I went here for the first time and got a haircut and my eyebrows done and i was very happy. They are very helpful and skilled.

I got a Wonderful haircut from Kumud, her suggestions are perfect and I was amazed from the results. All the members are quite generous and helpful, I would really recommend this salon.

I went to the salon to get my waxing and threading done and had a great experience. Limon, who was my waxing and threading aesthetician did an excellent job. She made me feel comfortable. I would come highly recommend her, she’s the best at it

Lemon is fantastic at shaping eyebrows! She's really quick, and she gives great advice on the best shape for you. Plus, she's super polite. I highly recommend her! (#my chashme vali didi) Must visit the place and very reasonable price.

Have been going here for around 10 years since it opened (had a different name before). The owner/manager at this location is quite versatile and knowledgeable with various esthetic services. The staff are cooperative and accomodating. It is a very simple practical layout, nothing fancy or bougie.

Got my haircut done from Kumud aunty, loved it and the customer service as well. Also, a great place to get eyebrows threaded.

I recently got my hair cut and I wanted to share my positive experience with everyone. The staff at the salon was professional and friendly, and the hairstylist did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair exactly how I wanted it.

I always get my eyebrows and other services done by Limon. I am never disappointed by her she does really great work. Next time you visit prayosha ask for Limon.

Worst salon ever! Just too expensive and they don't even do it well! Won't recommend anyone to visit it! Very bad experience.

I went to get my eyebrows done and my hair trimmed - not even an inch was cut off my hair and I was charged 45$ for my “haircut”. I come here 3/4 times a year for my hair trims and it’s usually no more then 25$. When I asked for how much she charged she hesitated and told me the price. A similar experience happened to my cousin. We use to come here all the time but now, no, not fair how unevenly people get charged here.

Good experience, i came here for a hair cut, so knowledgeable and understood what suits my face shape and gave a perfect hair cut.

Terrible if you have good skin. They were very friendly, but good service doesn't mean you can do the job. First they put a new person who was being trained.then a 2nd person and finally the manager/owner was overseeing the whole experience. Many times I told them not to make it thin and yet they kept going. I cried and said it hurt and they kept going. Even after putting the aloe gel I complained it's burning too much they still came back with a 2nd person to thread more and they told me I have sensitive skin that's why I'm bleeding so much.it's been over a week and with all the vitamin e and aloe Vera.my skin still burns from the threading. If you have nice skin or don't want your eyebrows thinned out, don't go here!

Being an international student here, it was my very first experience at Prayosha. The staff and their leader were so kind and friendly that i could just blindly trust them. Moreover, i had full body waxing done in very less time, i mean just half an hour and i was done. They truely believe in value of customer's time. The staff is so irresponsible here. Don’t go here because the lady who did my eyebrows was talking on phone and doing my eyebrows. She’s so irresponsible that she did my eyebrows so uneven that one is so thin and the other thick. It looks so weird now. She gave me the haircut which was so bad that I didn’t like it at all. They are too unprofessional and irresponsible. Don’t ever go there.

It was the worst service. I had an appointment still I had to wait for more that 45 mins. Also, I got allergic reaction from their wax and all hair are not removed perfectly.
I would recommend 0/10 in terms of products and services.

Service is decent, but, the waiting time is insane. There are several ladies working but half of them are standing around while 2 of them actually helping clients. This is my fourth time here and it’s the same thing - 2 ladies just standing around talking to other staff/clients and only 2 actually performing the service.

I always get my body wax done at this place and always had a great experience with my go to person Limon. Ms. Limon is one of the staff members who has great expertise and she knows how to get the job done perfectly. She takes ultimate care and does the body wax with utmost concern and concentration. Limon is the best person if you want to get your threading done. The owner of the salon, Ms. Kumud, is very professional and a sweet person and always makes sure her clients her satisfied.

Have since I was 12, and before, durning and after the major section of covid.
They have lovely staff and it's a very comfortable environment. They're very friendly and there's always someone ready to take up your appointment. Kumud, the owner, is very welcoming and her wax and laser job can't be beat! I came out feeling as smooth as a baby. I come once a month as recommended by her, and I've noticed I barely get any hair on my legs, arms, underarms and hands. The hair doesn't come back darker or thicker, and overall zero ingrown hair. I will w see always stay with this business and prefer their services over any other. Even If I lived extremely far away, the service is worth the trip.

I went for my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was so worried but LIMON made my experience so comfortable, I would highly recommend her. I will be back as a loyal customer.

I went here for a brazilian after my original girl at another place left, I tried someone else and the experience was horrible. I came to Prayosha and was lucky enough to have “Limon” do my wax. She made it so painless and so quick I was surprised we were done! Definitely found my new place!

I will be honest the eyebrows got done perfectly, as for my hair ‍️omg she chopped all my hair but overall it's an ok place

Went there today and there was only 1 lady working and about 5 customers including myself. At first I felt bad because she was working alone but atleast she'd be taking her time and handling it one task at a time. When she got to threading my eyebrows, she made my eyebrows thin. I had specifically told her I didn't want thin and I was growing them out. Then she accidentally takes out the outer end of one of my eyebrows & tries to hide it by taking out more hair and leaving my eyebrow shorter than the other. When It was time to pay, I kindly informed her I wasn't satisfied with the work and that she should slow down for others. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that she knows what hair she removed. I can still feel my eyebrow burning from where she claimed she didn't thread& again, my eyebrow is clearly shorter.
I informed her that I was indeed planning on paying and only then did she "fake apologize" by telling me I'm still wrong but since I'm paying she's "sorry I feel like that"
Honestly I've been getting my eyebrows done for 10+ years at the Markham location and never had an issue. This place however:

Poor staffing
0/10 would not recommend. And I type this while missing part of my eyebrow.

I went here for my first time and it went really well. Definitely recommending Limon. She is the best, she will make you feel so comfortable and you wont even feel pain. She’s amazing.

Used to be good. Now the wait time is long because they don't have any organization. Eyebrows too thin. New people they don't listen to what you want. The owner is on the phone while doing ur eyebrows and messes it up. Last time I dropped my mom off paid in advance and she messed up her eyebrows. Horrible job on nails looked like a 5 yr old did her nails. You would expect a business to go better as time and more employees but this was the opposite. My sister recently got her hair cut and came home crying.

I was getting my body waxing and eyebrows done from here today. They giving a quick service on reasonable prices. I find really friendly staff here. I really like the service of them and want to go again for getting more better experiences.

I went there for eyebrows.the lady working there doesn’t know her job. She was doing eyebrows in a hurry and wasn’t professional at all. Such a waste of time and money. She did my upper lips and eyebrows and I am not satisfied at all. She was so rude and wasn’t gentle at all.

I paid by debit card and refused to give receipt.

They have many other locations which are more clean, and hygienically meets beauty salon standerds. This location is the most disgusting and dirty and unhygienic. They dont santize or wash their hands, they jump from client to client. One will be cleaning toes and also threading eyebrows in the same time frame. *with no sanitizer or washing before starting another individual. Very disappointed and disgusted never going again.

Just got my eyebrows threaded by Heena - sorry if I spelled your name wrong. She was quick and did an excellent job - it was painless. The salon is very clean and the people working there are very polite. I am definitely going back. Thank you!

Great place for all your beaty needs️. I had my haircut done and threading of upper lips and eyebrows. I left the place with a big smile on my face as it changed my look for good beyond my expectation️️.

Really happy with the hair transformation. Very nice place and really awesome service. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The lady in charge did a good job the few times I went there. But this time, a new lady badly cut my hair. I am waiting for it to grow longer before I have a new haircut somewhere else.
