Took care of my Triumph's service expertly. While I was there, I was able to browse their stock of accessories and motorcycles. Great selection.
Prices could be better, but the OEMs set the MSRP.
One suggestion I can make is that a standard procedure (draining and replacing some fluids) was due or recommended; this wasn't discussed with me until I was ready to leave, which means making another appointment. Perhaps discuss these recommended procedures to be dealt with at the same visit?

Went shopping for my first bike and found the one I wanted online. Inquired by email and the team were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and giving more information about the bike I was looking at. The staff at Powersports TO are really knowledgable and super friendly! Highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a new or used bike. Aftab was my sales rep and I'll definitely be back! Being new in the motorcycle world can be difficult and a lot to learn, but Aftab took the time to help me learn the bike and answered all my questions quickly and in detail.

I just bought a motorcycle from PowerSports. Michael, in sales, was excellent. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and approachable. Had it not been for him I might not have bought a bike and I’m glad I did. It was a great experience all around.

I brought my 2019 Africa Twin in for the 1000 km servicing. This being my first time at Powersports TO, I was nervous. It wasn’t long however before I was greeted by a steady stream of very friendly, kind and caring PTO staff. Without exception, each and every one of them was genuinely interested in me, my bike and my comfort. My nervousness dissipated very quickly.

My wonderful Africa Twin was treated very well and delivered back to me after a test ride and more tweaking. I felt very confident and secure knowing that my bike was in tip top shape after the PTO service work.

For as long as I can remember, I've always been scared of riding a motorcycle. I've especially never had an interest in owning one. This spring, my hubby and a group of friends wanted to get their motorcycle license, so I went along with them just to learn, with no intention of getting a bike. Fast forward a few months, I now have my first starter bike thanks to Michael and Powersports TO. After our safety course, my hubby and I visited numerous motorcycle dealerships and shops but after our first conversation with Michael, I had determined that if I were to purchase a motorcycle, it would have to be from him. He provided very sensible advice and instantly made me feel comfortable. For me, riding isn't just about learning a new skill and utilizing that skill. You need to be in a good headspace, comfortable and have complete trust, not just in yourself but in your bike and the road. It was a life changing decision to purchase a motorcycle and I would not have purchased it from anyone else than Michael. To him it wasn't just about the sale. It was about seeing where I was comfortable and ensuring I was comfortable at every level. I am so grateful for his patience and his support and look forward to many more years of his advice and expertise.

I got a 2023 Honda Grom from Power sports t.o. In August. Since I live outside of Toronto, I was able to purchase the bike over emails and phone. Doug was very quick to respond to my initial email to help me reserve the bike coming in August and the time for the bike to arrive is very close to what it was originally expected. On the pick up date, I went to the shop in person to pick up the bike. It went smoothly and the shop was very cute and cozy too! You can tell they are very happy for a new rider joining the hobby and show me the bike. He also helped me to load the bike for the truck for the delivery too.
Overall, it was a very nice and smooth experience. I will recommend getting a bike at Powersports TO.

I went here to change my drive chain system, oil change, and brake change. Rides like new it felt amazing going back home. They did through inspection on my bike and told me everything about my bike, including some tips about motorcycle maintenance. They even did a quick fix on the damage my bike had. People were really chill. Would come back here.

Had first service done on my new Yamaha bike. Work was done while I waited. I was pleased to see it taken out for a quick test drive. When it was done Ogi reviewed with me all of the things he did and checked. Very pleased.
