The best customer service! My experience with this company last year was good and this year was even better my agent Stephanie Chiu, who I would recommend to anybody looking for insurance, was beyond helpful I have new insurance they made sure I was all signed up with my new insurance and temporary slips so fast and easy over the phone and through email I didn’t have to even step foot out of my way from my house or work and kept me up to date with everything. I am so happy to have went through them I am now all set up with cheaper insurance and they did all the work for me to find me insurance that suited my needs 10/10 highly recommend!

Called to get a quotes, a lady picked it up and was trying to ignore all my questions, and asked my name so that someone can call me, once give her my name she said terrific. Once I asked her why did she say that she just hung up the phone.

Had a hard time getting insurance quickly. Was buying a new car. Reached out to Rippan Chowdhary! He got me an amazing quote and set up before I left the dealership. Amazing service and fast to respond.

I just had my insurance set up with Stephanie Chiu. She is absolutely the BEST. She was able to juggle my crazy last minute request for insurance in a timely manner. Emailed the lady that deals with my claims with a picture of damage to my door to get a response two weeks later telling me to take it to a body shop to see if there is damage. The picture clearly showed the damage. Doesn't give me a list of what body shops etc. Great advice. I should pay myself the 237$ monthly as I could have thought of that myself.

Stephanie Chiu is the best in the bizz this lady does wonders for you instead of 700 it’s 300 for car insurance she is magician 10-10:)

I have been struggling finding an affordable insurance company for months. As a single mother bills are tight and as we know vehicles are expensive but needed. Stephanie has been helping me, while I look for a vehicle to purchase, by being available to quote me on all different vehicles I’ve looked at. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. As a high-risk driver I know I have to pay more for insurance but it's still robbery what you charge

I always deal with Powell Insurance! My car is insured with powell since 2021! They give you the help you need, answer your questions as much as they can! Im dealing with Stephanie chiu! She the sweetest ready to make sure my car is on the road ready for me on her day off what a CHAMPION!

I was very satisfied after contacting this company, Rippan was able to get me quick auto insurance.

I was very impressed with this broker. I have had alot of bad experiences with a few other brokers like they never and rarely return calls. However Stephanie from Powell ins really worked hard around my schedule she was very pleasant and personable. She completely understood my situation and shopped around to get me the best rates for my policy and explained everything very well. I needed insurance with 2 accidents to my name. Sarah helped me out efficiently and made the process much less painful than I anticipated.

I was very nervous to set up my car insurance for the first time in my life but Stephanie helped me get an affordable rate for my high-risk insurance. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car there was an issue with the insurance company but Stephanie did everything she could to get my insurance set up on time to pick up my car, and she did! Her and her assistant Mirta went above and beyond to help me and they were both an absolute lifesaver on that day. Excellent customer service, could not have asked for a more helpful broker!

So I ran into issues with my previous insurance company and had to switch to a new provider, after I got the new provider they made a mistake and now cancelled my insurance within two weeks leaving me scrambling to find new insurance. Once I got a hold of Stephanie Chiu at Powell she went out of her way to take extra time even after hours to make sure that I got set up properly and fairly at a new company. I was so stressed out until she took care of me I truly haven’t had better customer service or felt so calm and loved by someone in the insurance field. I’d give 100 star rating if I could but I highly recommend you deal with her she will go above and beyond and make sure you get the best service possible. Receptionist was extremely rude. Pretty much called me a liar when I said that I received a call from them and I didn't know who called because there was no voice mail. Needless to say I won't be using this company.

Receptionist was rude and denied to give me her name, threatened to hang up one me all because I was telling her I haven’t called in the past and she said she had me on file and denied to transfer me to the next available employee said it must be with Brenda. I have never called personally and someone must’ve used me information and the receptionist basically said I was lying said you must’ve I have your information a Male g2 driver.

Auto renew with increased premium without notification. Big big scam. Please be aware.
Customer service will try to lure you in with sweet talks.

Such a rude customer service i ever has in my life. I am belairdirect customer and they recommend them for motorcycles license. I was trying to have conversations with them regarding insurance as i am planning to buy new motorcycles and getting m2 today. The lady was like no agent can talk if you dnt have M2.i was like i want to get information regarding policy for old or new bike but they were like we cnt talk to you right now. We are a group of 10 people and will never give our business to them ever. Shame to belairdirect too for such a bad recommendation.

He is a most empathetic, patient, knowledgeable - doesn't miss anything kind of person. He returns calls promptly and is always pleasant and courteous. Mirta is also most helpful - attentive and quick to answer my concerns. Last but not least, Sean, the knowledgeable "high risk" insurance broker. I felt he was really looking out for us. An insurance broker works for the client. Their research, past experiences, knowledge and service is well worth working with one.
