Potluck Caribbean Cuisine

Very very disappointed. I spend lots of money here and lately they do not follow order instructions, even when you call them before ordering. I’ve paid extra for things and don’t receive them or get a refund. Not even a call. On some days food is really good on certain days it’s like they’re lazy. This jerk chicken is a prime example. Has no taste and undercooked. I also ordered 2 boneless large curry and only received one. Do not order off Uber eats, better off going in person.

Very impressed with the service and food quality here. I had a last minute catering request and they happily accommodated and also gave helpful recommendations with my order. They have me as a loyal client now for sure!

Had the pleasure of getting Jerk chicken and rice to go from here last weekend.

I like trying different restaurants (not chain) when I'm out of town and I love Caribbean food so when I saw this place was near my hotel, it was an easy choice.

Portions are excellent, chicken was tender and the jerk sauce had a nice kick while not being over-powering.

I wish I had ordered a bucket of the coleslaw, it was very good!

A couple of patrons were super friendly and ensured I was well taken care of. If your customers are that nice to a stranger coming in for the first time, it speaks well of the restaurant.

Definitely felt discriminated during our visit. It was all smiles and chatter with other customers and they treated us with rude faces. Even served other customers before us even though we were in the line before others. Even the tone of voice used when serving us was loud and rude.

So the was terrible jerk chicken half cook rice and peas bad never again its not the same like it was before

I went with my fellow co-workers to grab a quick bite before our meeting. It was my first time visiting this location. Tanisha assisted with my order. I tried their Ackee & Saltfish, fried chicken, fried ripe plantains, and fried dumpling. The service was really amazing. The food was really authentic and delicious. Very flavourful!
I am honestly going back, and I would definitely recommend them to others. My co-workers had jerk chicken served with rice & peas. They, too, had great reviews about it.

Order a large soup all i got was 1 single piece of potato, was syppose to be pepper pot I saw no callalloo only time leaves.

The most bland oxtail in the city. Had to sip on mango juice to check if my taste buds were okay. $20 gone down the drain

Trash, I stood up here and waited to be told they were closed. The staff couldn't mention that when I walked in, instead of have me standing there for well over 10 minutes while helping another customer. Zero customer service skills whatsoever.

Great chicken and the servings are generous. I like how the chicken is cooked (very soft) and the gravy (oxtail) tasted really good.

Our go to for lunches, just get there before 12: 00pm to avoid the rush!

Everything I tried from here was amazing and the fruit cake was out of this world! Coleslaw was delicious too. The staff definitely brought the Caribbean warmth to the experience!

Food quality is good, especially their jerk chicken. A good place for Jamaican style food.

After living next to this place for years i finally decided to try it out. I was drawn in by the new sign for the $6 lunch special, but man what a disappointment. Service is super cold and so rude, music is so loud couldn't even hear the waitress properly. Literally had to yell to get my order heard. So then i get my food, turns out the lunch special includes half of a quarter chicken leg, and not even the drum part you get the boney part that no one wants. On top of that the chicken is dry, flavorless on the inside and the rice is mushy and bland.

Stopped by for some food, me being Jamaican I can be picky about my food but the Counter service was bless the ladies are real nice. I got a large goat. The goat really good and proper I’d give it 7/10. Rice needs a touch of something, and a large jerk. Was good but needs more jerk sauce added on site or before. Clean place and here is the best thing about this place. THEY HAVE NO MICROWAVED food.it is all hot plates and fresh unlike most of the other places. Enjoy!
