice, and the price was reasonable (there's always discount codes) so I'm only docking 1 star for the surprises. I would still order from them again and recommend them to others who are looking for an economical/customizable way to add art to their homes.

I recently got a 20x30 acrylic B&W print done at Posterjack. I've wanted to do an acrylic print for ages but I'm super picky about print quality and was worried about spending a lot of money at a company like Posterjack. That said, I wasn't willing to pay Whitewall prices and when I saw Posterjack had a 15% sale I thought I would give them a shot.

The print showed up with decent packaging and the quality of the print was great! I was pleasantly surprised. I plan on getting a second print done but this one will be colour. I'm curious to see if they get the colours right, if they do then they are a no brainer for acrylic prints.

Just a quick update, since I posted this review I got Posterjack to do (3) 24x36" colour acrylic prints and they are fantastic. A lot of printers can get a big, sharp image with nice tones but the real test is in the colour accuracy. I selected 'no adjustment' and they printed my files as-is and not only do they look great, but the colour matches what I see in my calibrated workspace. I was concerned that Posterjack does not provide colour profiles but at least for these 3 prints the colours are bang on.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I've never seen better canvas prints - and I've ordered from lots of different places. Posterjack's website, products, quality, service, delivery AND price are unbeatable. They are the only place I'll be using in the future - thank you so much for my piece, looks amazing!

We have ordered from Posterjack a few times. Every time the quality and workmanship has been outstanding. We did receive one framed print on our last order with a small in perfection. I contacted Posterjack and they quickly replaced it. Their customer service is excellent. I've had a range of photos printed by Posterjack over the years. They have an easy to navigate website; many options to choose from; good communication; reasonable prices and they do quality work. They just printed a glossy 11X14 for me and it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I appreciate that they are there for us and will use them in the future.

I'm a marketer and a part-time photographer who mostly works in digital. I rarely get the opportunity to print anything on a grand scale. I recently decided to print quite a large image split into 3 - 2' by 3' panels on high definition metal. The first thing that impressed me was the ability to load a large hi-resolution image, without having to compress the heck out of it. Then the package arrived on-time, wrapped really well. The colour accuracy was excellent and the resolution of the print was impressive. I'm now looking for other reasons to print something here. I'll definately shop here again. Very nice work, thank you.

Posterjack works efficiently but also imposes some limits on image files. Uploads cannot exceed 100MB. Resolution cannot exceed 100 megapixels. The upload limit is documented but the resolution limit is not advertised. Otherwise they are quite responsive.

Great service overall!

The website was well designed and makes for easy upload and modification of your image (to your specifics). Delivery was faster than intended (esp shipping from east to west coast) and my poster was meticulously and thoroughly packaged for transit. Image quality of poster is very high as well and couldn't be happier with it!

I recently ordered two canvas prints of a photo taken while on vacation in Hawaii. One for myself and another for my family. I received an email from Posterjack advising that the quality of the image was not suitable for my request and asking if I had a higher quality image to send to them. Unfortunately I did not. They cancelled my order and requested a refund. I am so impressed that they took the extra time to contact me rather than going ahead and printing with a less than good result. I ordered 6 small canvases for my son's playroom from Posterjack. The online process was easy and I received the canvases quickly! One of the canvases had the image slightly skewed to the right and was going over the edge. I sent an email to Posterjack and they responded to me right away saying that they will do a reprint. It was ready the following day. I will definitely be ordering from Posterjack again and really appreciate the great customer service. I also loved that they are located in Etobicoke and I can pick up my orders!

I sent a good quality picture made with Leica Q2,47mpx. The result on screen was excellent but nothing compared with the result on HD Metal Print from Poster Jack. The photograph is clear, the metal brings out the clouds are the elements of structure are particularly defined. It's an excellent choice of printing. Bravo! Poster Jack for your excellent service and the professionalism demonstrated in your work.
