Extremely rude and unprofessional. For a business thats essentially based solely on customer service one would expect the gentleman there to be polite and friendly, not rude and hostile.
I suppose the 2.7 rating should have been an indication for me.

Went in to pick up a heavy pack and was greeted with rudeness and hostility. I kept a positive attitude and thought I would be kind enough to let them know that the email I had recieved told me I could pickup my package until 9pm. IN NO WAY BLAMING THEM AT ALL, JUST ADVISING so they could maybe adjust this.again greeted with much more hostility.
I left caring a 40lb package on my own, out to a vehicle across the parking lot and shaking I was so angry. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've recieved in a very long time.
I will choose somewhere different next time. This absolutely ruined my evening.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. He refused to give me my package since my wife ordered it despite her listing me as the collector and me having the receipt/ordering information. He refused to look at my phone. When my wife called in to verify everything, he refused to answer the phone.

I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, despite the contrasting reviews lol. I was greeted, dropped off my package, and thanked on my way out, no complaints.

Similar to all reviews there, I also witnessed one of the worst experiences anyone could have. Wondering how FedEx are giving frenchisee to such owners. Very disrespectful, arrogant and rude behaviour. Hopefully I don't need to visit here again.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience. As someone who rarely ships anything, i needed some help with putting the correct label on my parcel to return it.
The guy was unbelievably rude and told me it was supposed to be ready to go.
It didnt get any better from there.
I ended up taking my parcel with me and will send it from somewhere else.

The owner of this business needs a seriously reality check. All of the negative reviews are true. You would think a grown adult would take the feedback and better his customer service. Instead, he argues with customers and still finds a way to be the rudest business owner in London. Grow up!

Worst customer service humanly possible. Mar 21 @ 540 pm. Go in, no one is even in the store, took about 3 min for someone to finally show up from the back (I'm on the phone talking so someone should be able to hear me). Old guy working there, extremely grumpy, giving me attitude because a FedEx ground label is on a FedEx express envelope. When I ask for a receipt or for him to scan it, he says "you understand, you don't get anything this is ground".
I had the same exact package, express envelope, ground label, that I shipped out of Staples. They didn't give me any attitude and they even gave me a confirmation receipt.
All you need to do is scan it so that it is in the system. It updates the tracking. Otherwise, if it gets lost or stolen in your unmanned store before you scan it, I'm responsible.

I've been coming here for years and I've always had a pleasant experience. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. I've had no issues whatsoever. Reading the comments on here is really shocking to me and unbelievable.

Owner is simply rude. Not surprising given the 10s (if not 100+) of reviews that note the same thing. Avoid at all costs.
