I’ve been here to get a Brazilian a few times, first time was ok, next two times I had a lady who had zero training on how to wax and was extremely unprofessional, I left the place on the verge of tears. Made the mistake of going back and now I have ingrown hairs in my bikini line. If you say anything, they huff and puff, complain in Hindi, thinking that I won’t understand them. Even when I get waxed in other body parts they are always missing patches and leaving behind hairs, just overall most of them don’t know how to do their job. I only went for convenience, I now drive a little longer and go someplace else for better treatment. I also got a pedicure once and the toe nailes were filed in weird uneven shapes, when I told her to fix it, she said to go to an actual nail salon if I want a perfect pedicure because she thinks it’s fine. Zero stars.

I'm so glad I found Shilpi here in Prayosha. I'm hesitant to go anywhere to get my eyebrows done since I've tried mostly all the places in the area. The problem most places have staff that always changing and some that are in experienced. However I stopped by here after reading some of the reviews and I was pleased with my eyebrows. She knew what she was doing and also suggested some tips to get my eyebrows thicker and even. (they still look amazing though.) Eyebrows and waxing upper lip was $8 and I will definitely come back. Thank you for gaining my trust Shilpi and I recommend anyone that had a bad experience to come to her.

My mom and I always gets our eyebrows done here by Manju, she does it as we request and never fails to give us what we request! She’s super nice and polite. We recommend the service 10/10!
