Absolutely a trash store and doorguard, we saw her in Prada Milton, and Yorkdale. Intentionally harrassing my mother both times. When two customers left store, she body blocked my mother and let four people behind to get in. A Chinese sale representative saw and let my mother in. Since the upset experience, we brought nothing.

Today, May 3,2023, I went to this store and asked a question about Prada Sunglasses. The salesman responded to me with attitude, and he was really rude to me. I was so upset but didn't answer him, and I am still so angry and upset, Prada was one of my most favorite brands.
I hope they hire more polite people who can answer their customers respectfully, there is no reason I spend lots of money in a store who doesn't care about their customers and disrespect them.

I’m in shambles after my experience the other day! I sneezed and passed the flu onto a shoe! I didn’t even know this was possible but i was informed that the prada shoes are so high quality that they can catch viruses from humans! I ended having to pay for them because i got my mouth juices on them

Back in 2012, I bought a Prada bag and a wallet (comparable to the large saffiano wallet) but with a cross-body chain. They don't make this particular wallet anymore. This is my favorite wallet and since I bought it, I have used it every single day and of course, the normal wear and tear occurs and the leather attached to the chain broke after almost a decade of use.
Since it was my favorite wallet, which is now "extinct", I figured I would try my luck and ask Prada staff if there was a possibility to repair the leather/chain to preserve it. I was willing to pay for the repair since the wallet model was over 8 years old at this point. I took a long shot to see. The nice lady at the Yorkdale location (Kate) at Prada took the chain and said no promises and it would take a few months, but she could request a repair at their atelier - no charge. Fair enough. I was happy.
In the end, they called and said they could not repair it and told me to pick up the chain. I sent my mother there to pick it up, and she was treated by the staff very poorly. They asked her if she knew why it was not repaired, and she said no, she didn't know. They then stated it was because it was counterfeit. Not wanting to argue, my mom left the store with the unrepaired chain. But she felt embarrassed and insulted by this insinuation.
It definitely is not counterfeit. I bought the wallet as a treat to myself for graduating university.
If Prada staff themselves cannot tell the difference between a genuine (albeit older) Prada product and a counterfeit, what is the point in purchasing genuine products for thousands of dollars?
Are they insinuating that purchasing a Prada bag/wallet at a Prada store does not guarantee a genuine product?
Finally, this customer service treatment was in poor form. If they did not want to repair the old chain, that is fine. That's all they had to say. They did not need to treat my mom poorly or make such unnecessary statements.
This wallet is still my favorite, but this customer service has ruined my impression of this brand. I am hoping customer service will improve but Prada has definitely lost a few customers due to this treatment.

The male SA (prob in his 40-50s) was so kind and made the shopping experience very enjoyable.
He answered all of my questions thoroughly and brought me every item he could find, similar to what I was looking for. He gave me enough time to consider, without rushing me.
As the guard was telling some customers to wait outside, he offered the couple to come in and wait/ look around in a less crowded area.
He was so considerate and made the presentation of this brand much better than other high-end brands, where the SAs don't even bother saying hi or offering help unless you are a big customer.
He answered all of my questions thoroughly and brought me every item he could find, similar to what I was looking for. He gave me enough time to consider, without rushing me.
