When doing a transaction on the phone, it all depends on the staff if they want to spend time calling to verify your credit card. Absolutely unnecessary however they say it’s store policy. William Sonoma and Pottery Barn sister companies don’t do it. I have had wonderful staff take the time to, on the weekend I was told “it takes too much time “. I love the products they have, this phone transactions I give them 4 stars.

I love buying linen and books for my niece and nephew from Pottery Barn.

I often call ahead of time to place items on hold as I live out of town. It can be time consuming but I never have had problems picking up the wrong items.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because Daniela was so lovely and helpful. She deserves 10+. Blond lady with long hair who is a manager (apparently) was very unpleasant and pretty brutal in terms of customer service. I was about to buy 2 quilts each $224 and they didn’t have displays. I gently started opening one to see if it combines well with other fabrics when the blonde lady in a very unpleasant unsmiling voice said “you can’t do that”. Offered to show me a picture. It was one bow tie, no actual package. I worked in customer service and I know she could have offered to open it for me at least. No, just a stone cold face and a brutal voice. For that money not a chance. Bought some other textiles Daniela was helping me with but will definitely spend my money elsewhere. If your manager doesn’t know how to show at least a mediocre smile and use a basic lovely tone, no business from me. She should work in a lower caliber store.

Great selection of products at this Pottery Barn Kids location. Staff could be more approachable and helpful.

If I could give a 0 stars I would, the online experience is brutal. I placed my order on July 4 and the first email said it would arrive by July 13. After that date had passed, I called the online 'support' and they told me that orders can take 10-15 business days and this information is online. It is online, in the fine print! There is nothing they can do till after the date has passed. I can't believe I had to pay for shipping!

I had the pleasure of shopping at Pottery Barn Kids on Saturday, July 08,2023 afternoon and wanted to take a moment to applaud the outstanding service provided by one of their staff members, Fiona.

We visited with the intent of purchasing a new school bag for my son. Of course, any parent would know that it can be quite stressful trying to find the right bag that will withstand the rigors of school life while also appealing to your child’s personal style.

This is where Fiona stepped in. She was patient and delightful as she helped my son browse through various styles and colors of bags.

What truly distinguished her, however, was her attention to detail regarding size. She was well informed about each product’s dimensions and made sure my son’s choice fit him perfectly; ensuring it wasn’t too large or too small for his frame or his school essentials. This level of care is not something you get every day!

She showcased professional product knowledge alongside a caring personality which made us feel valued and appreciated.

I was sold the wrong part for a furniture item that I now cannot use as intended, and the store was unwilling to exchange the part that I DID NOT purchase. I just wanted the item I actually DID purchase. When my issue was sent to the district manager, she also said she's unwilling to assist. I've contacted customer support who also ignored my emails. This company is atrocious and service levels are appalling. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Don't spend your money here as you definitely will not be getting what you paid for. Quite literally in my case.

I went there yesterday and the staff is really rude, when we look around the staff tell ask don’t touch the bedding? Excuse me? I only can see and no touch how could I knew the quality? And why should I pay for it? It’s a really bed experience in this store! The owner should consider to pay more attention on customer service.
