Horrible shipping department, make you stand around with nobody in the office while people and forklift drivers go by as if your not even there.

Environment is toxic as a result of rotten management and underappreciated staff. Tow truck drivers do not follow policy, First Aid rooms are filthy and undeveloped, with improperly trained employees and broken appliances. The entire warehouse is covered in dust, they do not offer or suggest a face mask, your lungs and nostrils will be covered in black muk. Hours and pay are slightly above average but because of over populated staff with a high turnover rate, advancement or wage increases are non-existent unless you've been with the company for more than 15 years. Employees are expected to slave for the company and ignore proper physical habits only to benefit the company.
