I was there today for sore throat. I have seen by dr. Barnouti (I hope I wrote it right). She took a swab test from my tummy not from my throat. What a terrible experince I have had. She doesn’t explain anything at all.
Overall everyone was very nice but dr. Barnouti need time to spend for her own. She was unprofessional in my eyes.
I just seen by another doctor. As soon as he saw my throat, he told me that I have streapthroat. How come other doctor can see and diagnose and dr. Barnouti made a test and she can’t see anything. As I mentioned before she was not proseional. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone dr. Barnouti

I used them as a walk in clinic a couple times and I won't be using them anymore. The customer service is horrible. The lady at the front desk gives you attitude right off the rip. Extremely disappointed from government facility.

Love this place, although it’s a long wait especially if u have kids, make sure to bring some toys with you and few snacks some coloring sheets

Dr Maya Barnouti is the best doctor
Very professional, knowledgeable, smart and knows what she’s talking about.
She spends quality time with the patients and explains your situation in details
My kids love her

Professional and safe clinic. Dr Barnouti is the best, smart professional and knowledgeable. Very impressed by their service and the friendly staff. Well done!

Dr. Hasan Al-Obaidi is a true professional and exceptional doctor. I had an appointment last week but he had to go to Emergency. Later that day he called and apologized for missing the appointmen. Keep up the great work and glad I found him as my family doctor. Kudos to all the staff at the Postmaster clinic for running the place efficiently and supporting the doctors. Thank you!

Dr. Adeleke is our family doctor, and we love her. She’s understanding, kind and listens to concerns. Her information on introducing solids/allergens to babies is a little outdated, but otherwise, she’s been amazing. HOWEVER, beware if you walk-in and get Dr. Massoud. This man is abrupt, aggressive and dismissive if you are a woman. He also suggested and pushed that I should give my 11.5 month old juice. In what century is he living? Juice is full of sugar and absolutely not recommended for babies or toddlers anymore. I am concerned with how up-to-date his knowledge and advice are, and his bedside manner could use work.

My father had a pleasant experience recently with dr. Hassan obaid, as a walk in app. I wanted to try it myself. I went in today, was feeling very dizzy and sick with a sinus infection. First the receptionist talk every min, one is so loud and keeps talking, no one wants to know about your favorite food, you come to work not to talk so loudly. Receptionist needs to have courtesy and create a calm environment, gave me a migraine. Walk in doctor rushed me, clearly said “I’ll see her quickly” as she had more important things to do, did not even care how I feel or what I need. I never thought a female doctor would act Iike this. I felt both doctor and receptionist treat their parents like garbage, both started giving me attitude. I had to stand up for myself. Even if I wanted to see another doctor. The receptionist and dr. Shareef have made this an upsetting and unpleasant experience for me. Sadly doctors just give out medications like there candy, do not even care to check if it’s viral or bacterial. I cannot respect or trust those who try to attack me and show me that they have more power. Beware of this place, they do not care about you and I waited 75 mins while there were 3- 4 people ahead of me. Do not believe there 30-40 mins wait speech. The doctor saw me for 2 mins as a formality. Every doctor will write you a doctors note for the days you express you missed work or were sick. And this doctor said “how do I know? I didn’t see you then”, basically calling me a liar. Doctor told the receptionist exactly what to write and receptionist still confirmed with me, you can’t edit it or fix it so why are you confirming?

Accompanied my spouse for a walk in today. We had a very Horrible and traumatic experience. The front desk people are misleading everyone saying that its a 30-45 min (which is understandable) for a walk-in, however that turned into a 3 hour wait with no explanation. Even after my spouse was taken in, there wasn’t anyone to assist and see her for 40 mins. Total chaos. No courtesy or empathy shown by anyone. We would not recommend this clinic to anyone.we would have given a zero star if there was an option.
28 January 2023 11:50
Good doctors. Walkins are sometimes quick whereas at other times it may take several hours of waiting. For those without insurance or from out of country it can be a little more expensive when compared with few other clinics in the area.
28 December 2022 23:36
Staff were really nice and put me on the list as I was being seen on the other side (with a Paedatrician for my child). Once that was done, I got to come back to the adult side and my weight was not very long. With two little babies, this was great news that we all got to be seen without hours and hours of waiting. Since I am breastfeeding made me very content! The children’s side is also just as great!
25 December 2022 17:56
There were so many people waiting at the walk-in and the front desk staff did a great job managing everyone. They suggested I register and come back in about an hour, which I appreciated because I had my two small children with me. When we got back we still had about an hour to wait, but my kids forgot all about their frustrations when Dr Shareef entered. She had a great bedside manner for the little ones and gave them a thorough examination. What I assumed was an ear infection turned out to be strep for my little guy. I’m so glad we were able to be seen. Thank you Postmaster!
20 December 2022 22:20
Nice place, good receptionist, but horrible admission and appointment system! Called in this morning for an apartment and she said, “we don’t give appointment over phone but if you come now, there is no much wait time”. In 30-40 minutes in the office but already more than 30 patients a head of me! Has been sitting in the car for 2 hours, checked in and she said still 10 more ahead of me and I should be able to see Dr in less than an hour! 3 hours with a sick kid sitting in the car, in a beautiful sunny day? Why? I don’t know the answer, but I might have some guesses….

Is it because to ensure your Drs have non-stop flow of patients ready to checkup? Are your management and possibly physicians worry if a patient ghost them? Really? I see lots of families with sick kids on their shoulder walking in the block! You are not only wasting their time, but also making patients sicker and setting incorrect presidencies.

Remember, these sick patients are the physicians who are going to see you in your retirement! You are teaching them that physician time is more important than patients! Please think twice!
11 December 2022 19:18
Been going to this walk in clinic and pharmacy for years. The doctors and pharmacists are good unfortunately, the reception has gotten bad over the last year. They lack customer & patient care, are rude and condescending, with no accountability. It’s clear they are there for a paycheque. At this time, it looks like I may have to change my family doctor as reception won’t answer the phone so that one can book an appointment. Ridiculous!
30 November 2022 17:35
Are we living in the 1900s?
The front desk has ALWAYS given me such a difficult time. I feel that they think they are better than everyone, or atleast that is the vibe I get from each and everyone of them. It took me 6 weeks to just see my family doctor, who does walk-ins every Thursday but they obviously don't see a reason to mention it to you.
I was told to finally come in for a walk-in 30 mins prior to the doctor's start time and I did that, but I was told to go back because we can only get registered at 2. Well perhaps you should have a conversation amongst each other and make sure everyone is on the same page. It cost me a client because of their lack of communication, but what do they care.
Today, I was told that the urgent bloodwork ordered by my doctor cannot be emailed because there's only one person at reception. I understand it's busy. Tell me it'll be done in an hour or 2 maybe? Emailing takes 2 minutes. I was told I will have it by tomorrow. Considering my life depends on this, I think it's short-sightedness on their part. Hire more staff perhaps, I mean you take $50 for a missed appointment, without which you wouldn't let the patient see the doctor. Are we in a third world country?
I feel treated so poorly, for the first time at a doctor's clinic. This is frustrating beyond words. If it happens once or twice, it can be ignored, but if every interaction with the front desk here is like pulling teeth, it has to be some issues with the reception staff. Super disappointed.
11 November 2022 23:51
The pediatrician was very knowledgeable. However, the front support of staff were ignorant and incompetent. Completely ignored anyone waiting for a Rx, as the printer was down.
03 November 2022 14:44
Great walk in clinic Found my doctor there
Great service, friendly and helpfull receptionists Clean rooms Looking for a doctor
Call this clinic accepting new patients
18 October 2022 23:51
The doctors are very considerate and so is the staff at the pharmacy. The staff at the reception is not courteous at all. A simple enquiry can’t be handles well. I am very very disappointed with the behaviour of the receptionist. Extremely rude
27 September 2022 14:16
Horrible service. Front desk blatantly lies about available time slots and will either feign ignorance or actually hang up the call if you inquire more about it. Doctor's don't actually try to fully investigate the issue, they just want to give a quick bandage solution and get you out the door asap.
18 August 2022 23:11
My doctor is very good, but the office staff are generally not very helpful, and don't seem to want to help patients over the phone. For some reason I need to make an in person appointment for every prescription refill. Does not make sense to me, will be heading elsewhere.
12 August 2022 21:13
The receptionist is rude and has no sympathy for the people who were in pain. I will definitely not come to this place again.
07 May 2022 15:19
I had a very positive experience at this clinic last night. The reception staff were lovely, efficient and very accommodating. Dr. Al-Obaidi was thorough, caring and very pleasant. I had not been to a walk in clinic for quite some time - but I would head back there if needed!
25 March 2022 2:22
Dr. Maya Barnouti has been my Doctor for many years, very Professional and is always available whenever I need her. The staff is awesome and very friendly and lets not forget the Pharmacy, always willing to help and friendly.
27 February 2022 9:44
I had a really positive experience with the walk-in clinic today. Chelsea at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and Dr Al-Obaidi was kind, warm, and made me feel listened to and reassured. Thank you for the excellent care.
20 February 2022 3:09
Amazing friendly staff. Detailed caring doctors. This is the first medical clinic where I felt welcome in years. This is the place for you if you have a family to care for. Not one single bad word to say about this clinic. I’m so happy to have found you and made you my family doctor. I look forward to many more years to come…
02 January 2022 10:51
Terrible, you get a phone call instead of seeing a doctor and the time they give you for your phone call is much later than they say.
13 December 2021 2:08
Bad receptionist. We called to confirm if we can see the Dr in walk in. On phone, they said the Dr will see you in person. When we reached the clinic, they said Dr will do phone appt. Unprofessional staff.
20 June 2021 10:56
Dr Adeleke is a wonderful doctor, she's very knowledgeable, considerate and caring. However, one of the receptionists is extremely salty, not approachable at all. I inquired about obtaining a referral for a dermatologist. I asked my doctor to try a clinic that I had in mind. She told me that if it were rejected, that I would be notified. I wasn't and instead the clinic sent it to another clinic without asking me. This receptionist left me a voicemail saying the clinic has been trying to reach me. I phoned the postmaster clinic and they told me that they used their best judgement to send my referral letter to a clinic they frequent (without telling me). I don't answer every call I get if I'm not expecting it when I'm at work because I'm swamped. When I was asking these questions to the receptionist, she was belittling me as if I should have known the protocol. I get the public can be stressful to deal with but I have worked in customer service for a decade and I don't use past frustrations on new calls. Idk who hurt her but I hope she realizes that she's the first person
that people have contact with and she represents the clinic too. Have some grace and try being nice to people.
09 June 2021 16:20
- very rude receptionist customer service;
- being pregnant for 5 weeks I called into the Dr office to confirm with him whether I can proceed with using some skin ointment to make sure it is safe.but the receptionist- which btw is NOT a doctor quickly confirmed that I can continue on using it. Eventually, my Dr.called me back and told me to stop using it. Why would someone who is assigned to answer the phone calls will give any advice regarding medication use? Was very disappointed with how the service was handled.
- due to a misunderstanding from the Dr office side.received harassing phone calls from the receptionist why I combine 2 appointments in one, which btw was initially recommended and preplanned by the DR.itself.it was NOT my fault or idea.

- felt very sick and fatigue after their RUDE yelling phone calls, which are definitely is not a good Cause for your baby when you are pregnant like me.

Me and my family have been using Postmaster Pharmacy for past 10 years. We have always been given an excellent services. I like to name some staff members for their excellent services.
Shawn Gill; Sally Tottinchi; Rosane and Paul Kostelnic.
Above named staff are prompt, courteous, highly professional in providing consultation along with friendly smile.

I always found going to the doctors office such a hassle, but post master medical clinic always has and continues to makes my experience such a delight. My doctor Dr. Silvia is one of the best doctors I’ve had in a long time, she is kind, caring, very well educated, and takes the time to care for her patients, making sure they get the best possible experience and practice. In addition to both the pharmacists that works there, one being Paul ALWAYS going above and beyond for my entire family, from getting our prescriptions on time, recommending alternative options, and putting a smile on our faces with every visit. The pharmacist Sean is also very very informative, he took the time to call me and talk to me about my prescription in detail, as he always does with all our medications. He is highly intelligent and makes sure to check in to see how things are going, making sure we’re all adequately informed.i must say that they are all diligent, hardworking, charismatic, and well rounded individuals:)

Wonderful place! Excellent service, making you feel very welcome. Don't wait for a long time. Doctors are very professional, and exceptional doctors, who take care of patients very much and also solve the issues. Mrs. Chelsea and Mrs. Romana are very nice and friendly too. My mum didn't feel any pain when they gave her injections. We like these staff very much. Thank you.
21 February 2021 14:19
I have never experience such excellent, detailed and a whole body approach care from a family doctor. Dr. Adeleke is someone I look up to and admire for her passion in helping her patients. Her will to be the best doctor and follow her Oath is so strong. I cannot thank her enough for the multiple ways she has helped me, when other doctors would not. Her professional guidance is something I will forever be grateful for. Thank you!

Now her staff.they are FANTASTIC! They remember you, they greet you so nicely, and are always happy to help with booking appointments, telling Dr. Adeleke what I called for, and it's just beautiful.

The Walk-In doctors, WOW! So nice and always smiling. I cannot express the feeling of how I think I know the Walk-In doctors so well because they are so personable with their patients. I am extremely happy with their service and professional guidance.

The gratitude I have for their team is immense and I am never ever changing my family doctor, my clinic or the team that works there. They are fabulous and if you haven't been there, please go! You will not regret it. The best clinic I've been to in my entire lifetime.

Thank you Dr. Adeleke and team! Xx
11 February 2021 10:26
We are relatively new patients of Dr Adeleke and now my parents are, too. We are all extremely happy to be her patients. She listens very carefully and patiently, and asks good questions to get to the bottom of things, with good results. She constantly mentions some study she was just reading on the topic, so she's clearly staying current in her practice of medicine. She is warm, kind, and seeks to reassure her patients every step of the way. The receptionists also need to be recognized. They strive to answer the phone as quickly as possible and when they do, they are polite and never condescending. They follow up on paperwork and ensure that everything is done properly. They care about how you're feeling and it shows. Finally, Sean, who is one of the pharmacists has been absolutely fantastic in terms of taking time to explain things that might work, how they work, and what might work better than in the past. All together, we have had a great experience at Postmaster Medical Clinic.
31 January 2021 9:43
My family physician Dr. Silvia Adeleke is absolutely amazing. She is a five stars Dr.for sure, if not more.

The reason why I give four stars here, it's because of the nurse who is on duty on December 10 around 5pm. She is not only unprofessional but also rude and aggressive! She asked me what's the reason for visit in the hallway while I could hear other people were talking. She tried to collect my medical informations when we were in the exam room without closing the door. After I clearly stated that I don't feel comfortable to tell her because of her attitude and unprofessional behaviors, and wanted to see my doctor. She became aggressively angry and said she just wanted to get her job done. And I am the rude one and she will tell my doctor. The only thing I did at that moment was saying "I don't want to talk to you anymore" But she just couldn't not stop complaining.

My parents and I are all Dr. Adeleke's patients and my husband is going to be one soon. Because we all know that Silvia is knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. So I still recommend Postmaster Clinic as other professionals there such as receptionists and pharmacists are all good.
My only suggestion is be careful with The Nurse, that's what I am going to do in the future, stay away from her or she will ruin your day.
19 January 2021 14:08
A very terrible place for Health I and a Dr. Ali that once worked there I saw as my family doctor he was always either on holidays or away they said this went on for months and Doctors from the Seaton were sending letters for me a procedures that they had me booked well this was back in and Dr. Ali has disappeared the owner or who is in charge of this terrible run Clinic all these letters that where sent to Dr. Ali they never told me about this caused me to miss all these appointments and nobody knows where Doctor Ali is like he vanished and I had to pick all 5 letter dated March & April and I found out in July from Doctor Seaton secretary that they were mailed back in March and I miss out and they are blaming for Postmaster screw up what a mess this place even reception could learn some manners on how to talk to customers Just a total terrible time there never again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
08 January 2021 1:21
I went to the Postmaster Walk-In Clinic with my mother and the doctor was INCREDIBLY rude, unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. Talked in a very condescending (almost sexist) tone, kept using very unprofessional language, making me feel extremely frustrated, especially when talking about a sensitive topic. Possibly was not correctly educated on the topic. Would not recommend for young women to be treated at this clinic, there are many better places in the area to go.
07 January 2021 7:32
I've been going to Dr. Barnouti for years, even from before she was t this location. She is patient, listens and cares about the health of her patients.
Nurse Chelsea and Romana are the friendly face to the clinic. Always welcoming, friendly and helpful.
18 December 2020 22:19
The Doctors here are very knowledgeable and seem to really care about their patients. Sometimes the reception can be a bit slow and might not pick up the phones, however, overall a decent experience.
02 December 2020 7:07
Dr. Adeleke is my family doctor here. She is amazing. I never felt more taken care of by a family doc. She makes sure I'm with the bests specialists and follows up on everything. She gets to know her patients. It's nice coming into an appointment and she remembers you need the right meds that won't contradict with other stuff you have. I really appreciate her kindness. And there are at least two nurses there and the admin, I like them! They know their stuff and work with you. They also have a great pharmacy next door, the Compounding Centre that has made follow-up calls with me at home. Thank God for this great care team.
24 November 2020 15:28
Dr. Adeleke is knowledgeable, caring and professional. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains things thoroughly. All the staff working there are also friendly and helpful.
06 November 2020 11:25
I visited the Postmaster Medical walk-in clinic and was treated by Dr. M. Barnouti. As a first time patient, she immediately made me feel comfortable and heard. She was precise and thorough with a very calm and kind disposition. Going to the doctor is never fun, but Dr. B made the experience a pleasant one!
18 September 2020 7:30
Totally agree with Zainab! Dr. Adeleke is an angle. She listened carefully and gave me what I needed. I'm grateful because this clinic still take new walk-in clients during this pandemic. Thank you for your effort!
11 September 2020 21:32
Worst medical clinic in the area! The staff except for one or two are terrible and rude. I went there because it was convenient, but it's never been a good experience and some of these people clearly need some courses on bedside manner and customer service!
05 September 2020 9:15
Some of the doctors are really good and some of them not. It depends on your chance to visit who.
12 August 2020 17:17
My family doctor is Dr. Adeleke. She is one of the most caring health care professionals I have interacted with. She will never make it seem like she's in a rush and will always answer your questions, no matter how silly you think they are. What I love about her is that she takes my issues seriously and follows up on them. A very highly skilled professional! Also every interaction of mine with the receptionist has also been very pleasant!
13 April 2020 1:39
The best clinic! I have visited several clinics but Postmaster is, by far, the best of them all. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand you, especially Dr. Barnouti! The staff is incredible and make you feel very comfortable. Shoutout to Karmin, Chelsea, and Pam who are so wonderful and friendly!
04 April 2020 15:04
Amazing people work at this clinic. I visited them last week first with my wife and then the following day with my two daughters. Dr. Shareef and her assistant Chelsea were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. They addressed our needs in a very caring manner. Thank you! Dr. Shareef and Chelsea for taking this clinic to a different level. We are so happy to have you found both. Thanks again for all your help.
01 April 2020 9:44
Dr. Barnouti is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, caring and good listener. She always follows up very closely and when we need a specialist, she and her staff work hard to find one. She is very good at guiding teenage kids and her empathy makes them feel comfortable to follow recommendations. Our experience with her all these years has been amazing as we’ve seen she is always ready to go the extra mile. I highly recommend her.
06 March 2020 11:29
Extremely unpleasant experience here: cold doctor, aggressive nurse and more expensive medicine compared to other pharmacies. You are not showing caring, respectful and responsible. Sad for you! Finally I see why your rate is only 3.2 so far. I will never ever go to your clinic again! No trust for all of you guys!
05 March 2020 20:09
I have been a patient of Dr. Barnouti for more than a decade. She's an exceptional physician and I consider myself very fortunate to have her as a doctor. The clinic is clean and well organized, and I have always been treated well there. Thank you to everyone at Postmaster Medical for their assistance through the years!
01 February 2020 15:33
I am so pleased to have Dr. Maya Barnouti as my family physician. She is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and pleasant. Dr. Barnouti takes the time with me as a patient to listen to my concerns and recommend a course of treatment when needed and refer me to a specialist if required. I'm always able to book an appointment within a suitable time. Dr. Barnouti strives to keep her appointments on time and as scheduled, resulting in minimum wait time in the office.
27 January 2020 8:27
Dr. Maya is very sweet and patient, does not rush you out of her office. Pam the receptionist is kind and understanding and helps you when in need.
01 January 2020 10:54
I visited the clinic today and it was very good. Friendly staff and short wait. We always come to this clinic for walk in visits
20 September 2019 20:05
Dr. Shareef is the best. We have great experience at this clinic. Did not wait long to see doctor and Dr. Shareef was extremely kind and professional. Extremely recommended.
17 August 2019 16:14
The worst experience in the Walk in clinic topped by worst doctors. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic. I'm a local resident.
The pediatric clinic is OK though.
27 July 2019 3:28
I’ve had the worst experience with Dr. Nisreen. I came all the way from Toronto to Oakville to get myself checked. As I wanted to get two things checked, she asked me to pick one as she was very busy. I sat there in silence and then told her one of my health concerns. She said if I have been symptoms for months then it’s not an issue. Moreover, she claimed she had them too as a child and it’s not a big deal. She wrote me a blood test and that’s all. Never went deep as to why I was having this health problem for months, never gave me an explanation other than she had it as a child too. When my blood tests came in and it showed anaemia due to substantial blood loss, again, it happened to her as a child and I should take iron supplements. But WHY? WHY AM I LOSING BLOOD? Nothing. She just wants you to have another visit so she can bill OHIP. That’s all. Don’t even get me started on the receptionist. Save your life and time by never going to this clinic.
12 July 2019 7:49
I would NOT recommend this clinic. Very rude Staff Members are working here. The Doctor and staff in this Clinic are not supportive with your medical condition.
It is unfortunate we have Medical clinics as this one in our neighbourhood.
13 May 2019 19:07
My family has been seeing Doctor Giabara for years and I've switched family doctors. This clinic has all the bad reviews about reception and wait times. What troubles me is when I inform the pharmacy that I will be picking up medication for my father and letting them know by phone. I confirm it's ready to be picked up over the phone and then when i arrive there I still have to wait 30 minutes just to pick up meds.

UPDATE: Since posting this review Doctor Giabara made my father go renew his health card before giving him his meds. My father was able to stay in Oakville Trafalagar Memorial Hospital for 3 weeks with an expired health card. Also Doctor Giabara never followed up with a physical that required appointments.
23 April 2019 21:40
My wife Shahnaz Abbasi has always been able to talk to the doctor Maya Bernouti and get her problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. They always treat her with tender loving care. Because they really do care. Thank you very much! Everyone is so friendly and I am very thankful you are in this area to care for us when we need you. Your hours you are available are wonderful. The Doctors, nurses & staff are professional and very thorough.
19 December 2018 4:15
This reception lady is unpleasant when she picked up the call. Plus, when we arrived, her volume was like high F or something. Just to hear her talking was a pain. She was yelling out all your discomforts like it's nothing. I felt strong discomfortable during the talk and it was just overall unprofessional.
