Had a great experience at this place. Food was good and our chef/server Simrat was really good

The place is located at a gas station, so the atmosphere is not the greatest. However, the beef shawarma was excellent. The fries were crispy and super tasty. We were gladly surprised and highly recommend it.

Overall a good quick halal spot.good food enjoyed with great friends
The potato jackets and the other items were really amazingly delicious.
Fries are the best.
Shall visit soon another time.

Food was alright but chicken was stale (also found a fly in our salad) and bathrooms were dirty. The lady that served us was very nice though

COOL PLACE TO EAT HALAL FOOD! WE BEEN HERE A LONG TIME AGO, AMAZING PLACE TO EAT! I LOVE ALL THE FOOD! PRICES MIGHT BE HIGHER THAN MOST OTHER RESTAURANTS IN MISSISSAUGA, OAKVILLE, PICKERING, SCARBOROUGH, ETC. But it is because Niagara Falls is a world's tourist attraction, that's why they always keep prices of everything extremely high.

I highly recommend to give it a try at least once in a lifetime.

The food was good.huge portion size. I had potato jacket with mixed shawarma, which was tasty. The prices are high though. Restaurant was empty since we went on a Monday night. Good thing is that it's halal.

Very unprofessional, i ordered food for family 3 orders, the falafel plate was over fried and burnt, i asked the waiter to check the plate and do something about, he took it removed the brunt falafel and returned the plate with fries only and promised to replace it for me, i waited about 20 minutes and nothing happened, we decided to leave i went to pay for my ordered the person in charge or the boss told me that he is sorry and going to give me a discount, he still charged me for full amount and the last part was the reason behind my post. Terrible shawarma sandwich. Ordered two fries combo and they don't have ketchup but continue to sell customers fries. Asked to let manager know and server could care less and ignored my issue.

I ordered a mixed shawarma plate, which was too bland and dry. They just fried frozen shawarma meat in a frypan.even though a portion of the food wasn’t good enough. I can’t explain how bad it was.

Super expensive. Bad service. The food was under cooked. I called the chef and even showed him the food. Sorry to say but will not try again. Staff was friendly though.

Ordered Beef kabab plate.kabab dry, burned and no Flavor. Had to put salt on my plate cuz nothing had flavor even the Tahineh and the rice.
If I had to compared the kebab taste, it would be similar than a dry Burger King and way CHEAPER!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Food doesn’t taste good. It feels like meat is cooked with some spice with no flavours. Very unpleasant and unprofessional environment. The owner talks with the employees like he is about to get in to fight in front of customers. Top of that charges you 10% gratitude which is not mentioned anywhere in the menu or elsewhere. Worst place to go for a couple night out/family in Niagara Falls. I hope the restaurant owner and management will fix the issues.

It's the worst shawarma mix plate ever! The beef and chicken in Shawarma were not grilled! Hummus was totally expired that tasted bitter! Salad was terrible! Canada's worst shawarma experience!

If you’re looking for quick and filling meal in Niagara then you should head to potato jacket for some jacket potatoes. They’ve different toppings like beef, chicken fajitas etc. And all of its halal!

Je pense que les gens qui ont donné un 5 sont soit des amis du propriétaire ou ils n’ont jamais mangé ailleurs ni autre chose que cette bouffe fade et dégueulasse, j’ai donné 1, car il n’y a pas possibilité de donner 0, surtout pour l’hygiène même les règles les plus élémentaires ne sont respectées, la fille qui prépare les commandes ne porte pas de toque ni de résille, de temps à autre elle touche ses cheveux.

En voulant donner sa chance au produit on se fait parfois avoir et ça a été le cas! Un effort considérable doit être fait en termes de propreté. Les toilettes sont extrêmement sales! Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur et les tables étaient très sales également, pas nettoyées (nous avons dû demander car les plats arrivent tels quels sans set de table). Quant à la nourriture vraiment fade aucune saveur. Plus jamais!

Great atmosphere, even better service, absolutely phenomenal food. Far and away one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of eating at. As Muslim's we have limited options of restaurants but I'm glad this is one of them! Will definitely stop by whenever I visit the falls.

Very bland, no salt. Ordered a mixed grill plate and it came with a mint yogurt type of dip! No garlic sauce. We did takeout so we weren't able to ask for extra sauce. The hummus was the only thing that made my meal edible.
We also had a potato jacket and also, bland.no salt. And the meat was all dry as well. We couldn't eat it at all. Big portions but a waste of money.

This place offers such a delicious food. Just ate there 4 hours ago. I am in love with their Buffalo chicken jacket, and my wife ordered steak potato jacket I believe it called, then my daughter ate fries and shishtaook. All of the order were very delicious and super tasty. We always happy to visit this restaurant whenever we go to niagara falls. Keep it up

Very generous portions, the plate was literally full.
I had a mixed plate, the meat was very dry. The fruit drinks are great but overpriced but so is everything in Niagara Falls

Our group ordered 6 different dinner plates and the meat was really bland and dry. No spices or flavours at all. The salad did not have any dressing and we got a tablespoon of hummus on each plate. Needless to say if you want a $15 Shawarma just go to OSMOSE OR GET RIPPED OFF FOR $25 a plate @ PATATO JACKETS.

The reviews say one thing and the actual experience is the complete opposite. After spending almost $200 our group left very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Great chicken shawarma. Much better than the junk they serve in Ottawa. Our waitress Dana was very friendly, professional and made us feel welcome. Will be coming here again!

Very nice place.i went by myself saturday afternoon.there was no rush just few customers.but they gave me my order in 5-7 minutes …
i liked the menu because there was a good variation.like chicken butter, steaks, fajitas, shawrma, falafel… and there is rice, backed potato, french fries and poutine and bread (sandwichs). And this is great for families who cant agreed on one choice.
I also loved the dish that was recommended by the waitress, with the lemon frozen mint.the meat was well done but you can ask them if you want it more raw/red, the salad was some-how little portion but was very fresh.the prices is good and range about 20-25$ for the dish.the dish is enough for one hungry adult or two kids.

I had the best all around experience here. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. Price is just right and I was very satisfied with their options. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place!

What got to me while i was waiting for our food was hearing the cook screaming at the waitress because she was run of her feet trying to keep uo with the orders!
The manager/ owner should have supported the waitress instead of allowing the cook to scream at her infront of customers!

The food is fresh and delicious not to mention it is halal. They prepared our order quickly and their service is commendable. I would recommend this resturant for those who like Arabic food and shawarma. Also the resturant is spacious for dine-ins.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. I wish my phone was alive or else I woulda taken a picture of the baked potato chicken fajita jacket but a go to if your in the area!

We came here as a friend recommended this place for me. We were so hungry, got the potato and stake, potato and mixed Shawerma. So I would say it’s ok but not great. I don’t know if I would come back. The lemonade was great though. The barbecue sauce on the steak taste like ketchup, so I am not sure what it was. I would say the service was decent and the decor. My daughter asked to get her salad changed to a Cesar salad. The waiter said she can do it but brought her a regular salad. Beef in the mixed Shawerma is burnt and my meal comes with sour cream but they gave me garlic sauce instead. Over all the meal is fine but not that great. Also, they don’t have their own parking.

This place is amazing. The food is exquisite and there is a great atmosphere. We had the shawarma poutine, beef shawarma wrap and mint lemonade. The beef shawarma was mouthwatering!

Everybody has to try the food here. I love jacket potatoes and here I had the best ever. BUT (!) the service is slow, very slow. Be prepared to wait at least an hour before your food comes to the table. I would give 6 stars for the stake jacket potato but two stars for the service in general.

No air-conditioning. Place is very warm in the summer and there are flies. Pottatos are okay. The meat and the falafel were not tasty. Tasted like the oil was old. A little over priced for the quality

No customer service. No etiquettes on how to treat customers. Very rude. Very arrogant. Waitress touching the food with bare hands before getting it out to u. Yucky! Never going there again.

No customer service. We literally stood there waiting for someone to take our order, but the man was just talking to another guy in their own language. No acknowledgement that I was even present.
